You will love this episode. Today I talk with trauma informed Elementum Life Coach Sarah Richardson. She sailed around the world for 4 years and has a lot to say about opening up possibilities and choices. We are in control of our life. There's always a choice point. We're making the impossible possible, when you voice your WIG - Wildly Impossible Goal - through that okay it becomes possible.
Viktor Frankl Quote - “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
When you take a tiny little bit of space, and expand that, there are options and choices.
Sarah's listener tip to reduce tarry feelings:
Stop, Drop and Regulate
Put hand on chest and take a nice long deep breath in
Acknowledge yourself
Exhale and feel the expansion of space in body.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
