SPEAKER_01 (00:01):
Hello and welcome to
Let's Talk About It podcast.
I am your host, ApostleRosemary, along with my husband,
Apostle Herbie of RCN Ministriesand OSGA Apostolic Network.
We would like to thank you todayfor joining us for our episode
on, and the title of thisepisode is Faithful with the
(00:23):
Little.
So the very theme of this topicon today is this how small
obedience leads to bigbreakthroughs.
I'm going to repeat that.
How small obedience leads to bigbreakthroughs.
So we're going to also welcomeyou and to recap from our last
(00:46):
episode five, which was ondiscernment in a distracted
world.
Of this episode is the fact thatGod doesn't promote based on
popularity, He promotes based onfaithfulness.
So our last episode helped youto be able to understand that in
(01:11):
this hour that discernment isneeded in this distracted world.
Because what we see manifestinghere in the United States of
America is manifesting globally.
So it's not just an issue here, but it's everywhere around the
world.
And we as the remnant of Godmust stand up.
We must contend for our faith.
(01:33):
We must be faithful with thelittle things that God has given
us to do as our mandates for thebody, for the body of Christ.
We cannot get weary inwell-doing, but we have to
persevere no matter what we feellike, no matter what it may look
like, no matter of all of thenoise that is going on in
(01:54):
society, in the natural, we'vegot to understand that even
greater things are birthing andbursting forth in the realm of
the spirit.
Amen.
So what may feel small is stillseen by God.
You know, we have to be able towalk in our own anointing.
(02:15):
Some people would use theterminology to stay in your own
lane, or I will stay in my lane, they would say.
But what we have to understandis the word of God tells us that
we are many members, but we'reone body.
We are to work togethercohesively.
One type of an anointingcomplements another type of
(02:37):
anointing.
When we look at the five-foldascension gifts, we understand
that the apostle and theprophet, there is a synergy that
takes place when we are goingabout the kingdom mandate that
God has given each and every oneof us.
And so do not get weary in yourwell-doing, do not count
yourself out.
Don't think if you are ateacher, then guess what?
(02:59):
You are very important to thebody of Christ to teach the
unadulterated word of God.
Why is that?
Because the teaching, anointing, and grace grounds the body of
God or the body of Christ insound doctrine.
It is very important that wehave this.
If you are a pastor, toshepherd, to guard the body of
(03:20):
Christ, um, to have the pastor'sheart, to be able to pour into
people, but also be able toencourage, you're able to
correct, you're able to be ableto cut away by the pruning of
the utilizing the word of God.
If you are an evangelist, thenyou are the one that has that
(03:42):
very powerful anointing as well,to be able to gather the hearts
of the people, to revive thehearts of the people, to turn
the hearts of the people back toGod.
And then you have the prophet.
When you are a prophet, powerfulanointing as well.
All all ministerial gifts andgraces are powerful tools in the
(04:02):
hands of the master to use.
When you are a prophet, prophetand prophetic people, they guide
the body of Christ.
So we're able to guide, toexpose the hidden things, the
hidden, um, the hidden attacks, plots, plans, and schemes within
the body of Christ, those thatare seen and unseen.
(04:25):
And then when you are an apostleof God, you are able to govern,
to be able to commission, to beable to send forth, to relieve
all of these things.
You're able to flow between thefive functions, the five graces,
very fluently.
And also we're able to be ableto lead to God to direct and to
(04:48):
protect at the same time.
Amen.
So we need to understand thatthere are no big eyes and little
u's.
Every every gift, every gracewithin the body of God and in
the body of Christ is alwaysneeded.
Everyone working together inlove, in unity, and in oneness.
(05:09):
So never count yourself out thatyou may not flow or you may not
have the anointing that someoneelse has.
Use the tools that God has givenyou.
Why?
Because there lies your grace, there lies the anointing, the
mandate that God has given you.
When God gives us a mantle, HeHe has within that mantle
(05:32):
everything we're going to needto function within the gift and
the grace for the body.
Amen.
So the the very powerful or thevery power of the small things
is this that we have to learn tojust talk about the fact that
there will be temptations tochase bigger platforms, to chase
(05:55):
bigger results, to chase biggerrecognition.
There will be people that willcome for the all, but not
reverence the anointing and thegrace that God has placed upon
your life.
This is very important, peopleof God.
Why is it?
It is very important because ofthis.
We must be able to identifythose that God has given to us
(06:19):
to be able to disciple what hashappened within the body of
Christ.
We have a lot of people that arenot in right alignment and they
are stagnated, they are notmoving, they are not being
discipled, they are not beingtrained.
We as leaders cannot beintimidated, we cannot be
(06:39):
jealous, we cannot be envy, andwe envious, and we cannot be
afraid to raise up Elisha's ifwe are Elijah's.
And also in our spiritual sonsand daughters that God has given
(06:59):
us to disciple, to train, tolead, and to pour into and to
pull out of them everything thatGod has graced them with.
Amen.
So we're going to look at a veryfamiliar scripture on today, and
we will be coming from Lukechapter 16 and verse 10.
