Unknown (00:03):
Good morning, afternoon
or evening, I am so thrilled
that you're here. And whereveryou are, I hope you're having a
great day. And if you're not,I'm glad that you're here.
Because hopefully this episodehelps to brighten your day and
helps to give you a little bitmore courage and faith in
knowing that you are on theright path. And this episode, we
(00:29):
are going to dive in to, youknow, it's going to be an
interesting conversation formyself to have with you. So it's
another solo cast today. Andwith Easter around the corner,
and recent general conferencewith the Mormon church and some
things that have been going onin my personal life, it felt
like a good opportunity, and areally perfect timing to dive
(00:51):
into Jesus and Christianity andsome pieces there that, you
know, I've recorded an episodeOh, my goodness, I think it was
last year, called Living in theshadow shadow of the cross. And
it's something that I've satwith and seen in my practice,
and personally worked with, inmy own healing with how much of
(01:15):
our society has beenindoctrinated with this idea of
Christ on the cross, and how weall have such deep programming,
and living in the shadow of thatcross living in the shadow of
someone who supposedly died forour sins. And so therefore, we
are sinners, and we need to besaved. And this idea to, that we
(01:40):
can't save ourselves. And thatif we do try to step out of the
norms, and out of the constructsthat have been built for us, and
somewhat by us, that we havethis deep subconscious holding,
that we will be crucified. If westep out and really stand more
and more in who we feel like wetruly are, we have this deep,
(02:05):
unconscious fear that we will bekilled. Because Jesus was and it
wasn't just Jesus, it was if yougo back in history, there have
been several figures that havebeen killed for listening to God
for standing in their own truthfor being a change maker at the
time that they were alive. Joanof Arc is one of those people,
(02:25):
and there are so many differentindividuals throughout our time
in history who have embodiedthis, and the the glorification.
And the monetary gain, in myopinion, and the power gain, in
my opinion of what has beencreated from Jesus's death. And
(02:47):
resurrection has been aa tactic for controlling the
people. And as I'm saying this,I want, I want you just to be
open minded to the possibilityof some of the things that I'm
going to share throughout thispodcast, a possible truths. When
we become so fixated in aFacebook group that I'm a part
(03:10):
of somebody had asked, you know, what do you do with God once you
leave religion? And that's sucha big question for many people.
And I and I have my new book isreleasing here in a few weeks.
And I touch on this in in thatbook, but I want to cover it
here, when we hold on sotightly, to a belief of
anything, it doesn't give roomfor anything else to come in.
(03:31):
And so when we start becomingmore curious of our personal
growth and curious of what ispossible, it helps us in letting
go of cognitive dissonance thatwill happen and also allows for
possibilities of new truths tocome in. Because as we as
humans, as you go through yourprocess of evolution and, and
(03:54):
learning and growing andexpansion, you will be able to
have more truth come in. It'slike as our as a child, right?
When we're we have our babiesand for those of us that are
parents, as we've helped ourchildren grow into who they are
today, we couldn't have taughtthem to walk before they
(04:14):
crawled. You know, they neededto first drink milk before they
had solid foods and youintroduce things into their
lives slowly because it's partof their progression as humans
on this planet. And it's similarto our evolution and to our
growth and the things that weget to experience God. God comes
in many forms. And in ourhistory, God has been many
(04:37):
forms. Ely, even people when youdive into history, and these
godlike forms that had been onthe earth, it's possible that
they were actually another typeof species that was here long
before we came in. And becausethey seem to have more
technology or more capabilitiesor more access to their inner
knowing things, as humans or asthe human species at the time,
(05:02):
we then personified them as agod. And so it's possible. And
in my belief, there are many, many types of gods. And for
those that are within religion,God looks like a white Mormon
male that sits on a throne, ifyou will, and is the mediator of
who gets into heaven and whodoes not. But that is just one
(05:24):
version of God into them thatGod is true. And so because they
believe that God is true, thatGod does exist for them. For me,
and I've shared this before, Godis very, very, very different.
