À 40 ans Stéphane est atteint d'un écrasement de la moelle épinière qui le paralyse. Il est condamné à vie par la médecine, mais en rencontrant le yoga il retrouve petit à petit le contrôle de son corps grâce à une pratique régulière. Il mettra en suite sa profession au service de cette aventure, avec livres et reportages pour montrer le yoga au monde.
Avec moi il est revenu sur cette épopée corporelle et spirituelle, et sur comment cette pratique a changer non seulement sa manière de bouger, mais également le regard qu'il portait sur le monde grâce en partie aux rencontres que le yoga lui a apporté.
