wanted to give you a meditation from something I ran earlier in
the. Year called 20. 25 Dream.
Quest it was such a powerful andpotent three day.

Right now, a meditation, a visioning process.
If you feel cold, if you don't feel cool, that's totally cool.

You can just drift in whatever ways feels good to you.
If you want to get yourself comfortable, if you just want to
gently move your body around in the ways that is needed to see
if there's anything that needs some extra attention, some extra
(01:50):
warmth, extra love, gonna stretch them.
Or gently place your hands there, noticing if there's any
tension anywhere. Moment to check in with our
(02:12):
bodies. And we begin by taking deep
breaths down into our belly, inhaling in through the nose and
(02:41):
out through the mouth, into the nose and out through
the mouth. If you're finding you feel
(03:10):
anxiety, what nervousness or that your nervous system's a bit
dysregulated if you exhale for longer than you inhale, it
slowly starts regulating your nervous system.
(03:32):
Our diaphragm is the only voluntary muscle that we have in
the nervous system, so breath isa really useful way that we can
begin to regulate that nervous system.
So if you want to inhale for four, then exhale for six,

inhale for four, exhale for six.And those extra moments where
you're exhaling for longer than the inhale, it's a lovely
(04:22):
reminder for your body to slow down.
It signals to your nervous system that you are safe, and
then it can begin to regulate, inhaling for four and exhaling
(04:42):
for six. Inhaling for four and exhaling
for six. And if you like, as you exhale,
let it out as a sigh or as a deeper exhale like a.

That can really help with regulating that nervous system
as well. Inhale through your nose and
long exhales. Sigh it out.

I'm just enjoying this moment ofconnecting in with your body,
connecting in with this present moment, connecting in with the
reminder that right now you are safe and you are loved and you
are whole and there's nowhere else you need to be.

There's nothing else you need tobe doing and just placing your
palms down on your thighs. And what we're going to do now
(06:33):
is if you can visualize in frontof you a long line of time right
out in front of you every day and every single month, that
forms 2025, right? And then you can see the post at
(06:58):
the end. It's like New Year's Eve 2025,
and then the time goes, the timeline goes on after that.
Of course, today we're just going to look along this
timeline right to New Year's, New Year's Eve 2025, the end of
(07:25):
this year, 350 odd days away. And So what we'd like to do is
we're going to do on an inhale, we breathe in, we see ourselves,
(07:47):
just our perspective rise up outof our bodies.
And then traveling along forwardalong this timeline.
Let's scoot along, coast along all the way up to New York.

New Year's Eve, December 31st, 2025, the end of this year.
Don't worry, your perspective isstill completely connected and
attached to your body. We're just stretching a little
little bit. It can twang right back into
(08:34):
place to you whenever you need it.
But right now, just for a few moments, we're just taking a
perspective shift up to the end of the year when we get to that
signpost, looking back over the previous year, right back to our
(09:04):
present day bodies right here, right now.
And now let's poor love ride along that timeline from
(09:31):
December 31st right back here topresent day.
And the energy of the benevolentparent are like, oh, I want
everything to go well for her. And if it doesn't, if she falls,
(09:52):
if she makes a mistake, it's OK.I want to be right there to
soothe her, pat her head, check her over, kiss the bruises when
it's pouring. Love and good wishes all over
(10:18):
now 2025. And if there's any extra places
that need extra love, just continuing just to pour love and
(10:41):
hope and wishes, kindness and softness all over that year.
And knowing now as we venture into the year, that every day we
enter has already been blessed. They are December 31st, 2025
(11:05):
selves. That's waiting for us at the
finish line of the year. And now I want to hear you tune
(11:40):
into what the perspective of December 31st, 2025 self.
It's like they're writing a letter to you of all the ways
that they're proud of you, all the ways that that you've grown,
(12:01):
all the ways that you've enactedwith clarity and courage, all
the ways that you've allowed Angel seeds to bloom within you
to birth your dreams and goals and hopes into the world.
(12:24):
All the miraculous ways that youhave done what is needed, even
as you are a human in a human world, working with human
limitations. So, for example, when I tune
(12:48):
into the voice of myself at the end of this year, I can hear her
say, dear Leone, I am so, so proud of you.
Look at what you created. Look at the ways that you
(13:12):
stepped up and were brave even when it was scary.
I'm so proud of the way that youtook care of yourself.
I'm so proud of the way that youtook care of your family and
your children. I'm so proud of the way that you
(13:33):
kept on stepping up for your community, that you took the
seeds that came through you. You birthed them into the world.
You became bigger and braver andmore potent because of it.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.I love you so much.

I could not be more thrilled andmore proud of you.

When we think about our angels and our guides and benevolent
beings, if you feel stuck in those ideologies, just remember
one of your benevolent beings isalso your future self.
The one from December 31st, 2025who is cheering you on.

Who is watching you to this raceand could not be more proud of
you. Who pours love upon you like the
benevolent parent who dusts you off when you run into a wall and
get a Googie egg says that's allright.

Happens to the best of us. It shows that you're doing.
We could not be more proud. You over the course of this year

and the next and the rest for always.
You are growing and blooming in miraculous ways.
You are healing and you're shifting into becoming even more
of yourself, returning to the ocean of God.

This idea that all of us are loved and are worthy of love,
that we are born divine and we remain divine even when we
forget, even when we run into wars, even when we make
(16:22):
mistakes. It's exactly where we need to
be. You do not need to be perfect in
order to be perfect. Your trying is a prayer and your
trying is a gift to the world, as is just your mere presence.
(16:52):
Each of us have been given unique gifts and unique
perspectives and unique assignments.
We do not need to be anything more like anybody else, just
more like ourselves. May we be blessed today and
(17:16):
always. May the adventure of the next
year be full of joy and miracles.
And it will be full of all of the life stuff as well.
The hard, the painful, the frustration, the loss, the
(17:37):
grief, all of the things. But we can still return to this
moment, this moment of the Eagleperspective, taking flight and
remembering we are not alone, weare divine and we are holy and
(17:58):
we're right where we wish to be and are meant to be.
And when you're ready, you can see that perspective of yours
taking flight, like an eagle streaming above 2025, flying
towards you, sprinkling fairy dust and love and magic as it
(18:19):
goes, blessing every day ahead of us, now and forever.
Let that eagle perspective land back into your body.
You might as well rub your bodies, stretch, bring yourself

right back to this present moment, into this present day.
I'm just going to place my handsover my brow.
If you feel cold, do the same you can.

Just to ground our perspective right back into our bodies,
right here, right now. Rubbing hands, wiggling feet,
and coming back into this present moment.