He's very different. And it'snot a he, it's an unambiguous,
there's no gender, to the Godthat I have a connection with
(05:45):
now. But I wasn't able to havethat connection to the God that
I have now until I was able tolet the God that I knew die, and
then go through my own process, which was several years of
identifying with whatever felttrue and okay and safe for me at
the time, to then be braveenough to ask to actually see
(06:07):
what God is. And then I was ableto receive for me what that was,
and I'm open to that continuingto evolve. And so like Jesus,
and the story of Jesus, and thestories that we have been fed,
and told from translations outof old texts, and if you know
(06:27):
anything about the cure, cureform tablets, and some old, old
old documents, and tablets thathave been found, that are,
really,we're having more and more
things discovered, that areredefining our history as we
know it. And it's not really outthere. Because if we, religion
(06:48):
and even our schooling systems,if they were to acknowledge some
of the history, the true historythat has been discovered, like
the Egyptian pyramids beingolder than what we have been
taught that they are, itcompletely changes our entire
timeline and brings a lot ofquestions into the truth of who
we are and where we came from.
(07:13):
And that disrupts that disruptsthe education system, it
disrupts religion. And so it'snot out there, however, you can
go find truth for yourself. Andso with Jesus and the story of
Jesus, in the stories in thescriptures, there's truth in all
things. However, in my opinion,a lot of these truths have been
(07:35):
slightly skimmed. And if youhave ever had any relationship
with someone in your life towhere they seem brilliant,
they're very, very intelligent, but something just doesn't quite
land. But you can't quite putyour finger on what it is
because they're so intelligent, and they seem more intelligent
(07:55):
than you. And though theknowledge that they seem to have
and, and how they're able tocommunicate it, just, you're
hearing it and you haven't comein and you're listening, but
something just is off, and youcan't quite put your finger on
it. This I feel like is whatreligion has done with truth, it
is taken this translation thatthey have deemed as the
(08:17):
appropriate translation basedoff of these ancient ancient
tablets. And they've taken thisand they have slightly altered
this truth. So it is just barelymissing the mark. It is just
barely skimming by so there's alot of truth in it, which is why
a lot of us bought intoreligion, because we could fill
that that was that this therewas truth here. There's truth in
(08:40):
these stories. And there istruth in these stories. But
there's just a slight twist aslight off, you know, just going
off the center point to me, howdo I want to play in my opinion
to to alter it just a tad sothat you don't know that you
(09:07):
have every single part of thiswisdom within your DNA within
your cells, and you have everyability to access the God within
you. I've really appreciated ifyou follow Dr. Julie Hanks I've
loved how she she steps more andmore into hey, here's
boundaries. And recently I saw apost of hers with somebody
(09:29):
asking, you know what if Ireceive an inspiration that's
different from the authoritiesin my, you know, the priesthood
authorities or even the prophet, and if I remember correctly, she
said that you should go withyour personal inspiration. You
should listen to that. And youget to have personal boundaries.
And I've so appreciated thatshe's standing more and more
(09:50):
into that in that as a Mormonand taking that sovereignty of
who you are as an individual.
And this right here is where Ifeel like religion gin has
intentionally altered truth, just a hair. And that hair takes
you off from knowing that you,my friends have every access to
the God within you to thatChrist within, that has every
(10:12):
ability to create alchemy, tocreate healings to know the
divinity that that resideswithin you and to find and claim
your spiritual center. And aswe're coming upon Easter, it is
a beautiful, beautiful time forsacredness in whatever that
(10:32):
looks like for you. And I know alot of us go through this and
that, you know, how do wecelebrate Christmas? How do we
celebrate Easter. And I wouldencourage you to actually find
that place within you. That iscurious as to what gets to be
created. Now. What gets to behonored now, to me, Christ is
(10:53):
very much a part of my life.
Christ is very much a part of inthis room, as I'm sitting here
recording this meditation I havea Buddha Christ that sits behind
me, which is kind of comicalthat a good friend of mine had
given to me for my birthday, andI love it. It's Christ in a
meditation looking like Buddha.
