What if the simplest advice could be the most powerful? During my recent Pilates classes, I've noticed instructors repeatedly using a phrase that makes me chuckleโ€”but also profoundly resonates: "Don't think about it, just go." This seemingly basic instruction has become a life-changing mantra worth sharing beyond the workout studio.

And, as a special FREE bonus, I want to give you my "6 Journal Prompts To Coach Yourself To A Better Life In 6 Days!"

These prompts are perfect if you:

๐ŸŽฏ Feel lost in direction.

๐Ÿ“‰ Battle feelings of inadequacy or constant comparison.

๐Ÿ˜• Experience restlessness.

๐Ÿ“† Find goal-setting or motivation challenging.

๐Ÿ˜ Simply feel 'meh'.

Designed to dismantle obstacles, reshape your mindset, and cement unwavering confidence, these prompts are scarce gems in a sea of generic advice. ๐Ÿšง๐Ÿง

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Let it Be Easy with Susie Moore.
Ever since joining a newPilates studio recently.
There is a line that's usedagain and again.
I can't help chuckle when theteachers say it.
I can't help internalizing itgoing.

(00:21):
I've got to talk to my podlisteners about this.
We've got to talk about thisimportant sentence that could be
thrown around in places outsideof a Pilates studio for sure.
Use this line, add this line toyour life, use it with your
team, use it with your kids.
I find it very powerful in itssimplicity, which is don't think

(00:46):
about it, don't think about it.
You know, one thing thathappens if you take Pilates
Reformer classes is that youhave a lot of transitions.
So you have to change springs, you have to move to different
parts of the machine and theteachers want you to do it
really quickly so that you don'tlose tension in your body and,
frankly, so you maximize thetime in class and look, I get it

(01:10):
.
Sometimes it's confusing, especially if you're new or you
know, with a kind of differentlike there's the bungee, there
are the handlebars, there aredifferent components to the
machine.
Sometimes it takes us a bitlonger to transition to certain
moves than others.
But what's interesting is thatwhen they often just amplify the
class, they'll take it up anotch, they'll put you in a more

(01:31):
advanced position.
They'll say don't think aboutit, just go, don't think about
it.
Don't think about it and Ithink my gosh, what if we just
apply this to more?
Want to start writing?
Don't think about it, justbegin.
Pull up a Google Doc.
Need to record an episode?
Just sit down, get yourmicrophone, start speaking.
Need to have a difficultconversation with someone?
Just pick up the phone, dialtheir number, just speak.

(01:51):
Just do it, don't think aboutit.
My friends, overthinkingcreates problems, okay.
And in Pilates, for example, when you think about a perfect
move or you think about, oh,this is going to be harder now
I'm adding weight or I haven'tused that part of the machine
yet, we stiffen up, right.
We don't go with the flow.

(02:12):
We don't just follow others andmove forward, we pause.
It's like the flow just totallyends.
The trust is gone, the presenceis gone, because we're thinking
, we're in our heads, we're notin our bodies, and this is not a
place of strength.
When we just move, when we justact, there is strength in that

(02:32):
Right.
Your body does show up for you.
Your body responds.
I can assure you, if you don'tthink about it, you just go into
a move.
You can do it, at least foreven a short period.
You can do it momentarily.
So where can you be applyingthis today?
Maybe it is with a workout.
Don't think about it, just move.
Maybe it is in a work situation.
Maybe it's something thatyou've been procrastinating on.

(02:55):
Where can you apply this?
Where can you share this?
Where can you even just repeatthis as someone in your life
today?
Don't think about it, just go.
Don't think about it.
It's amazing that when we stopthinking for a moment, we stop
negative thinking.
All negative thinking stopswhen thinking stops, when we

(03:18):
simply act.
Where can you do this today?
Where can you do this today?
Until tomorrow, my friends, somuch love and ease.
Hey friend, are you feelingstuck in any area of your life?
Right now, I've got you.
With over a decade in coachingand a thousand self-help books
under my belt, I've refined sixjournal prompts that I'm giving

(03:42):
to you for free that'll help youcoach yourself to a better life
in just six days.
These are amazing.
If you feel stuck, if you everbattle self-doubt, if you feel
restless, if you find goalsetting challenging.
