SPEAKER_01 (04:31):
Hello and welcome to
Let's Talk About It Podcast.
I am your host, Apostle Rosemaryof RCN Ministries and OSGA
Apostolic Network, along with mywonderful husband, Apostle
Herbie.
On today, we're going to becoming back to you all with a
still dealing with our unshakenseries, which is for this whole
(04:54):
year.
And so we're coming back to youwith the topic for our unshaken
series.
And on today, we're dealing withbuilt to last, raising a legacy,
not just a family.
So just moving from short-termparenting to long-term purpose.
So we have to ask ourselves asparents: are we raising our
(05:15):
children with a purpose, onpurpose, to walk in their
purpose?
So we have to be purpose-mindedand purpose-driven that we're
not just raising children, butwe're raising a legacy.
We're not just raising up afamily, but each person in that
family has a God-given legacythat they and purpose that they
(05:36):
must walk in.
So last month, just to recap, wedealt with the fight to stay
focused, finding the time forthe Lord, making the time for
the Lord, setting up healthyboundaries, doing things like
that, keeping our minds focusedon God, on the word of God,
consecration, fasting, andprayer all the time.
It is a lifestyle.
(05:56):
It's not something we do at thefirst part of the year for 21
days, like a Daniel fast, butit's something, it is a
lifestyle.
This is where we gain strength.
This is where we get thatintimacy.
This is where the power of Godcomes from.
When we have a life that we havesurrendered to God and to God
alone.
So we just open up to you allthis morning with this truth
(06:18):
that a strong family fades, buta godly legacy lives.
So, in other words, when we allhave transitioned on to glory,
when we have poured outeverything that God has called
for us to do here on this sidein the natural realm, then and
it's our time to go andtransition.
(06:40):
We need to understand that youknow what, I've raised a strong
family, but one day we're goingto be separated by something.
And when that time comes, havewe instilled with it our
children a godly legacy thatwill live?
So a godly legacy that lives.
Is it going to outlive me?
See, a legacy is something thatis going to continue to live.
(07:02):
It has life, it it's neverending because you've applied
the word of God, you've raisedthem to be a legacy.
So you're raising a legacywithin your children, each and
every one of us.
We're not just raising a family.
That is where we need to getstraight and understand when it
comes to the word of God and thethings of God.
(07:23):
So, Apostle Herbie and I want toask each one of you listeners on
today, are you parenting fortoday or are you preparing for
eternity?
The word of God says that we areto train up a child in the way
that they shall go.
And when they're old, they willnot depart from it.
So, in other words, are wetraining up our children to be
(07:45):
able to walk in the call of Godthat's on their life?
So, are we truly training up achild in the way that they shall
go?
So when they're old, they willnot depart from it.
So we need to ponder on that.
And we need to ask ourselves, amI really training up my child or
my children in the way that theyshall go?
(08:06):
That when they get old, theywill not depart from that.
Have I instilled enough in themthat is going to be the show
forth their godly character andeverything that we've instilled
in them?
Are they going to be able towalk in their purpose?
Are they going to be able towalk in the fullness of their
potential?
Are they going to be able to dowhat God has called them to do?
(08:31):
When we look at that, that isgoing to be Proverbs chapter 22
and verse 6.
And this is the King Jamestranslation that I'm reading
here.
And I'm just going to read itword for word.
It's the same thing that I justwas saying.
Train up a child in the way thathe should go.
And when he is old, he will notdepart from it.
So he, meaning if it's a girl orif it's a boy, we still have to
(08:53):
train them up in the way thatthey shall go, knowing that they
will not depart from it, knowingthat they're going to come back
to what mom and dad instilled inus, the things that we have been
trained, the things that we havebeen taught, we're not going to
walk away from it.
We're not going to depart fromit, but we're going to stay
within it.
We're always going tocontinually pull out of what
(09:16):
we've been taught and what we'vebeen left as a legacy that is
going to outlive even us andeven our children.
Amen.
So I'm going to turn this partover to Apostle Herbie, and he's
going to be dealing with thedifference between family and
legacy.
SPEAKER_02 (09:42):
In Psalm 127, verse
3 and 5, children are the
heritage of the Lord.
