Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Let it Be Easy with Susie Moore.
Well, hello, my friend.
I have to ask you, did youlisten yet to Francesca Amber on
the podcast?
She's my most recent interviewand she's speaking about her

(00:21):
instant Sunday Times bestseller.
And she's speaking about herinstant Sunday Times bestseller,
the book Manifest Like a Mother.
I actually even just went backonto Instagram today just to
post a clip of Fran, becauseshe's so funny and fresh and
real and I wanted to just takeone idea from that book today
and dive into it with you rightnow.

(00:44):
It's easy to apply, it's fun,it's different, and I think why
wouldn't we do this?
Why wouldn't we make ourday-to-day more fun and, as a
result, attract more of what wewant?
At the same time, the idea isdeliberate, daydreaming.

(01:06):
Now, some people may call thisvisualization.
Whatever you want to call it isfine with me.
But think about it.
How many mindless tasks do youcomplete per day?
Well, you're maybe physicallythere, going through the motions
, but it requires no mentalcapacity.

(01:27):
Your brain does not have to beengaged, like when you're
showering, like when you'reloading and reloading the
dishwasher, like when you arefolding laundry, like when you
are walking to the gym, or whenyou're walking your dog or when
you're I don't know cleaningyour laptop, cleaning your phone
.
There are so many things thatwe do day to day that don't

(01:48):
really require us to think.
We can go through the motions.
And, my friends, these are allpockets of opportunity, big
pockets in some cases, todeliberately daydream.
So most people will maybe playsome music or scroll anytime

(02:08):
their hands are free or, frankly, contemplate the state of the
world, the state of theirproblems.
The thing that your sister saidlast week that's still annoying
you, that kind of weird commentthat you got from a friend or
that coworker what if we didsomething else?
What if we consciously spentthis time day to day?

(02:30):
Maybe you've got a long commuteto and from work on the train
or in the car, or maybe everysingle day when you do school
pickup and drop off.
There's a lot of sitting aroundand waiting hours in a day in
some cases.
What are you thinking about?
What are you picturing?
What is coming to mind for youand is it working for you the

(02:51):
way that you know?
This is based on how you feel.
You know what you're thinking, based on your emotional state.
If you're thinking aboutsomething expansive and
beautiful and exciting, something that you want.
You're going to feel good andalive and engaged and awake.
If you've been doom scrolling,if you've been gossiping, if

(03:14):
you're focusing on everything, every tiny thing that could go
wrong that day, you're going tofeel tense and anxious and
annoyed and irritated.
Why wouldn't you spend theseperiods of time every day
thinking about where you want tobe at the end of this year, how
you want to look, who you wantto be with?

(03:34):
You can pretend, even as you'recooking in your kitchen, that
you're preparing an incrediblemeal for people who are going to
really be appreciating it, oryou are going to find this meal
delicious.
Or as you're even going toorder a coffee, can you imagine
that you know somethingincredible is going to happen
that day, and this is fuel forthe amazing unfolding of the

(03:58):
next 24 hours?
Or even as you're gettingdressed.
One thing that I love to do is,instead of getting out of the
shower you know, towel in thehair you're like oh gosh, what
am I going to do?
What am I going to wear today?
You lay your clothes out, putyour earrings, put your shoes.
It feels like you've got apersonal stylist and you're
setting yourself up to win thatday, your actions, what you're

(04:20):
thinking about, what you'refocusing on.
Why don't you set yourself up tofeel good, put a swing in your
hips, focus on what it is thatyou would most like to unfold in
the coming weeks, the comingmonths.
Focusing on what you want, whatyou focus on expands.
You can do this whenever youwish.

(04:42):
What can you focus on and, as aresult, allow in today, until
tomorrow, my friends, so muchlove and ease.
Hey friend, are you feelingstuck in any area of your life?
Right now, I've got you.
With over a decade in coachingand a thousand self-help books

(05:04):
under my belt, I've refined sixjournal prompts that I'm giving
to you for free that'll help youcoach yourself to a better life
in just six days.
These are amazing.
If you feel stuck, if you everbattle self-doubt, if you feel