And then you know, as I'm, mymom is selling one of her
(11:18):
anyway,a home of hers. And we have a
lot of old family stuff. And inthat home and as we were going
through, you know, she wastelling us to take whatever,
whatever it is that we wanted totake. And there was these cute
little giraffe figurines. It'slike a mother draft and a little
baby one that I remember from sovividly from my childhood being
(11:40):
in I believe it was by ourpiano, that just brings good
memories that of course, I wantto I want to bring that I want
to hold that. That beautifulinnocence of that childhood that
I that I had. And with it as I'mgoing through there is this up
in my what used to be my dad'soffice, and the room that he
actually died in is this, whichI didn't actually realize until
(12:06):
I just said that. But there isthis Jesus, this beautiful Jesus
statue that's not very big. Andhe's holding a lamb. And I don't
know why this is getting meemotional. But he's holding a
lamb. And there's such asoftness and a sweetness in this
and is on the top shelf. So Ihad to reach to grab it. And I
(12:26):
hesitated I was like, why am Igrabbing this because this is
tied. You know, my mom isprobably the one who bought it.
And it's probably tied to Mormonreligion. And so I hesitated,
but it just kept calling me. Andso I grabbed it. And now it's
sitting, you know, in my, in mytreatment room in my office
(12:47):
here. And as I'm staring at thisbeautiful statue, the embodiment
of Christ in this lamb. There'sso many different layers of
truth in this. And in religion.
We have found and a lot ofpeople have found solace in
Jesus. And Jesus is thepeacemaker. And yet Jesus was
(13:12):
100%, a rebel at the time thathe lived, he went against the
constructs, and against thereligion at the time. And
there's so much, there's so muchcomedy to me, when I look at the
Jesus that I know now comparedto the Jesus that I knew and in
the constructs within religion, holy cow, such a night and day
(13:34):
difference. And I'm, I amgrateful that I continued to be
curious as to what and who Jesuswas to me. Now that had to go I
had to go through some prettyangry, fuck you Jesus moments,
and fuck you God moments andexcuse my French. But sometimes
there's no better word to placewhen you're in that space. And I
(13:59):
went through that, and I movedthrough that because that was
part of my grieving process, that anger of what in the hell
and, and moving through thoseplaces within me to really clear
and cleanse and ring that fireenergy of the anger and the
emotions that then got to burnthat place within me out and
(14:20):
allowing for the grieving tocome and happen and then and
then be in a space to where Icould be open to curiosity of
what is the truth for me in thisrelationship. And for me,
Christ. Christ is the embodimentof the wholeness that gets to be
experienced here on this earth.
Christ is embodiment of bothpleasure and pain of both shadow
(14:42):
and light, of polarity ofduality. The Garden of
Gethsemane, he brought in allthings within his cells, which
created both pleasure and pain.
There's a really beautiful bookthat I'm reading right now and
And, and of course, I'm spacing, the name of it, oh, the
(15:02):
existential kink.
And in our society, especiallyafter religion, the shame and
the guilt that we hold is one ofthe most damaging emotions that
we carry. And I believe inanother episode, I shared some
recent experiences that I wentthrough with healing another
layer of shame within myself, that was fascinating to
(15:23):
experience. And part of that, that shame that I experienced
was was ignoring and putting tothe side a part of who I was,
and the part of who I am. Andbecause society had deemed that
as a shadow aspect, andsomething that I should shame, I
shunned her i shun that part ofme. And now I have brought that
(15:44):
in and to mean to my experience,Jesus, embodied and Britt
embraced every single part ofhim, which included those parts
that in our current society, hewould be ridiculed, shamed and
mocked for. And yet he embracedit. And he embraced the
energetics that were in theplanet at the time, of all
(16:04):
things, which created a massivechange in his cellular
structure, that he literallybled from every pour, that he
had this fire alchemy withinthis burning within that cleanse
and alchemize and assisted himand his progression through what
(16:25):
he was here to do what he hadchosen into, you know, with
this, there was I don't know ifyou've seen it, but after
conference, there was a lot ofmemes going around with I can't
I don't remember who it was, that supposedly had said
something about if you had afamily member that has left
religion, you should treat themas Judas. And there's a lot of
(16:49):
really upset people and I, youknow, I I've been sitting a lot
recently with how much I sitneutrality when it comes to
religion, and Should I not havea stronger voice with me, you
know, being upset at somethingor another, and the truth is I
that doesn't reside within meanymore. And I'm grateful for
(17:12):
that. Because it, there's truthin all things and, and at the
same time with this quote thatwas going around, it was a miss
truth. And I've heard and I'veseen people communicate that,
you know, what he was saying, was along these lines, and here
again, is this interestingfasten fascination, this
(17:33):
phenomenon about slightlymissing the mark. And let's say
this, this, whoever it was thathad this converse, this speaking
thing was talking about, youknow, members of your family or
friends or community who'veleft, who then decide to attack
you or attack religion or saywhat's wrong, then you should
(17:54):
treat them as Judas. And whoknows if he actually said that
we're Judas, I don't know.