Behold, children are theheritage and gift from the Lord,
the fruit of the woman, areward.
Deuteronomy chapter 20 and verse4.
(10:03):
Like arrows in the hand of awarrior.
So are the children of oneyouth.
How blessed, happy, andfortunate is a man who quiver is
filled with them.
They will not be ashamed whenthey speak with their enemies.
(10:24):
In gathering at the city gate.
SPEAKER_01 (10:36):
So we need to look
at it and understand that when
God gives us children, He'sentrusting us to train them up
in the way that they shall go.
And when they're old, they willnot depart from it.
In other words, we've instilledin them what we need to instill
in them.
And they're always going to pullfrom that.
They may not do it right now,but they will pull from that.
(10:59):
They will remember the training, the teaching, the things that we
put in them, the things that wepoured into them.
When we look at a scripturehere, Deuteronomy 28 and 4, that
Apostle Herbie read as well, andhe was talking about there as he
read that.
(11:19):
And so we we look at this and webegin to see in Deuteronomy 28
and 4, it says, the offspringsof your body and the produce of
your ground and the offspringsof your animals, the offsprings
of your herd, and the young ofyour flock will be blessed.
So, in other words, this alsogoes with the scripture that
(11:39):
tells us that a fruit of ourwomb is blessed.
Amen.
So we we talk about in this partof the podcast, let us talk
about being intentional.
Legacy doesn't happen byaccident.
We have to be intentional aboutwhat we're leaving behind, what
we're teaching our children, howwe're living before them.
(12:02):
My husband and I, one of ourbranded merch t-shirts that we
have, we took all of thet-shirts off.
We went totally just forequipping materials and
everything, but we still havethose, and we've got many
requests to put the t-shirts anddifferent things like that
apparels back up.
So we still have that, but wejust don't have it out front.
But one of the branded t-shirtswe have for RCN Ministries, it
(12:25):
says, live what you preach.
And so that is what our family, our children, people that know
us, strangers that run into us.
We're preaching, we're teaching,we're professing Christians.
But what does our characterreally say?
Do we possess the attributes andthe good fruits of the spirit?
Do we possess what the heart ofGod?
(12:47):
Do we have the mind of Christ?
So we need to know all of thesethings and ponder on that and
let that really digest in ourspirit, man, and begin to do a
work in each and every one ofus.
Amen.
Amen.
All right, moving on here.
Building with eternity in mind.
Let's think about when we'reraising up our children, we must
(13:09):
be legacy focused.
We must be purpose-driven.
One of my books, I'm an authoras well, and you can find that
all of my books and all of ourdifferent materials and things
on our main website, RC andMinistries.
But we also have OSGA ApostolicNetwork, and it's it's identical
to our main website.
That's our second website.
(13:31):
And you can go on there.
One of the books, it wasactually, I think I'm six or
seven books published that'sonline, and then many other
materials and books that I'vewritten and I've done for
trainings, equipment, book atbooklets, and all kinds of
different things for globalequipping.
And the thing about it, I thinkit was a second book, if I'm not
mistaken.
(13:51):
Yeah, it was my second book, andit dealt with the topic was
purpose-driven wounds.
And so when we know our purpose,we're able to walk in our
purpose because our purpose iswhat drives us for the things of
God and the kingdom of God andthe mandate that God has called
us to.
Amen.
(14:12):
So when we have to think aboutbeing intentional, we have to
think about are we building witheternity in mind?
Are we building with the mindsetthat I'm going to make sure that
we train up our children and letthem know who God is, let them
understand that there's only oneway to heaven and that Jesus is
(14:32):
the door.
And you can't get around him,you can't go under him, you
can't go over him, but you haveto pass through him because he
is the door.
Oh my God, I'm gonna leave thatalone because I'm about to
shift.
But let me just calm my littlestuff down and finish up talking
with you all this morning onthis podcast.
But then when we look at this,we can look at the scripture,
(14:52):
Proverbs 13 and 22, and Parbos13 and 22, and it's so amazing
that we've got this because I ama financial professional, and
this is something that's in mybusiness emails that I as well.
