Dans L'ère du CO, on aime partir d'expériences vécues pour tirer les apprentissages de ce que veut dire mieux travailler ensemble. Pour parler de la figure du leader collaboratif, nous avons invité Alerte Avril,
coordonnateur du Bureau de consultation jeunesse (BCJ), un organisme d'action communautaire qui œuvre auprès des jeunes de 14 à 25 ans depuis 1970 dans le Grand Montréal. Pourquoi ? Parce que depuis plus de 30 ans, les membres du BCJ traversent les changements organisationnelles, les conflits de générations et les enjeux sociétaux pour continuer collectivement à faire vivre leur mission avec et pour les jeunes. Et dans ce genre d'environnement où l'on travaille sans filet, la figure du leader collaboratif prend tout son sens. Entre confiance, communication, humilité et écoute, cette rencontre avec Alerte Avril est une leçon de savoir-être.
