SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Welcome to Let It Be
Easy with Susie Moore.
I feel like the topic I amtalking to you about today could
be an hour-long, two-hour-long,three-hour long podcast, but I'm
going to keep it to my dailyfive-minute commitment for you.
(00:20):
It's understanding somethingcalled the emotional scale.
Okay, now this is something thatI've learned from Abraham Hicks.
If you don't, if you're notfamiliar with Abraham Hicks,
type Abraham Hicks H-I-C-K-Sinto YouTube.
Play around, tell me what youthink, watch your life change.
From Abraham, I learned aboutthe emotional scale.
(00:45):
And what's interesting about itis it breaks down our emotions
from the top, the highestvibration to the very lowest.
And it talks about how we canfeel better, not going from
feeling the lowest emotionalfrequency to jumping to the
highest, but essentially movingup the scale and what that looks
(01:08):
like, even though it doesn'tlook traditionally beneficial,
stick with me.
Okay.
So I'm going to read out theemotions here.
There are 22 of them.
And maybe just Gage, how are youfeeling today?
If you're in Self-CoachingSociety, we are breaking this
down in our first January call.
I can't wait, the emotionalscale.
But I'm going to read out theemotions, starting with the
(01:29):
highest frequency, going all theway down to the lowest, meaning
we feel the most dense, theleast at peace, the least full
of appreciation, the least goodabout our experience.
And if you want to start to feelbetter, to seek relief, all you
have to do is not jump tofeeling amazing, but generally
(01:50):
move up the scale as best youcan.
So here they are (01:54):
love, passion,
happiness, belief, optimism,
hopefulness, contentment,boredom, pessimism, frustration,
overwhelmment, disappointment,doubt, worry, blame,
(02:19):
discouragement, anger, revenge,hatred, jealousy, unworthiness,
powerlessness.
The highest density vibration isfeeling powerless.
(02:40):
I know that that's the worstemotion that I can experience,
feeling completely powerless.
And the best, the best vibrationwe can live by the highest, the
most true, the most aligned withour nature is love, which is
number one.
But you can't jump frompowerlessness to passion,
(03:01):
unworthiness to happiness.
Right?
Sometimes we just need to go alittle slower, be a little
gentler, and think, how can Isimply move up the scale?
So just say lately I've beenaround number eight, boredom.
How can I go not from boredom tobliss, but from boredom to
contentment?
Contentment to perhapshopefulness.
(03:24):
Maybe if you've been feelingthoughts of jealousy, maybe you
could even move up to anger.
Because jealousy has apowerlessness to it, but anger
even has its own power behindit.
There's energy behind it.
People might not like it becausethey prefer you powerless,
meaning you're less spicy andeasier to be with.
Maybe you're depressed in bed.
But anger is actually going upthe scale.
(03:46):
It's actually a positive.
Then you can go to blame, toworry, to doubt, to
disappointment, tooverwhelmment, to frustration,
to pessimism, to boredom.
Do you see how we just move upthe scale?
Just say I feel discouraged forany reason.
Maybe I got some news that Ididn't want, or something didn't
work out the way I hoped.
(04:07):
Instead of going fromdiscouragement to passion, I can
go maybe from discouragement todisappointment to then
frustration.
To then pessimism to boredom tocontentment to hopefulness
again.
Let me know.
Ping me on Instagram, I'm atSusie.more.
(04:28):
What word most describes yourvibration today?
Optimism, contentment, blame.
Let's be real and start rightthere.
