I would like to share apowerful life hack with you
today.
That doesn't seem dramatic, butI tell you it creates big
results.

And I truly mean tiny tweaksthat clear big blocks?
Because ease, when something isset up to be easy, it will beat

So how can you simplify smallstuff in your day-to-day to free
up your whole life?
Friction is annoying, especiallywhen it compounds A little
issue here, a little issue there, another over here, another

later in the day.
They might be small rubs, smallannoyances, but over time they
can wear us down and they canmake us feel disorganized and
unhappy and not relaxed.
So how do we do this?
It is simple, my friends.
Do you need to take vitamins orsupplements every day?

If so, wonderful.
Can you put them next to yourtoothbrush and toothpaste?
Are you always looking for yourphone charger or your laptop
charger?
What if they were just stuck inone outlet on the wall, 24-7,
365?
You're never searching.

Going to a handbag, going tothe junk drawer, looking under
the bed, looking under the sofacushions?
Can you just keep your chargesin one place?
One thing that I like to do,too, is always have backup
toilet paper, always have backupsoaps, always have backups
ready so that you're notfrantically doing a search on
Instacart when you're meant tobe focusing on something else.

Also, when you work on creativeprojects, can you pause your
notifications?
Can you put your phone in adrawer or a resting place for
your phone that you always havein the same spot in your home
when you need to be doing deepwork?
One thing that's, you know,helped me and this is a small

thing, but again, small tweaks,big peaks.
I bought in France a couple ofyears ago a little tray that
always holds my keys, and I usedto always say where are my keys
, where are my keys, where aremy keys?
I even went so far as to getone of those little key chain
things that would beep, and thenI'm like I just need one place
for my keys and I can tell youlook, I'm not perfect, but I

probably have misplaced my keysthree times in the last two
years and it would have beenoutside of the house, but
generally they're always in mypurse.
What are small ways that you canreduce friction.
Maybe it's always having yourfavorite yogurt in the fridge,
buying extra if that's yourgo-to snack.
Maybe it's having the certainapps on your phone the most easy

So you focus on apps that areworth your time versus, maybe,
social media, which you couldmake harder to access on your
phone on purpose.
Everyone's life is going to be alittle different if you've got
kids, if you work at home, ifyou're very active, if you're
less active.
However, your life is set up,you start to feel like royalty

when things are easy.
You're not frantic, you're notlooking around, you're not going
oh my gosh, but I've got to goto the car to get that thing
before I can start doing this.
What if you removed friction insmall ways?
Just try it.
It's not even an organizationalplan.
There's nothing complex here,but small things that cause a

Maybe even it's like somethingbroken in your house, like, oh,
you got to jingle the toiletthis way to make sure it flushes

Just get it fixed.
If there's a light that'salways flickering, can you just
give it a fresh light bulb?
These things they seem minor,but they add up.
