Each month a new podcast is published with a different guest talking about a mental well being topic that is personal to them. The aim of the podcast is to encourage us all to have conversations about mental health and make it normal to do so, not some abstract or hidden illness that no one can relate to or understand.
Episode 4 is a chat with my friend and "walking to the tube after work buddy" Gemma. Gemma and I used to work together, we talk about her experiences with mental health after a life changing event involving her husband, how it affected her and the way we cope with life changing events.

I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before.
