Women, especially those who are also busy moms, often face unique challenges when it comes to prioritizing and implementing self-care.
In today's episode, TheVoice Robinson, and Founder of Busy Mom Playdates, Michelle Rose discuss the importance of self-care and some of the factors that contribute to the difficulty women/Busy Moms may experience in taking time for themselves.
To address these challenges, it's important for women to recognize the significance of self-care in maintaining physical and mental well-being. The lack of self-care can result in anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, feeling of over-whelm, inability to concentrate, and the likes.
The journey towards self-care may involve setting boundaries, refraining from "people pleasing", communicating needs with family and friends, seeking external support, and gradually incorporating small self-care practices into daily routines.
