Leadership TrailMix

Leadership TrailMix

One thing that my experience in HR has taught me is that, like most things in life, people leadership is not a single thing. It is more like... trail mix! And while leading requires a combination of "flavors," deconstructing it and finding the right ratio of each element is key to making sure we, as leaders, are authentic and purposeful. This is what Leadership TrailMix is all about: biweekly 5-10 minute reflections available on Spotify that I hope will inspire you to be a better version of yourself, not only for your team at work, but for everyone you cross paths with.

How to build a healthy team culture? How to drive high performance? How to measure culture success? What can a hour glass teach us about it all? Answers to these and other questions were part of a great chat I had with Eric Stone, author of the book "Jumpstart Your Workplace Culture: A Road Map for Igniting High Performance". There was so much gold in this conversation, that this is the first of a two episodes' series.