There's truth in this, becausewho the heck do we think we are
to be criticizing theirreligion, if they're choosing
into it, let them choose intoit, let them buy into whatever
it is that they're buying into.
(18:16):
It really actually doesn'taffect you, outside of you
choosing to let it bother you sodeeply. Why does it bother you
so much? Why should it if yourfamily members are choosing to
treat you in a certain way? Isit actually because you're
holding some sort of guilt orshame within you that's allowing
for that to happen? Is there aboundary that needs to be
(18:37):
created? We are ultimatecreators of our reality. So what
you're seeing in your world, what feedback you're getting in
your world, is just feedback forsomething within you that's
asking for attention, period, you are the ultimate creator of
your reality. Jesus Christembodied that. And he wasn't
(19:01):
Christ until much later in hislife when he went through a big,
big awakening. And he wentthrough some probably pretty
painful things, and he was notperfect. He had his
imperfections. And that was partof the beauty of His human
experience. So if you're beingpig pained and triggered, and
(19:21):
having these things that arejust You're being so upset over,
I would ask yourself thisquestion here. Where are those
places within you that are not100%? Certain and okay with the
choice that you've made to leavereligion? Because you're looking
for out out external validationthat you're right. And if you
(19:44):
can't get right within yourself, first, you will not get that in
your external world. This is allthe power of choice, my friends.
You have the choice and thepower of choice to choose how
you're going to react andinteract with the world and
especially within yourself.
and everyone else has the powerof choice as well. Allow for
(20:04):
people to choose what they'regoing to choose. Why are you
watching conference? Why are youpaying attention to these things
that you know, you know, goddamnwell, they're going to upset
you, you're almost probablylooking for something to be
upset at, and you will find it.
Because you're looking you'reseeking for that. That's how
amazing our world is. If you'relooking for pain and looking for
things to be pissed off aboutthe Mormon church or about any
(20:26):
religion, you will find it. Oryou can go into the place of
oneness of recognizing there istruth in all things. And at one
point in time you chose intothis religion you chose into
that belief system. Honor it,love it, appreciate yourself for
what it gave you at the time, heal whatever needs to be healed
(20:48):
and alchemize within you, andlove those that are choosing to
stay in you guys. This is whatChrist embodied. Christ invited
bodied, ultimate unconditionallove for himself first, and then
for others, and Judas. What ifJudas actually was part of the
(21:11):
grand plan, and Jesus knew it,he knew that there was someone
that he would love and trustdearly that would ultimately
betray him. But he needed thatbetrayal so that he could then
go through the next process ofhis life path that he chose
into. If you dive more and moreinto the story of Jesus, Jesus
(21:32):
went through a lot of training,a lot of personal growth and a
lot of practices, if you will,in the pyramids. And through a
lot of different you know, hewas in a scene if you know
anything about the Essenes, Ibelieve very strongly, he was in
a scene. And he went through alot of personal processes and
(21:54):
practices and different thingsto assist him in attaining the
place that he was going to goto, which was to show us all the
death is not the end, that wecan embody all things good, bad,
and become the oneness in thisphysical form, and ultimately
(22:20):
become God in carbonate, Godinformed because we are souls,
and spirits asking to have aphysical expression and a
physical experience. And Ibelieve strongly that we are
asking to understand and knowand feel and experience what it
is to be God in a physical form.
