Con 27 años de experiencia en el sector de Energía y la construcción, Luis Osorio, posee un Doctorado en Administración, concluido en 2019. Adicionalmente, es Licenciado en Ciencias Administrativas en 1993 y Magister en Finanzas en 2004 ambos de la Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas, Venezuela. También se graduó del Programa de Desarrollo Ejecutivo de Wharton School of Business - Universidad de Pensilvania en 2014. Trabajó en empresas de Exploración y Producción como PETROBRAS y DIAVAZ, en países como Argentina, Brasil, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela y México. Obtuvo resultados notables como Gerente General, Gerente Comercial, Director Financiero, Gerente de Proyectos, Gerente de Planificación, Gerente de Desarrollo Comercial y Consultor de Estrategia Comercial.
