Ever wonder why some people manifest their dreams while others keep visualizing without results? The missing link might be normalization - transforming what feels like fantasy into your expected reality.

This transformative episode explores the powerful difference between merely visualizing success and actually normalizing it in your mind. When your dream feels distant, it stays distant. But when you immerse yourself in proof that what you desire is possible, specifically for someone like you, manifestation accelerates dramatically.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Let it Be Easy with Susie Moore.
My friends, if you are inself-coaching society, we are
doing a session this month onthis topic because it's so good
and powerful and it's a realmanifesting accelerator, my

(00:22):
friends.
Okay, it's so good, it's calleddon't just visualize, normalize
.
Oh, this is so good.
This is the missing piece.
I swear.
Are you a visualizer?
I'm a visualizer too.
It's proven to work.
Athletes do it, executives doit.

(00:43):
It has proof.
The research is very clear onthis.
Mental rehearsals are powerful.
Visualizing is powerful, butthere is a difference between
practical visualizing andfantasy visualizing, and the
difference is how close it feels.

(01:06):
We have to normalize what wewant, not just keep it in
fantasy land.
We don't just want to visualizesomething one day as a faraway
dream.
We want to live it in our mindslike we are expecting it.
Because if your dream feels faraway, it stays far away.

(01:28):
Versus seeking proof andevidence that what you want is
possible, your spirit, your soulneeds familiarity.
You want what it is that youwant to attract into your life
to feel like the next naturalstep, not a far away dream.

(01:50):
We want to rehearse reality inour minds.
So, for example, just say Iwanted to move to Hollywood to
be an actress.
I don't want to do this, butjust say I did.
I could sit in my bed andpicture, you know, maybe walking

(02:11):
on the red carpet, you know, next to Tom Cruise at the Oscars
, and you know, showing up to afilm set and Tom Hanks is there
and you know, maybe being in mytrailer and you know Cate
Blanchett's walking by, I don'tknow whatever it is that comes
to my mind in a fantasy and Icould just, you know, relax and

(02:31):
just feel like, oh, you know, imagine that as almost like a
daydream, versus maybe spendinga bit of time researching the
backgrounds of actors andactresses who arrived in Los
Angeles with nothing, with noconnections, with no hookups,
with no experience.

(02:52):
I remember listening to KevinCostner saying that he lived in
his car when his friends wereall getting jobs after college,
you know, with 401ks and likecar, you know an expense account
for the car, and he was livingin his shitty car next to a
payphone, waiting for people tocall him back, and look from the

(03:16):
outside like hey, there was nohope for this guy.
But there he was, living hisdream, being fully immersed in
the possibility of what can be,and he said he took any job.
He was cleaning trash, workingas an assistant, anything to be
on a film set.
I also was reading recentlyabout Jessica Chastain, that

(03:38):
Oscar award winning actress whofor years struggled, who had no
connections, who comes from avery poor family, who was
working multiple jobs and thenin one year, had this
breakthrough year with zero,dark 30.
I forget the others, but it allhappened very quickly.

(03:59):
Instead of just visualizing, feeling almost completely
separate from the dream, can youimmerse yourself in the
possibility that it can be you?
Why not you?
Seek proof, seek evidence.
Many people will tell youwhat's not possible.
Many people will tell you to berealistic, which is my least

(04:21):
favorite word.
But what about actually seeking?
Seeking the facts that, yes, this can be done, it can be you.
We're not here to live infantasy land.
We are here to live in realityand experience those gorgeous

(04:42):
desires of our hearts.
Don't just visualize, normalizeand see how completely different
it feels.
Bonus point when you start tonormalize and you still feel
this feeling of, yes, I want it,I'm on track, it also comes

(05:02):
along with a package of courage.
And that, my friends, is yourintuition saying come this way
Until tomorrow.
My friends, so much love andease.
I've got something really coolfor you.