(22:41):
So in that, if you every singleone of you that's listening
right now, for this minute justtook a deep breath. And asked
yourself, if I truly believedthat I was in God and training
and that I am learning to become a god in form. Where in my
(23:07):
life, would I be a little softerwith myself and with others?
Where in my life would I findplaces to show unconditional
love? Where in my life can Iactually see and honor someone
in their journey, exactly whereit is for being perfect, even if
(23:29):
I don't agree with it. And thisespecially has something to do
with our children, where and ourpartners and our good friends
and our family members, justlike you are choosing your path
and how you're living andwalking and moving through your
path. So are they they are doingthe best they can with what they
(23:52):
have, just like you. And in anymoment, you can choose
differently, you can chooseagain, and you can choose a
different path, you can choose adifferent little trajectory, as
far as how you're wanting toembody your form today. And as
we move into this Easter season, and to this reemergence in this
(24:12):
birth, you guys, I'm so excitedto start writing my next book.
And actually I've startedwriting it I was writing it this
morning, which prompted thisthis podcast to be recorded. And
that book is all about thereemergence of the Christ within
because I really believe truly, that we have access to so much
knowledge and wisdom that isheld within ourselves and within
(24:36):
our DNA.
And the more we allow ourselvesto let go to remove those layers
that are held deep within ourpsyche and deep within our
subconscious mind which includesthe old holding of what Jesus is
on this planet. It allows formore information to come in.
(24:56):
Again when we hold so tightlyonto a belief to an emotion to
whatever it is, it doesn't givespace for anything else to come
in, because we're holding sotightly. It's like having
blinders on and being in theforest and all you can see is
this freaking tree that's infront of you this goddamn tree
(25:17):
that won't move. And it's like,if you could just take a breath
and actually allow your, yourview your vision to open up, you
would see that this ginormoustree in front of you. Good, you
can just step around it, it'snot even a big deal. And you're
making something a lot biggerthan it gets to be than it needs
(25:38):
to be. And it's probably part ofyour process to what are the
gifts and the wisdom that arebeing held in that tree that is
right in front of you, that youneed that you get to look into
and see. So that you can put itdown that you can let go. And
then all of a sudden you can seethat path right around that
tree. I know for the last fewweeks, and I recently posted
(26:03):
about this and I it feelsimportant to to speak on. For
the last few weeks, I personallyhave been going through some
really, really uncomfortableplaces within me. And nobody
likes these places. Nobody lovesto be uncomfortable. Nobody
likes to go into those places, within that don't feel light.
(26:28):
That make us feel heavier as wemove through the world. Nobody
likes that, including me. And ii years ago, I was so over this
idea that we have to embody orpersonify this idea of
perfection. Because Perfectiondoesn't even exist. You guys,
it's the it's this crazy ideathat we put out that like
(26:51):
someone who's out there speakingtruth or is supposed to be an
expert can't show you that, hey, guess what they struggle to.
That is someone who is lying toyou, first of all, and is not
being true to themselves. And Idon't care who you are, even
Jesus, God, the people that havecome before as Buddha, every
(27:17):
single person has had to gothrough and will continue to go
through uncomfortable places intheir life, more and more of
those places that are those darknights of the soul. And we, in
my opinion, and what I've seenas a collective, we are going
(27:38):
through another layer, wecontinue to go through these you
guys. But we have been goingthrough another layer of pulling
up the old maps of what has beenwritten and created and
implanted within us andimplanted within the DNA and
implanted within our, our worldconstructs. We are literally
pulling those up almost likeweeds, pulling them out,
(28:01):
discarding them, and then askingfor this new energy that is so
flooding the planet right now.
This newness, this new frequencythat we're all up leveling into,
to be fully embodied andembraced and that feels
uncomfortable because what wehave known is dying again. And
we get to get uncomfortable andbeing comfortable with the
(28:27):
discomfort more and more becausewe are continuing to go through
life death life cycle, andshamanism. We are very familiar
with the life death lifecycle,it is a part of life, it is part
of our reality, the one constantthing in life is change. And
with that change comes death andrebirth, death and rebirth. So
(28:47):
as we're entering into thisspring season, it is no and this
Easter that's coming this comingup and we have Earth Day coming
up and all sorts of beautythat's happening on the planet.
