In this Leadership & Strategy podcast episode, Tad interviews Steven Emch, President of the Orr Fellowship. "Orr Fellowship's mission is to recruit and develop the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs." We recently announced that Orr Fellowship would expand into the Evansville region, and the first class of fellows will be placed at area businesses in June 2025. This highly selective post-undergraduate fellowship is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and developing talent. Fellows are placed in a job and provided extensive training, executive support, civic involvement, and networking and social opportunities. Steven previously worked at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, Lessonly, and a family business. Tad and Steven discuss the Orr Fellowship Evansville Region expansion, how the fellowship develops leaders, and how we can attract and retain talent in Indiana.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