That's something else I dooutside of ministry.
And so, because I'm ministryfull-time, but I also spend time
five days a week doing that.
(15:13):
And when I'm when I'm looking atthis, this is the text, the same
scripture that I leave in myemail.
It's a part of my signature inmy professional emails.
And so when we look at Proverbs13 and 22, it says, A good man
leaves an inheritance to hischildren's children, and the
wealth of the sinner is storedup for the hands of the
(15:36):
righteous.
Proverbs 13, 22.
That is so powerful because agood person leaves an
inheritance, not just financial, but also spiritual things.
And one of the things as afinancial professional we talk
about is we talk about whenwe're meeting with families, we
talk about having an emergencybudget, we talk about legacy, we
(15:58):
talk about inheritance, and wehelp equip.
And that was something that wasthe seventh mountain that God
had given us to occupy globallyfor the kingdom of God and to
bring the wealth back to thebody of Christ to do the works
of the kingdom.
And so that was one of thethings that was so powerful
because that was the seventhmountain.
(16:18):
So the Lord has given us and hasus occupying all seven mountains
or seven spheres of influence tobe able to go in and to do the
work of God and to equip thebody of Christ more effectively
because we're nothing butvessels in the hands of the
masters, the master, excuse me,plural.
There's only one master.
(16:39):
We're only weapons in the handof the master.
All right.
So we begin to understand thatwhat is our spiritual
inheritance?
Our spiritual inheritance arethese: it is our prayer life, it
is our faith walk, it is ourobedience, it is our
(16:59):
forgiveness, it is ourdiscipline.
That's powerful, y'all.
So let us ponder on this.
Do we know or do we have anactive, functioning, and
operative spiritual inheritancein our lives right now?
Can God trust you when he can'ttrace you?
(17:20):
Can God trust you because he cantrace you all the time?
It's just an analogy and amindset.
Can God trust you when we're notin church?
Can God trust you when you'renot before other men and women
of God?
Do you live at home the same wayyou show us in the same person
that you show us in church, menand women of God?
Or is it that I put on a showbecause I don't think anyone has
(17:43):
discernment?
And and I'm at home causing allkind of chaos and crazy stuff
going on, but then I get inchurch and I want to outshout
everybody else.
I want to run around thebuilding, I want to speak in
tongues, I want to outsingeverybody else.
We've got to check ourselves atthe door, my God.
So find out.
(18:03):
Ask yourselves this men andwomen of God.
What is my spiritualinheritance?
Okay, these are them, and I'mgonna call them again for you.
When you begin to look at theseand you begin to really think
back and do a self-examination,ask yourself, okay, when I'm
thinking about my spiritualinheritance, do I have a prayer
(18:24):
life?
Okay, all of these things.
Do I have a faith walk?
Am I obedient?
Do I operate in in obedience?
Do I have a heart offorgiveness?
And in my discipline, or do Iexpect people to hold my hand
and stroke my ego and give me apacifier and rub me and try to
(18:46):
tell me?
No, no, no.
No pruning means that you'regonna get cut, that it's not
gonna always feel good, but it'sgonna be for your good.
My God, let me go on from there.
That thing will preach rightnow.
So then just think about it.
Can we share stories of legacyfrom our families and how to
(19:09):
impact the ripples forgenerations to come?
What is it that we can sharewith our families, the things
that we've gone through, thethings that we've experienced,
but what is the legacy for ourfamily that we're able to share?
Think about that, ponder onthat.
(19:31):
So then we go to ApostleHerbie's gonna grab this, and
it's dealing with practicallegacy building.
SPEAKER_02 (19:39):
Would that shade?
Would that shape speak life, declare identity, and teach the
truth?
You have habits that guide themother prayer by the study and
(20:01):
serving generosity.
You have moments that mark themilestone, the baptism, first
Bible, blessing, ad birthday.
Encourage listeners to startwhere they not where they wish
(20:28):
they were.
SPEAKER_01 (20:30):
So Apostle Herbert
and I are encouraging you all as
the listeners to start where youare, not where you were, to go
through these three lanes andthree steps, starting with the
word that shapes, the habitsthat guide, and the moments that
mark.