It is no wonder that a lot of usare leaning into another huge
massive layer of purging throughourselves of what gets to die.
(29:14):
I have a speaker symposiumthat's coming up in a few weeks,
actually less than two weeks.
And you know, I've created a lotof things and I've done a lot of
things and with everything thatI've created, there's always the
discomfort and the nervousnessthat comes with it right well
people like it, will they comeetc, etc. But there's something
with this speaker symposium thathas the has rocked me a bit, you
(29:36):
guys I'm not gonna lie. And itis the fear of failure for me in
my business when I ran mod bod.
And I did that for 12 years ofmy life, almost 12 years of my
life. And I had a lot a lot offailures in that in that
company. I had a lot ofsuccesses too. And ultimately
(29:57):
though I feel like I failed Andthat's something that's still
within me that I am continuingto work through. So as I'm
creating this speaker symposium, and something I really, really
want to grow, and build andcontinue to do more of these,
oh, my gosh, I have had toreally, really look at those
places within me that are afraidof failure, and leaning in
(30:21):
anyway. And stepping in andtaking that leap of faith of
creating something that I knowthat I know. And I can feel so
deeply the energy that is goingto be held in that room with
those speakers and myself, onApril 24, here's my little plug,
you guys, I really want to sellthis out. I know how powerful
this event is going to be. Iknow that this is for those
(30:43):
truth seekers out there that arelearning and desperately seeking
like that enter craving, formore knowledge for more
information for more access towho you and they really are.
This, my friends is one of thosedays that you will always
(31:04):
remember, because the speakersand the topics that we're
speaking to, are absolutelystunning and transformative. I
as you're listening to this, please go grab your ticket. For
the first I have a few moretickets left for the first 50
people, you'll get a free gift.
And then a few of the speakersare often offering freebies as
well, that you'll get. So it'sreally go grab your ticket, help
(31:26):
me sell this event out, I onlyhave about 100 seats in total.
So it's a little bit of asmaller venue. But this is April
24, in Highland, Utah, and it'sgoing to be an epic day. But as
Yeah, as I've been creatingthis, and I feel like I've done
a lot of things in my life, thisis one of those that has been
(31:47):
popping my stuff. But this isjust that beautiful call to be
actually, I had to remind myselfof Oh, I get to be excited and
curious as to what gets to bepopped. Even though this feels
really uncomfortable, and Idon't like it. I get to hold
that curiosity of great. What doI get to move through now what
(32:11):
what other layer within me getsto be shed gets to be let go so
that I can fully and more andmore fully embody all of who I
am. And so with that, and withthis conversation with Jesus and
this fascinating piece that wein some level are holding that
(32:33):
we're living in the shadow ofthe cross, we're living in the
shadow of his atonement that wastaught to us that he did which
in my belief is not true. He didcome to show us that we can and
we are our own saviors. We donot need anyone to save us. And
that's right. There's that hookwithin religion. If you believe
(32:53):
that you need to be saved fromsomething outside of yourself,
you will buy into religion, youwill be hooked in, and a lot of
people are buying into that andthat's okay. And a lot of you
are not. And a lot of you arechoosing out and yet are
probably still looking for asavior somewhere else. And my my
ask of you today, my friends, isto ask within yourself, Where
(33:19):
can I save myself today? Wherecan I find those answers within
me? Where can I lean a littlebit more into trusting myself
today? Where can I practice alittle bit more of self love
today? Where can I heal withinme that's asking to be healed
what needs to be seen andwitnessed and expressed within
(33:41):
me for my own personalvalidation for my own personal
awareness for my own personalgrowth, that has nothing to do
with anyone else outside of you.
This is one of the biggestdisservices in my opinion that
religion does with teaching andprogramming
(34:04):
individuals to believe that theyare not capable of finding their
own answers of finding their ownwisdom, their own medicine that
resides within them. Within eachand every single one of you and
like you're listening to thispodcast, reading books, I've
read so many books that havebeen game changers in my life.
