Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Let it Be Easy with Susie Moore.
This, my friends, might be thesecret of the universe.
Pause, big statement.
What if this is the secret ofthe universe In my body?

(00:24):
It's true.
This is, oh my gosh, I think, one of those lessons that no one
teaches us, that few peopleknow, but those who do know live
their lives in a reallydifferent way.
Okay, I feel like I'm reallybuilding this up here, and I

(00:44):
hope I am, because this isserious.
It feels light, but it isserious.
It is enjoying your life inevery way possible.
Before you quote unquote earnit, earn it.
What if a joy isn't a rewardfor a job well done or getting

(01:06):
something right?
What if it's your fuel?
What if it's your starter pack?
What if it's not the finishline?
It's actually the starting line.
When I read the book theHappiness Advantage years ago,
sean Acor definitely check outhis interview on the podcast if
you haven't already.
He's Harvard's happinessresearcher he said that success

(01:30):
orbits happiness, not the otherway around.
Let me repeat that Successorbits happiness, not the other
way around.
We get it wrong, my friends.
We think that, oh, you know, know, once I'm successful, I'll
be happy.
Once I achieve xyz, I'll behappy once this big project's
finished, I'll be happy.
I'll be happy when.

(01:51):
I'll be happy when.
But what if the opposite istrue?
You'll get all of those goodthings you'll allow yourself to
be, do and have all of thoseblessings when you feel good.
Think about it the last day orthe last moment or the last
season in your life when youjust felt really good.

(02:13):
Could anything get you down?
I think about this in certainphases in my life when I felt
particularly good, vibrating atthis really high frequency.
It made me magnetic to people,to opportunities, to good timing
, to even seeing things that hadbeen in Miami this whole time
but I hadn't tuned into becauseI was probably stressed out and

(02:36):
looking down versus looking upand feeling good and taking my
time and engaging in life.
And taking my time and engagingin life, my friends, can you
have the audacity of enjoyingyour life before you earn
anything at all?
What if joy?
Is this starting point, thislaunching point To me?

(03:02):
Enjoying life, in whatevercapacity that appears, makes me
a magnet to good things, puts meat this vibrational level where
things can find me.
It's its own gift, feeling goodeach day by choice.
It doesn't make you lazy.

(03:22):
It makes you powerful.
If you're in self-coachingsociety, you know this.
Feeling good is a startingpoint, coming back to the truth
of who you are, knowing yourinherent worthiness, knowing
that you're a very powerfulcreator.
I've often said that mysuperpower is deciding that I'm

(03:42):
going to have a really good day.
That doesn't mean it's superproductive.
Maybe it's day one of my period.
A good day, then, is reading, reflecting, watching television,
taking care of myself.
Maybe another day it's reallygetting a lot of stuff done and
reaching out to people andmaking magic happen, whatever it
is.
If the baseline is joy, iffeeling good is my priority,

(04:07):
everything else is going tounfold with more ease.
So can you enjoy your life first?
Can you use joy as fuel?
Can you decide that today, nomatter what's happening, no
matter what's going on theoutside, no matter what's
happening with the people inyour life, you are going to feel
so good.

(04:28):
Why not try it?
Why not even try it for acouple of hours and see what
happens?
Until tomorrow?
My friends, so much love andease.
Hey friend, are you feelingstuck in any area of your life
right now?
I've got you With over a somuch love and ease days.
