Today’s episode is the final episode for 2023 and it’s a vulnerable one! I’m revealing my reflections for the past year as well as a few plans I have moving into 2024.
I discuss why intentional rest is SO important and how taking time off from my business earlier in the year allowed me to recharge, reassess my values, and gain confidence in my business systems.
I also share my experience navigating unfulfilled commitments and why integrity and adaptability in professional relationships are so valuable. Accountability and making amends is vital when commitments can’t be fulfilled as promised.
This special end of the year episode concludes with a reflective lesson on gracefully releasing relationships and opportunities without haboring bitterness or resentment and the significance of acknowledging when connections no longer align with your personal values.
I hope this episode encourages you to do your own personal yearly reflection as we end 2023 and helps you to look forward to personal and/or professional growth in the coming year.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
