We delve into the relations between communities and law enforcement. Brian provides specific examples of how officers in the field can better improve relations with the public and shows where recent riots could have been been quelled more quickly and safely or even prevented in the 1st place using a more unconventional approach to community policing and proper information analysis before incidents began.