(34:24):
We get to seek those things withyou know outside of us that help
us learn and cultivate thatwisdom that is within of
learning from other people andand asking to be you know, what
gets to be learned what gets tobe witnessed what gets to be
seen so that I can then pull itin for more wisdom more access
(34:45):
to my own information. I hadsomeone recently reached out to
me and expressing some thingsthat they were going through and
asking for me to give them someanswers and And I reminded them
that this was just part of theirdeconstruction from religion.
(35:06):
And it is so often that we dothat, and that's okay. It's
normal, for goodness sakes, Ileft Mormonism and I dove into
Wicca, which was a beautifulthing. But it was just another.
For me at the time, it was justanother form of something
outside of me and giving meanswers. And at the same time,
it actually taught me aboutmyself too. So finding and
(35:29):
learning and leaning more andmore into those places within
that get to be seen throughdifferent vehicles, whether it's
reading a book going, you know, taking an online course, or
going to a retreat, or whateverit is, I would just ask that as
you're going through all thesedifferent experiences in your
life, to, to ask yourself whatfeels true, what feels true to
(35:52):
me, what is my truth and askingyourself, maybe it's a daily
morning meditation that youhave, of where can I see more of
my truth today, where can I findmore of my truth in this moment,
and, and really cultivating apractice of finding those truths
within of leaning more and moreinto the God within the Christ
(36:15):
within that resides within eachand every single one of you.
This is such a beautiful time tobe alive on this planet. And I'm
excited, I'm so excited to be apart of this time in our
(36:35):
history, and time in our life,of a really moving through these
energies of this world that feelheavy to a lot of people. And
yet, in the shadows, there's somuch light to be had, and so
much light to be filled. Andthat integration of both the
(36:56):
dark and the light, the shadowsand the light within us, brings
us some of our greatest gifts.
And I would encourage you toembrace more and more of your
shadows to bring it more andmore into wholeness to bring it
more in tiny. And again, I talkabout it all the time, because
(37:17):
it's one of the most beautifulpractices in shamanism in my
opinion. And it is the practiceof being in right relationship.
And right we're when we're inright relationship with
ourselves that reverberates out.
And I believe that my friends ispart of what we're here to
experience is that we as acollective, as a collective
(37:38):
group of individuals and humanon this planet, are literally
creating the calamities thatwe're seeing our subconscious
and our consciousness iscreating the different
experiences that we're having.
So when we can embody andembrace more and more of that
wholeness within the shadows andthe light, the parts of us that
do want to experience money andgreed and power, and whatever it
(38:02):
is, our sexual sides, thecentral parts of us, when we can
really embrace and acknowledgethat those parts live within us.
It won't create as a much of aneed to experience on the X out
of ourselves, the external. Andagain, if any of this is pinging
(38:23):
for you, or you're curious todive a little bit more into
this, I would highly, highlyrecommend getting that book, the
existential kink. It is abeautiful, beautiful book. So
with all of that, I know thatyou are truly amazing creators
know that this is a beautifultime to lean into the rebirth
that is happening on the planet, even in celebrating Christ's
(38:47):
resurrection. We, you know, I?
Oh, it's the beautiful author ofThe Game of Life, Florence
Scovel, Scovel Shinn, that says,we as Christians celebrate the
empty tomb and forgiveness likethat is what Christianity is
founded upon. And the empty tombis just the idea that we can
(39:12):
transcend death. And in that, weget to also embrace fully death
and life, death and rebirth. Sohere's an opportunity this
weekend is we're going intoeastern where within you gets to
be celebrated that resurrection, that rebirth within you, what is
(39:34):
asking to be birthed. What'sasking to die and what's asking
to be rebirth. And as you gothrough this week, I hope you
sit with that a little bit ofwhat gets to die, what gets to
be brought to the light getsbrought gets to be seen and
witnessed. And then let go andthen walk us to be fertilized
(39:56):
that death happens. It'sfertilizer for new growth. oath,
what gets to come in? Sendingyou all so much love. As always,
