In this short solo episode, Allegra breaks down the newest allegations in the Amended Complaint in the lawsuit filed by the trustee in the Girardi Keese Bankruptcy case against Erika Girardi. This newest filing is an update in the case and we discussed the original lawsuit on our July 19th episode.
The term "receivables" is used and interchanged with a "debt owed to Girardi Keese"- Essentially, the allegations are that Erika Jayne owes Girardi Keese money and the bankruptcy trustee is trying to collect on that debt to repay the creditors of the estate.