So now our final thoughts forlegacy is not built in a day,
(20:53):
but it is built daily.
Think about that.
Final thoughts here, people ofGod.
Legacy is not built in a day,but it is built daily.
So we have to challengeourselves, and we need to write
down one legacy value that youwant your children to carry.
(21:16):
What is it that I would like mychildren to carry as a legacy
and be able to pass it down forgenerations to come?
What is it in me that I want tooutlive the life that God has
called me to?
That when my time is up and Ipoured out everything I can,
(21:37):
what is it that I want them tohave as a legacy handed down
from me to them for generationsto come as an inheritance?
Now, on our next episode, we'regoing to deal with faith over
feelings.
So that's going to be powerful.
I'm just going to tease you withthe title.
(21:59):
We're not going to get into ittoo much there because I don't
want to give anything away.
So, again, this episode istitled Built to Last, and it's
dealing with raising a legacy, not just the family.
We have to have the mindset ofparenting with eternity in mind.
(22:20):
So, parenting with eternity inmind, meaning we have to parent
our children with purpose, onpurpose for their purpose.
That's good right now.
That's a tongue twister, butit's good.
The two main scriptures or booksthat it came from, the main text
here, was Psalms 127, verses 3through 5, and Proverbs 13,
(22:45):
verses 22.
So family is not what you build, but legacy is what remains.
That's powerful.
That is powerful right there.
Think about it, y'all.
Family is not what you build, legacy is what remains.
(23:06):
So think about the three legacylanes that apostle read for you
all.
Words that shape.
Word of God says death and lifeare in the power of the tongue.
So guess what?
Whatever we speak, we're gonnathat's that's the that's exactly
what we're gonna eat of thatsame fruit.
So we need to understand whatare my words shaping?
(23:28):
Words that shape.
Am I building my children up?
Am I building my spouse up?
Am I building the people of Godup?
Am I building up the sinner manwhen I see them?
Why?
Because words shape lives.
We have the ability, this peaktornadoes, many call it, our
tongue has the ability to buildup or to tear down, even in
(23:51):
marriages.
That'll preach all by itselfright there in a convention for
husbands and wives for marriedpeople that will teach all by
itself.
So it won't be any fingerpointing, but we need to get
free and get on one accord.
The second thing is on thelegacy lane is habits that God,
what type of habits do we have?
(24:13):
Are we again living what wepreach?
Are we walking in the truth ofthe word?
Are we living a life that'spleasing to God before man and
behind the leaders and otherprofessing people that see us in
the public sphere?
What are we living at home?
Are we impacting our Ourfamilies at home in such a way.
(24:34):
The word of God says charitybegins at home and then it
spreads abroad.
We can't be out here runningaround trying to do everything
else, and our house is jacked upand tore up because that's the
charity.
That's where ministry begins.
If we can't get our own house inorder, we need to stay out of
God's house, trying to give anorder.
That's good right there.
That'll preach too.
So moments that mark.
(24:55):
What are the moments that mark?
What are the things that peopleare going to remember me by?
What are the things that I havedone for the kingdom of God?
Is it going to impact?
Is it going to leave aneverlasting imprint upon their
hearts and their lives that Ihave poured out in such a way
(25:17):
that they're going to rememberme?
And then, you know, 50 yearsfrom now, 60 or 70 years from
now, it's been passed down as alegacy where people will begin
to talk about.
There was a my great mom or mygreat-great-grandmother or
grandfather, and they told meabout a man of God or a woman of
God.
What is it?
(25:37):
What is it?
What was the moment that markedtheir lives that the Lord used
you to impact their lives insuch a way that there was an
imprint left on them eternallythat causes a legacy to live
beyond the years that God hasallowed each and every last one
of you?
So let's reflect and respondright here, Apostle.
SPEAKER_02 (26:04):
What do I want my
children or future generation to
say about me spiritually?
What spiritual habits do I needto model more consistently?
SPEAKER_01 (26:20):
Again, when you you
see someone and they say the
eulogy or eulogize, eulogy meansto speak well of.
And that is going to be thefinal farewell, the goodbye to a
beloved person that hastransitioned and moved on from
this world, and they are nolonger with us on this side in
the natural.
