your workflow.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Hello, gorgeous,

I'm Nikisha, as I wasbeautifully introduced, and I am
your host on this beautifulpodcast that speak to bold,
iconic women, ceo, who are readyto elevate their game.
And if you're here and you'relistening and you're looking for
(00:59):
that transformation, welcome.
I am doing for this series, theMake Money money series, and I
love it because I'm okay makingmoney and I have no problem with
it, and I just want to let youknow that right now.
Now, in order for us to makemoney, as any business owner who
chooses this path is out to do,because we're for-profit
(01:22):
companies.
If you're a non-profit, youstill want to generate money to
fund the cause you believe in,so don't ever get it twisted.
We live in a country wheregenerating money through our
skills and value is what we'rehere to do.
If you have any money, mindsetchallenges, welcome.
(01:42):
This series is for you Now,with season three starting last
month.
I am so amazed at all of thefeedback listening downloads
we've been receiving from all ofour speakers Mia, katya and
also Ellen.
They are tremendous women whoare in our industry doing
(02:04):
amazing things, just like you,and I want to be able, in this
podcast, to speak to thisamazing human being who right
now is listening to me and whois struggling immensely in
creating an offer for hercompany.
If you are that woman who'sliterally struggling, going in
(02:25):
circles, doing all of theactivities to figure out how to
get a clear message so that youcan easily tell someone what you
do so they can be veryinterested in you, this episode
is for you.
So what I'm going to start with, first and foremost, making
(02:45):
money.
First and foremost, makingmoney is where people get stuck
at.
All they want to do is increase, make money, and every time you
do that, I go.
Well, how will you?
What are you willing to do?
What are you willing to createfor that?
(03:07):
What value will you give?
And half of the time they don'thave an answer because they
don't know what they're offering, they don't know what they're
giving, they don't know whatthey're doing.
And listen, that's not theproblem.
That's so not the problem.
That's far removed from theproblem.
That's so not the problem.
That's far removed from theproblem.
The problem is what are yougoing to do to figure out what
(03:29):
it takes to build an offer thatis so clear, so easy and
something that you can literallysell and people get the
transformation in it.
I had the pleasure today ofspeaking to someone on a call,
and in speaking to this personon a call they were in so much
(03:51):
pain One out of a 10, eight andas much pain as they were in the
world looked like hunters tothem.
They did not see theopportunity when someone offered
them help.
They saw it as more aseveryone's trying to sell them.
(04:12):
And what they didn't realize isthe reason everyone's trying to
sell them in their beautifulmind is because the people
they're speaking to can seetheir pain and they're literally
saying I can help you with that.
When we're in so much pain, half of the time when someone
offers us help, we translate itinto something negative.
(04:36):
And it's so interesting becausein that moment, as she's
translating that and this personis also in the service industry
I asked her when you do yourworkshop, when you do your
program and if you see someonein need of help, do you
literally just listen to them, tap them on their shoulder and
(04:57):
go oh, it was nice meeting youand walk away?
And she said no, in that momentI tell them something so that
they can have a shift and I go.
Yes, so many of us do that.
So many of us and I love itright.
We want to give.
Nothing is wrong with giving.
We want to give.
(05:18):
So what that looks like is, inthat moment, you're going to
give 10, 15, or even 30 minutesand you're going to give that
person a great aha moment, ashift.
They go, their eyes go bright,oh, my God, I never realized
that that was so good.
(05:38):
Right, they get that shift.
Then they walk away and they goto speak to five other people,
and the five other people, the10 other people, the 20 other
people they engage with, is nowtelling them things.
That puts them right back towhere they started before the
shift.
The thought about I can't dothis, this doesn't work for me,
(06:02):
it's not ever going to work forme.
I can't do this, this doesn'twork for me, it's not ever going
to work for me.
And that little light that youplanted, that little shift that
you planted, it lasted and itfelt really good when it lasted.
And now they're right back tolevel one.
When we try to create a shift ina moment, it's temporary.
(06:24):
If you want to ever servesomeone, if you ever want to
show up, if you really, really, really care.
I have to tell you that shiftwill never be enough.
It's like a little taste of thepossibility of what you can
create in their life forever thetransformation, the possibility
(06:46):
of what you can create in theirlife forever the transformation
.
And if you really care aboutthe people you serve, giving
them a taste is just well mean.
How can you give someone thetaste of a possibility of an
amazing experience in life, thenwalk away from them?
Amazing experience in life, then walk away from them.
(07:12):
And that, to me, is not service.
That, to me, is somewhat unfair.
Now, what would happen if thishuman being who was speaking to
this person saw their pain andsaid you know what, I can help
you.
And in order for you totransform, here's what I'm going
to do.
I'm going to commit to you forthis amount of time six months,
(07:32):
12 months or even 18 months andin my commitment to you and me
being locked into you, I amgoing to give you this, this and
this, and I'm going to help younot only shift, but transform
your whole entire life to whereyou no longer feel this pain,
(07:52):
because it will not exist.
But now you know, if it evensprouts its ugly head.
You have all of the tools andthe power like that to change it
.
You have the tools.
You no longer seek someone togive you a taste of a shift, but
now you've been transformed toa time where you can make
(08:16):
decisions.
That puts you back in the placeyou want to be.
That is power, my friend.
Don't ever get it twisted.
Coaching someone for 15, 20, or30 minutes is a taste of
everlasting joy and, in allhonesty, that is more brutal
(08:39):
than spending 6, 12, or 18months with them, because what
you're doing is that you'retelling them here is the
possibility of what you can have, but I'm never going to invite
you to that possibility and I'mgoing to let you suffer To me.
