It’s not merely about sexual desire; it’s an emotional safety net. Every time you promise yourself it’s the last time, but then find yourself back on that screen, it’s a clear signal. Look in the mirror. If the man you see isn’t someone you’re proud of because of this habit, it’s time to confront the issue head-on.”