And so when we think about that, what is it that we want people
(26:44):
to for generations to come, future generations, to say about
us spiritually?
And what habits do I need tomodel more consistently?
I'm gonna leave that alonebecause I'll I'll go off on a
tibi and we'll be here trying tostart up a sermon.
(27:05):
Ponder on those two questions.
Ask yourselves that in every daythat you get up, get up on
purpose, with purpose, to walkin your purpose.
And we're gonna do four QA's andthen we're gonna go ahead and
let you guys start out and havean awesome day this morning.
The first question is Apostle, you want to get that?
SPEAKER_02 (27:25):
What is the
difference between raising kids
and raising a legacy?
The answer is raising kids focuson their behavior today, raising
a legacy focus on their childrenand calling excuse me on their
(27:45):
character and calling tomorrow.
Legacy asks, What will outliveme?
SPEAKER_00 (27:56):
That's powerful.
Alright, you get the first two,I'll get the last two.
SPEAKER_02 (28:08):
It is never too
late.
Legacy can start with oneperson, one phone call, one
prayer, excuse me, one phonecall, one testimony.
It is not about perfection, itis about being intentional.
SPEAKER_01 (28:30):
All right.
How do I pass down spiritualvalues if I wasn't raised with
them?
That's the question.
The answer, my people of God, isthis start fresh.
What you didn't receive, you canbegin, my Lord.
In other words, it's never toolate to begin again.
(28:53):
It's never too late to changethe very trajectory of your
life.
Why?
Because God specializes in newbeginnings.
That's good right there.
Your ceiling can become yourchildren's floor, my Lord.
So, in other words, we have toascend higher.
We have to build values thatstand for something that causes
(29:16):
us to walk in our purpose, thatthat leaves a legacy that's
going to last for generationsand leave an inheritance for our
children and those coming behindthem.
So then when we think aboutthis, our ceiling, the very
thing that we have to climb andstrive at, we have to come out
of the valley to get to themountaintop.
When we ascend to themountaintop, that's our ceiling.
(29:37):
But what has become our ceiling,it might have seemed high for us
to reach it, but by the time weplateau and reach the
mountaintop, that is somethingthat becomes the foundation,
which is the ground that yourchildren can begin to build on.
That's powerful right now.
My God, that'll preach.
I didn't mean to do that, butthat's one yeah, that's good.
(29:57):
What if my family doesn't seeminterested in legacy or
spiritual things?
Listen, this right here willhelp somebody.
Don't preach, just play it.
Be the example, prayconsistently.
My God.
(30:23):
See, we don't have to, we don'thave to beat anybody down.
We don't have to tell people, Itold you to do such and such and
such.
No, we don't have to do all ofthat.
No.
Uh-uh.
All we have to do is plant theseed.
Yeah.
That's all we have to do.
Instead of running around heretrying to tell people how to do
it, when to do it, where to doit, and all of this.
We don't have to do all of that.
(30:44):
No, no, no.
No.
When we think about this righthere, when it says, Don't preach
but plant.
So, in other words, be theexample.
When you look at 1 Corinthianschapter 3 and verse 6, it begins
to lay this thing out that Iplanted, Apollos watered, but
God gave the increase.
SPEAKER_00 (31:03):
Yes, sir.
SPEAKER_01 (31:04):
So listen, we got
that.
Let's go a little further thanit, Apostle.
Let's go a little further thanthat.
That's 1 Corinthians 3 and 6.
Let me go, let me go on a hymn.
Because this finna get real goodright here.
And I'm trying to close outy'all.
Hold on, give me a minute thismorning.
So let's get this thing down.
This thing is good.
So we we we got to deal with thefoundation for living.
(31:26):
And we got to understandsomething right here.
When when uh okay, I'm gonnajump back to five.
What then is Apollos?
And what is Paul?
Just servants through whom youbelieved in Christ.
This amplified here, even as theLord appointed to each his
tasks.
(31:47):
That's good right here.
So then we got Paul talkingabout Apollos and about Jesus.
Now listen here, talking aboutGod, bringing an increase.
