Mike is a certified Executive coach who brings a unique background. He melds two decades of Recruiting and Learning and Development Leadership in Technology and Healthcare with decades of experience building world class teams , and help leaders at all levels grow their skills and impact.

 

For more than a decade Mike co-developed and co-led the highly popular and successful Job Search Action Group programs at the Wharton Executive MBA Program in San Francisco. His book "The Job Search Manifesto" is based on that program.

 

He also draws from his experiences founding a successful eCommerce company and working with leading entrepreneurs.

Mike graduated from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. He has a B.S. in Health Information Systems with an Emphasis in Psychology and Nursing from Seattle University.
