Valider ton idée selon quatre critères principaux - Ta capacité à convertir des clients - L'engouement du marché - Ta rentabilité - La taille du marché En complément, je te partage des paramètres pouvant influencer ta capacité à trouver ton product market fit: - Positionnement (cible, problème, solution) - Pricing - Modèle d'affaires - Message - Marketing - Simplicité de la solution - Notoriété / légitimité / confiance Finalement, je te partage où trouver des idées plus concrètement.