We're going over into that vein.
So verse 6 says, I planted,Hegel Paul said, I planted, but
then Apollo's water.
But God and God alone.
I'm I'm putting that God alone.
I want y'all to understand thatincrease has nothing to do with
(32:09):
us as leaders.
Increase has nothing to do withus at all.
Because the word of God tells usover in the book of Isaiah that
we are just like filthy rags.
What is a filthy rag there?
Talk about the miserable rag.
We are nothing, we are nothingwithout God, and all power, all
honor, and all glory alwaysbelong to God.
For it's God's glory and God'sglory alone, and he will not
(32:31):
share it with any man.
So we need to get out of thisour mentality and get over into
the things of God.
Let me go back to verse sixagain.
What about let me jump back tofive?
So let me see.
Okay, okay, let me go to four.
For when one of you says, I am adisciple of Paul, and another,
(32:52):
then I am a disciple of Apollos.
Are you not proving yourselvesunchanged, just ordinary people?
My God.
Five says, What then is Apollosand what is Paul?
Just service.
Come on, somebody through whomyou believed in Christ.
(33:14):
So, in other words, they werethe messenger, but they weren't
the word that was wrapped up inflesh that came down as the one
true living Son of God, theMessiah, Jesus Christ.
They were not the word madeflesh that lived and dwelt among
us.
So, in other words, they werejust but servants, just like you
(33:35):
and I.
Oh, my God.
Even as the Lord appointed toeach his task.
So, in other words, walk in yourpurpose, walk in your mandate,
know who you are, know where Godhas called you to.
Why, verse 6, we're gonna shifton over here and close the
witness in.
Verse 6 says, I planted.
This is Paul, Apollo's water.
(33:58):
Come on, but God all the whilewas causing the increase.
King, uh-huh, the growth.
Uh-huh.
The growth and amplify.
In the King James Version, itsays, I planted Apollo's water,
but God bring the increase.
In other words, He brings thegrowth.
So all we got to do is like thisright here, say, Don't preach.
(34:21):
Just plant.
Plant the seed.
Plant the seed.
And then let God send the peopleas the Apollos to water the
seed.
And then we know once they waterthe seed, then it's gonna be God
and God alone that brings theincrease.
So when we live a life and welive what we preach, we are to
be the example.
We are to pray consistently, notfuss, not argue, not cuss, not
(34:43):
backslide, not get angry, nothold grudges, not have
unforgiveness in our hearts, butpray consistently and love
faithfully.
But listen, don't get ittwisted, don't get it twisted.
Let me go here.
Let me go ahead and kill thisdevil right here.
Listen, Romans 13 and 8 says, Weare to owe no man nothing but to
love them, for when we have donethis, we have fulfilled the law.
(35:06):
Listen, men and women of God,you owe them love, but you don't
owe them access.
The Lord started dealing with mewith this in 2025, and it's on a
lot of my social media, some ofour branded social media posts
and stuff.
And I start up there and theLord started dealing with me on
that.
And you know, we have tounderstand that you can love
(35:27):
people and you don't have togive them access.
It doesn't mean love doesn'tmean that I have to allow you
access to where I am now and whoGod is calling me to be.
Why?
Because you cannot, people ofGod, in this hour and in this
season, truly walk in thefullness of your call, appointed
and anointed by God, holding onto all kind of crazy stuff,
(35:50):
holding on to wrongrelationship, connected to the
wrong type of people.
Honey, we need some Jonathans asmen and women of God that are
gonna connect with the Davids.
That you know what, baby, Idon't care who it is, if it's
got to leave my father, KingDavid, uh, just to come over
here to be with King Saul, toleave my father, let me correct
(36:11):
that, to leave my father, KingSaul, to come over here with the
king and waiting, which is KingDavid.
Come on, somebody.
I'm gonna be faithful righthere.
I'm gonna get connected righthere.
I why?
Because I see something in thisshepherd boy, I see something in
this psalmist, I see humility, Isee love, I see an anointing
(36:31):
that my father Saul used to havebefore he was fired but kept on
working.
My God, this thing good.
And when we love faithfully, youare consistently, the
consistency may become theirconviction.