I don't want that for you.
To me, I'm not here to inviteyou into a three-day, 12 weeks,
(09:06):
because after you're done, you're going to walk away
feeling like you never receivedwhat was meant for you.
We can do it quicker, but wecan do it quicker when we have a
system that supports thatquickness.
And if you are coming becausethis person doesn't have
anything, they have sixdifferent things happening all
(09:26):
at once and they don't know howto organize it and they're not
willing to do anything differentto organize it.
Although they're feeling a painof an eight, there is no way,
no how I can help them orsomeone else who wants to help
them.
Because in their eyes, in theirbeautiful new eyes of being a
(09:50):
business owner, they thinkeveryone's out for them.
And this is the differenceabout being a business owner
who's new, who's uneducated,who's uninformed.
To a business owner who'shungry, who wants something more
than themselves.
Becoming an iconic women CEO isnot about looking at the world
(10:13):
and going.
I can't ask for anything, andif you're not willing to ask,
that means you're not willing togive.
They work hand in hand.
They're the opposite thatattracts.
And what I love about where welive I love the country we live
in, I love the opportunities wehave is because, in order for me
to get anything of cash value,I have to produce a problem
(10:40):
solving asset to the person.
I have to know, when I'mselling an offer, that that is
going to solve the problem thatthat person's having in that
time and moment.
That's what I know for sure.
This is not a question.
This is not something I try tofigure out.
This is the actual fact.
(11:00):
This is the actual fact If youdon't have the problem solving
solution, then why will I hireyou?
And if you don't know how toclearly say that to me where you
hit me in my gut, then there'sno way I would hire you because
(11:23):
you're not speaking my language.
I want you to know as of rightnow, as you listen to this
podcast business is not aboutwriting 10 million things down.
A whiteboard notes it literallyabout making a decision, taking
action, experimenting, re orupdating or reiterating or
(11:44):
pivoting.
And pivoting doesn't meanchange your whole business.
It means this didn't work.
Let me change this one factorand see if that makes a
difference.
And if you don't know how to dothat yet, look in the show
notes.
Look in the show notes for thatlink that will connect us.
(12:08):
It is what I do, it is what Ilove, it is everything about me.
I love the fact someone comesto me with a beautiful, amazing
mess.
They have everything they need, all of the ingredients, but the
order of the recipe to makethat beautiful outcome, that
beautiful meal that nourishedyour soul.
(12:29):
It's never organized and it's ahighly mess that when they make
it, it just keep producing mushat the end.
And for you to have the outcomeof that five course, six course
meal, that appetizer entreedessert yes, I'm getting hungry
(12:52):
For you to make that.
There is something you have todo.
There is something you have todo.
You have to step up and go tothat French culinary school
that's going to teach you how tocreate a recipe out of all the
ingredients you have and how toserve it in a way that people
will buy from you at the rateyou choose to sell them.
(13:18):
It's not about a recession.
It's not about people nothaving money.
It's not about social media notshowing your algorithm or
showing your content F that.
It's not about any of that.
It's about your messaging, it'sabout who you're speaking to,
(13:39):
it's about your positioning andit's mostly important, about
what problem are you reallysolving.
And if you're not clear aboutthat, hell no, the person you're
trying to sell to will not beclear about that.
They won't ever get it.
And it's not them.
They don't have the problemBecause it's not their
(14:02):
responsibility to be able toclearly express what they're
offering as a solution tosomeone else's problem.
That's a you problem, not athem.
That was a me problem, not athem.
I never looked at anyone andwent this isn't working for me
(14:25):
because of you.
And if you are saying that toyourself in this time and moment
and you're blaming everythingelse, you are more than welcome
to.
But get this no matter how muchyou blame anyone else, your
circumstances are not changing.
If your circumstances is notchanging, guess what?
(14:49):
It is not a them problem, it'sa you problem and I want you to
really feel this message.
I want you to be so upset at me.
I want you not to like me, butwhat I want is for you to be
disrupted me, but what I want isfor you to be disrupted, upset,
(15:14):
annoyed.
You go.
Nikesha might have a point.
I don't like it, but she kindof has a point.
It's okay for you to be upsetat me.
I will take it.
The most important part aboutyou being upset at me is
actually rethinking how you'vebeen looking at this all along.
That is it.
(15:36):
I never care about what peoplethink about me, because what
anyone thinks about me is noneof my business.
Let me say that again for theperson in the back of the room,
all the way back there whatanyone thinks about me is none
(15:56):
of my business.
I don't care what anyone thinksabout this beautiful soul, what
I want them to get is thetransformation that's there
waiting for them so that theycan go out in the world and
serve their purpose that theywere meant to serve.
(16:18):
That is it.
You are meant to do somethingspectacular.
You are either doing it oryou're not.
There is no in between.
There is no trying, there is noI can't All lies.
(16:38):
What are you willing to do inyour moment, right now, to
change your outcome is thequestion.
That is the question.
That's what I want to know.
What are you willing to do tochange your outcome?
(16:59):
And with that, my friend, I'mgoing to let you go.
I'm going to let you go andprocess this.
I'm going to go, let you, I'mgoing to go and let you process
this.
I'm going to let you figure outwhat is best for you.
(17:20):
And if you're interested inlearning more about working with
me, or you're just interestedin speaking to me, because what
I said makes you feel a littlebit uncomfortable I am here.
I will always offer you help.
I will always give you anopportunity to have a solution
(17:41):
to the problem that I know I canhelp with.
I am not here to work onanything else other than sales,
how you make money and yoursystems, how you make the recipe
that will consistently work inselling your offer.
If you're looking for that, help, welcome.