SPEAKER_00 (07:19):
He who is faithful
in a very, a very little thing
is also faithful in much.
SPEAKER_01 (07:35):
So this is where we
talk about being a steward of
your resources, but not onlyresources monetary, but those
gifts, those talent, there'sthose graces that God has given
us.
We have to understand that thisdeals with the parable of those
that are dishonest managers ordishonest people when it comes
(07:56):
down to being strategic, strategic, but also being able
to govern that which God hasgiven us.
Ask yourselves on today, men andwomen of God, and say to
yourself, Am I a steward of whatGod has given me to manage and
to walk in?
(08:17):
Am I stewarding it well?
Am I stewarding it according tothe word of God?
Am I being obedient andsubmissive to the will of God?
Am I walking upright andcircumspect as a steward of what
God gave me?
When people see us, do they seeGod?
(08:38):
When they hear us, do they hearGod?
Do when we when we come incontact with everyone, do we
show the love of the Father?
Do we possess his agape love, his characteristics, his
attributes?
This is what it comes down to,people of God.
So God is saying, whoever that Ican trust, that can be trusted
(09:01):
with the little things, I'llmake you ruler over the many
things.
So guess what?
We've got to start at groundzero.
We we can't expect to to walk inand just just be in a place with
God that we have arrived, weknow everything, we understand
everything.
The devil is a liar.
Listen, Apostle Herbie and I cantell you from experience, people
(09:25):
of God, that we as leaders, global leaders, for about 15
plus years, we understand thefact that we need to be
mentored.
We need someone to hold usaccountable.
There's nothing wrong with that.
We have to have that in ourlives.
We have to have the pruning, wehave to have the circumcision,
(09:45):
we have to have someone that'sable to call right, right,
wrong, wrong, that's able topour into us, someone who can
give us sound scripturalcounsel.
There's nothing wrong with that.
None of us have arrived, and wenever will, my God.
When we think about biblicalexamples, we think about David
(10:08):
with the sheep, how hisbrothers, his seven brothers,
were before their father Jessein the house.
They were not in the fieldtending sheep, but David was in
the field being prepared.
Somebody needs to understandright here.
Your preparation season will bethe victorious process that God
(10:32):
has taken you from the pit tothe palace, that God has taken
you from the valley to themountaintop.
We cannot ascend until we firstmaster the skill of being
faithful over the little thingsthat God has put our hands to
do.
My God.
That's good, right there.
(10:52):
We think about the widow's oil.
We think about the fact that allshe had was a cruise with a
little bit of oil.
But when the prophet came and hegave sound instructions, see,
this is another thing.
Let me pop my brakes right here,Apostle Herbie.
You know, everybody wants aprophetic word, but no one wants
to follow the instructions toreceive manifestation because of
(11:16):
our obedience.
I'm gonna leave that right thereto marinate.
I want that to I just want thatto just sit in your spirit, let
that digest in your spirit, man.
We think about Jesus, anotherexample feeding 5,000.
My God, from two fish and fiveloaves of bread.
(11:37):
My Lord, that's powerful rightnow.
That's powerful.
So why is it we ask ourselves,is it that God values the little
things?
Apostle, I'm gonna turn thatover to you.
SPEAKER_00 (11:54):
Small doesn't mean
in significant, insignificant,
it means training ground.
My god, God tests hearts beforehe trusts hands with more
faithfulness builds character,not just results.
SPEAKER_01 (12:13):
My god, that'll
preach right there.
That will preach right there.
Small doesn't meaninsignificant, it means training
ground.
My god, how can God test us?
He tests our hearts by seeingwhat we do with the little
things he's already given us.
Are we faithful stewards withGod has already given us?
(12:35):
Think about that.
Let that digest in your spirit, man.
And and like Apostle just saidto you all, that the very
faithfulness builds character,not just results.
SPEAKER_00 (12:47):
My Lord, my Lord.
SPEAKER_01 (13:01):
That's good, right
there.
So, in other words, God preparesus in the shadow, in the secret
place, in our prayer closet, onour threshing floor, when we're
turning down the plate to fast, when we're going through trials
and tribulations, when the enemyis attacking our us financially,
(13:23):
mentally, emotionally, and evencoming after our spiritual walk
with God.
Can we still stand in the midstof the storm?
My God, my God, go ahead,Postal.
SPEAKER_00 (13:38):
How to stay faithful
in small season, consistency
over convenience, do it evenwhen it is not exciting.
Private wins before publicpraise.
What are you doing when no one'swatching?
(14:02):
Gratitude goes your assignment,be thankful for the season you
are in.
My god, those are three keys tofaithfulness.
SPEAKER_01 (14:16):
Follow those three
keys.
Let those be a guiding light, let those be an example.
Sometimes we need to even takethings, write it down, put it on
our mirror, put it on our desk, our computers, whatever we're
gonna see in the morning, andget up and begin to speak back
to ourselves, speak life intoourselves.
(14:39):
We need to begin to understand, and just put those things up
that apostle just told you.
Put those three things up:
consistency over convenience, (14:45):
undefined
even when we don't feel likedoing it because it's not
exciting.
Understand that private winscome before public praise.
