Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to.
Let it Be Easy with Susie Moore.
It's interesting, you know,since I started my business 12
years ago, oh my gosh, I havethe privilege of being able to
reach a lot of people.
Now, and I do not take it forgranted, my friends, I have to

(00:22):
tell you, have you ever noticedthat you don't have any ads on
this podcast?
No commercials, no sponsors.
It is my privilege to be inyour earbuds every morning,
daily podcast, connecting withyou.
I'm giving you a warm hug everysingle day.
I'm digressing now.
But, okay, why did I bring thisup?

(00:42):
Ah, yes, okay.
So, as a result of doing my workfor a while, reaching a lot of
people in the media, of course, podcasting, writing books I have
what's known as a platform, right, meaning an audience of
people who tune into what it isthat I share, and as a result,
naturally, a lot of people askme to share their stuff, right?
So books or podcast launches orprograms, all sorts of things,

(01:07):
including brands who want me totalk about, stuff that I just I
don't do that, I'm notinterested in that.
But when I say no and I, it'salmost well, not almost always,
but yeah, unless it's a friendof mine who's releasing a book
or something I deeply care about, I don't share it.
It's my promise to you to sharewith you only the best stuff.
Someone pushed back on merecently on my elegant note I

(01:31):
hoped it was saying oh, but youhave a platform and it's kind of
your job to help X, y, z andlook, I listen, I take feedback,
but what I wanted to saybecause this is what I know to
be true is that every life is aplatform, every life, every body

(01:53):
, every voice, arms and legs, amind to think, opinions that you
form.
A platform is a place to standand to speak and be heard.
Form is a place to stand and tospeak and be heard, and that's
every person's existence right.

(02:13):
We can all express ourselves.
We all have the ability toinfluence.
We all have the ability toconnect, whether it's to a
single person, a small group ofpeople, a community, to the
whole world.
You don't need an audience ofmillions to make an impact.
In fact, even just the way youlive, the way you speak, the way
you set boundaries, yourday-to-day choices, your

(02:35):
presence, your attitude, thelove that you exude, this is all
the platform with which youlive your life.
Other people witness you.
Other people observe you.
They are shaped by yourexistence.
To me, this is a radicalreframe of reality.

(02:56):
It's not just a certain few whohave platforms, it's everyone.
It's all of us.
Your life itself is a platform.
Instagram, no.
Linkedin, no.
A podcast no.
These are all channels withwhich to expand and increase
your platform if you want to.
But your life itself, withoutany of these things, it's enough

(03:19):
.
You living out loud is enough.
You living out loud is enoughIf your life is a platform,
which it is exactly as it istoday.
My question to you is right nowwhat are you broadcasting?
What are you broadcasting onyour platform, and is it

(03:42):
something that you're consciousof, aware of and, most
importantly, proud of it?
Doesn't worry, my friends.
So much Love and ease.
Hey friend, are you feelingstuck in any area of your life?
Right now, I've got you.

(04:03):
With over a decade in coachingand a thousand self-help books
under my belt, I've refined sixjournal prompts that I'm giving
to you for free that'll help youcoach yourself to a better life
in just six days.
These are amazing.
If you feel stuck, if you everbattle self-doubt, if you feel
restless, if you find goalsetting challenging, these

(04:25):
prompts are gems in a sea ofgeneric advice.
