Do you ever feel that inner nudge—that quiet but persistent voice guiding you toward something others simply cannot understand? This episode delves into one of life's most liberating realizations: you don't need anyone else to "get it" when your intuition speaks.

We explore the fundamental difference between logical decision-making and intuitive knowing. While logic serves us well for practical choices through simple upside/downside analyses, our deepest and most meaningful life directions often emerge from that place of knowing that defies rational explanation. The energy we pour into helping others understand our choices rarely yields the return we hope for, because no one—not even those closest to us—can fully access what lives in our hearts.

And, as a special FREE bonus, I want to give you my "6 Journal Prompts To Coach Yourself To A Better Life In 6 Days!"

These prompts are perfect if you:

🎯 Feel lost in direction.

📉 Battle feelings of inadequacy or constant comparison.

😕 Experience restlessness.

📆 Find goal-setting or motivation challenging.

😐 Simply feel 'meh'.

Designed to dismantle obstacles, reshape your mindset, and cement unwavering confidence, these prompts are scarce gems in a sea of generic advice. 🚧🧠

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Let it Be Easy with Susie Moore.
Did you know that other peopledon't have to get it?
It feels like so obvious, right?
And yet the energy we will pourinto helping someone get it

(00:24):
does not have an ROI, my friends.
The return on investment isn'tthere.
You do not need a group chatconsensus to approve of what it
is that you are doing, and Imean this in big and small ways.
You can never know, we cannever know what's inside of a

(00:44):
person, even when we love themdeeply, know them deeply, ask
them.
We never know the full picture.
No one knows what's inside ofanybody but us.
Nobody knows.
And yes, we can believe inpeople and know them intimately
and encourage them and be there, but we don't know ever what is
at the heart of somebody, whattheir desires are, what their

(01:06):
dreams are, what really mattersto them.
You know it's really easy touse our logic to make decisions.
Right, we can do a quick upside, downside.
Right, we can go.
Should I move here?
Should I go for that?
Should I invest in this?
And it's very easy to logicallylist.
Okay, this is the upside, thisis the downside.
Let me do a quick, a quickcheck here.

(01:27):
Let me just balance this outand see if it's worth it.
But our intuition is different.
I'll do an upside downside.
If I'm really on the fence andmaybe something doesn't feel too
pressing, I'll just kind ofemploy my brain to help make a
decision.
But when it comes to the stuffthat matters, that voice that
only you can hear, that nudge, that only you can feel you don't

(01:50):
need anybody else to get it.
So where have I seen this playout?
In lots of cases.
Let me share a couple.
I know that some people, theyare very, very clear that where
they're born is not wherethey're meant to live.
Right when I was 18, I was outof England.
I love England so much, butAmerica feels like the right

(02:12):
place for me, at least right now.
We've been here now for 15years.
I always had this dream.
I want to live there.
Now I have a new dream that'sbeing born, perhaps for Europe,
but only I can feel that I don'tneed to crowdsource my life
choices, I don't need to go.
Hey, what do you think aboutthat?
What do you?
You know?
What's your opinion on?

(02:33):
You know I'm thinking aboutwhat you know.
Can we just talk it out?
It's one thing to get some helpto get clarity from different
conversations.
And, yes, ask people that youtrust if you are still working
something out and you're notsure.
But what if you are sure andyou're just seeking the approval
and okayness from other peoplein order to feel safe?

(02:55):
You know, somebody asked me.
This made me laugh.
She was like why do you want towrite a book?
Seriously, there are so manybooks that are out.
You know there are new ones outevery single day.
There are libraries packed withbooks that other people don't
read.
I mean, you've already writtenthree books.
I mean, like why?
And this friend was actuallybeing loving.
She was like you're doing a lot, relax.

(03:16):
And what's so funny is that I'mcertain, I know that my next
book will be my best book.
I know that I'm deeply calledto create this.
I know that I'm a channel forthe message that wants to come
out.
And if I did an upside downside, there's for sure more downside
the time you pour into the book, the price of the book, if

(03:37):
you're a business owner andyou're evaluating opportunity
cost, if you're understandingwhat it takes, and the potential
payoff.
If you think about you know howmany books really succeed.
Like, how many books areperennial sellers, still in
print a hundred years later.
How many books have you got onyour bookshelf that are just
these timeless classics thatmaybe your mom read, your dad

(03:58):
read, your older siblings read, and you still have them?
This is an author's dream tocreate something timeless.
But when you think about thelikelihood of creating something
like that according to the datait's a percent of a percent of
a percent the downside issignificant and the upside is,
hey, it could just be a creativerisk, an energetic risk, but

(04:21):
nothing could deter me.
Nothing, no force on earthcould deter me from from
creating my next book.
So what's your book?
What?
Maybe it is an actual book likeme.
Maybe it's something else.
Maybe it's expanding yourfamily.
Maybe it's moving to Paris.
Maybe it's starting a podcast.
Maybe it is throwing your handsin the air saying, saying I

(04:44):
give up my current life and I'mgoing to do van life for six
months.
If you did upside, downside, Imean, the downside would
probably be pretty heavy in alot of ways, but the upside is
because I want to, because myheart tells me to.
I do not need a consensus onthis.
This isn't up for discussion.

(05:04):
Right Before anyone else had anopinion.
You had a desire, and that isthe thing to trust.
Until tomorrow, my friends.
So much love and ease.
Hey friend, I've got somethingreally cool for you.

(05:38):
I want to give you free accessto my signature.