Stay faithful, keep planning, keep going, keep moving, and
(36:55):
keep moving forward in yourpurpose for the things of God.
Apostle Herbert, you gotanything you want to add?
SPEAKER_00 (37:00):
That's good, dear.
Okay.
I didn't mean to jump off andtry to preach.
That's good.
SPEAKER_01 (37:04):
Y'all pray for me.
So I want to say we want tothank you all for joining us on
today, on our podcast, which isLet's Talk About It podcast of
RCN Ministries, which is ourmain ministry.
So you can always Google usonline and you will find us in
Google and all of the differentthings we are doing.
(37:24):
And it's just been a blessingbeing with you all on this
morning.
And again, the topic on today ishow to we're dealing with our
unshaken series that we're stillin, and it's dealing with built
to last, raising a legacy, notjust a family.
So may God bless you and may Godkeep you until next month in
(37:46):
January.
Let us exit out of 2025, let usfinish throne, and let us step
over into 2026 with our hearts, our minds, and our spirit, man,
renewed, rejuvenated, andwalking in our purpose, walking
in our mandate, and leavingeverything in 2025 that has
(38:06):
hindered, blocked us, andstopped us from moving forward
in the things of God.
Listen, in Joshua 1 and 1, theLord told Joshua, Moses had
died, and the Lord had to tellJoshua, he told him he said,
Moses, my servant, is dead.
And he told him, in other words,I need you to get up, Joshua.
I need you and all of the peopleto get ready and cross over the
(38:30):
Jordan into the promise.
So we need to understand whendead relationships and dead
works have outlived theirexpiration date, that it's time
to sever it.
I thank God I have an Abrahamicanointing because I know when
it's time to cut, and I knowwhen it's time to move forward
and do what God has called us todo.
Now, that's what we need tounderstand, and we need to be
(38:54):
able to move forward, and weneed to stop looking back, we
need to stop grieving thingsthat have outweighed or outlived
their time with you.
There's a time and there's aseason, man of God, for all
things.
There's nothing new under thesun.
The book of Ecclesiastes 3 willtell us that there's nothing new
under the sun.
(39:15):
So Joshua 1 and 1 says, Now,after the death of Moses, the
servant of the Lord, it came topass that the Lord spake unto
Joshua, the son of None, Mosesminister, saying, Verse 2 is
where we're gonna catch it.
Moses, my servant, is dead.
Now therefore, arise and go overthis Jordan, though in all the
(39:38):
people, unto the land which I dogive to them, even to the
children of Israel.
Every place, verse listen, atverse 3, this is very good.
Catch this every place that thesole of your feet shall tread
upon, that have I given untoyou, as said unto Moses.
(40:00):
Be obedient, people of God.
Don't get caught in thewilderness in 2026.
Make up your mind that you'regonna walk out of 25, out of the
year 2025, into your purposewhen you entering, when you're
exiting, let this be your exodusfrom Egypt.
Out of 2025, of stagnation, ofwandering, of being tossed to
(40:20):
and fro, of operating with atwo-mind.
You know, when when listen, theword of God says a double-minded
man is unstable in all his ways.
So when people aredouble-minded, they're unstable.
They're not fixed, they're not, they're not to a place where
they're going to be able to moveforward.
They're they're gonna be forevergoing back and forth like
walking around the wall ofJericho without direction,
(40:41):
wandering in the wildernesswithout direction.
We have to have clear direction, people of God.
So we thank you all for joiningus today, and we look forward to
jumping back on our podcast nextmonth, and we will talk with
you, hear you, see you in 2026.
Merry Christmas.
And Merry Christmas to you all.
God bless.
And remit and remember, it's notabout the presence.
(41:02):
Jesus is the reason for theseason, it's just a celebration
of the birth of Jesus Christ.
Amen.
But remember, He He wasn'taccepted everywhere, he was born
in a manger with the animals.
So don't let, don't, don't letthe the pagan mindset set in
that it's about the gifts andwhat you're able to give.
(41:22):
It's not about that.
But it's what you live and whatyou leave as a legacy.
God bless you and God keep you.
Have a great rest of your day.
