I was so honored to sit down with Kim Williams, wife, mother, Leadership Coach and CEO of a nonprofit called Interfaith Family Services in Dallas. Kim opens up about her journey to becoming a CEO. She shares some of the challenges that she faced navigated her way to the assignment God placed on her unprovoked. She talks about how she learned how to stand on the word that God promised her even though nothing about the assignment seemed promising.

She dropped so many gems and life lessons. We talk about the importance of balancing family, the value of confidence, insecurities in purpose, beauty standards and so much more!
