Si tu as peu de leviers et peu de jugement (lire compétences), tu dois investir plus de temps pour obtenir le résultat.
La pensée par défaut c’est :
Je dois pratiquer pendant des années pour développer un jugement et du levier. Ensuite, je pourrai faire appliquer mon jugement à l’échelle.
