My friend, are you using yourimagination?
Well, abraham Hicks, who I love, just YouTube, abraham Hicks,
if you're not familiar withAbraham, says that worry is

using our imagination to createwhat we do not want.
And think about it.
We're the only creatures whohave this power of imagination
visualizing, connecting with adifferent reality, daydreaming,
whatever you want to call it.
We have this ability, and ourbrain, our body, our mind

real life versus happening inour imagination.
That's why, if we start toworry, we can start to feel
anxious and tense.

Well, imagination shapes ourlife experience for better or
worse, and so often we end upsolving problems in our mind
that we don't even have.

I best prepare?
What if we flip that even 20%?
Instead of rehearsing worry, orinstead of rehearsing you know
terrible outcomes or somethingunwanted, we started visualizing
wins and life going smoothlyand us having outcomes that we

want.
What are you living in yourmind, what are you picturing on
repeat?
Because sometimes we thinkeverything needs a plan, a
backup plan, a spreadsheet.
We need to prepare for theworst case scenario, and there's
nothing wrong with that Havinga plan B, getting prepared,
planning but when we spend somuch of our energy worrying

about what might go wrong, italmost becomes its own full-time
job, and then our creativityand energy is depleted for what
could be beautiful, what couldbe going right in our minds,
what we could be using toprepare and plan a gorgeous
outcome.

Whether it's something smalllike a lunch with a friend, or
going to a networking mixer, orgoing to a wedding, or even
having a conversation with ateam member that you're nervous
about because it feels slightlyconfrontational, how can you use
your imagination to youradvantage?