My God, that's good right there.
That'll preach right there.
So ask yourself, what am I doingwhen nobody's watching me?
(15:07):
Do I have self-discipline?
Am I holding myself accountable?
Am I walking worthy of the callthat God has placed on my life?
And know that gratitude growsyour aside, man.
Be thankful for whatever seasonyou're in.
We have to understand what it isto be a base and how to abound
(15:28):
in whatever situation andcircumstance that God puts us
in.
Why?
Because it's just trainingground, it's training ground,
people.
So we have to be encouraged thatyour little becomes much in
God's hand.
Come on.
Let's do it right there.
We have to learn to challengeourselves to identify every
(15:53):
every day or every week, however, you want to set it up.
Begin to challenge yourself, identify one small thing you've
been overlooking and recommit toit this week.
Do it this week.
Ask yourself, what is it that Ishould have been doing?
Did I say I was going to read myBible?
I was going to give God 30minutes a day, but I haven't
(16:16):
done it.
I've fallen short of revampingmy schedule and my time to spend
with God for prayer, forconsecration, for reading
scripture, for meditation andmeditating on the word of God is
what we're talking about.
Have I slipped and not followedthrough?
(16:37):
So let me do this.
Let me start out and set up.
Let me set up a time managementcalendar for every day in the
week, even if it's five days outof the seven days.
Weekly, challenge yourself,people of God.
Challenge yourself.
Why?
Because our next episode isgoing to be this.
(16:57):
It's going to deal with thefight to stay focused.
There's a lot of distractions, people, but we need to
understand something.
That if God can trust us to befaithful with the little things,
He'll make us ruler over themany things.
We have to learn to thatremaining consistent and small
(17:20):
things build capacity for thegreater things.
And then we look at Luke 16 and10.
SPEAKER_00 (17:32):
Whoever can be
trusted with very little can
also be trusted with much.
SPEAKER_01 (17:52):
So three keys to
faithfulness.
SPEAKER_00 (17:56):
Consistency over
convenience.
Private wins before publicpraise.
Gratitude grows your assignment.
SPEAKER_01 (18:05):
So let's reflect and
respond on this.
Where have I been overlooking asmall assignment?
What is it that has challengedyou for this assignment?
But you've been overlooking it,you've been putting it on the
back burner.
You really haven't addressed it.
What is it that God is dealingwith you to do?
(18:26):
What is the assignment?
Ask yourself, what little thingcan I commit to doing faithfully
just this week?
What is it that I'll do justthis week?
How is it that I can move aboutjust this week?
How faithful can I be and allowGod throughout the process of
(18:46):
the testing that I've had toendure just this week?
What is it that I'm going tochoose to utilize application
and say, okay, this is whereI've this is where I've fallen
short.
I've I've said that I wanted tospend 30 minutes a day with God
(19:07):
in my prayer time.
I wanted to also includescripture reading 10 to 15
minutes within that 30 minutes.
I've wanted to sit in thepresence of God and meditate on
what it was that I've read onthe ingest, I've ingested the
word.
Now let my heart digest it in mytime of meditation alone in the
(19:28):
presence of God.
So then think about thesequestions, and we'll also give
you the answer, therefore.
Why do small things matter somuch to God?
Ask yourself that.
Why do small things matter somuch to God?
And the answer to that is thisbecause small things reveal
(19:51):
what's in your heart.
Anyone can be loud when thespotlight's on them.
But God watches how we move whennobody's clapping.
God watches what we do when theywhen nobody is giving us
accolades, when we're not onsocial media, when people are
(20:11):
not calling our name, whennobody is promoting us.
Oh my God.
Apostle, I'll let you get thisone.
SPEAKER_00 (20:20):
I feel stuck in a
small season.
Does that mean I'm not growing?
Yes, not at all.
Many of God's greatness, greatest leaders will develop in
(20:43):
quiet places.
Small seasons are forstretching, learning, and
preparation, not punishment.
SPEAKER_01 (20:51):
That's powerful
right there.
Our um ministerial discipleshiptraining that we do with those
that God has us pouring intothrough discipleship is
powerful.
We are seeing these men andwomen of God growing by leaps
and bounds through theirobedience, through their love,
through their honor to thethings of God and their
(21:12):
faithfulness.
God is doing a great work ineach and every one of them.
And hear me when I say, we areso proud of each and every
person that God has connected tothe tribe.
As well as those that are herelocal, you know, locally in the
(21:32):
USA, especially here that arepart of our church, which is
Kingdom Hub Central FloridaGlobal, which is another branch
of RCN ministries, our mainministries.
And we are so ecstatic aboutwhat God is doing in each and
every one of their lives.
We honor and we love themdearly.
But I want to say to you allthat are listening today
(21:55):
globally, to those that areconnected to us as well.
We mean the same what I justsaid about what I just said, it
pertains to everyone globallythat are connected to us, that
are part of what God has givenus to steward for the kingdom of
God and for the people of God.
And so it is an honor to servebecause we are servants with
(22:17):
towels, my God.
In these small seasons, this isthe training ground, this is the
spiritual boot camp where Godutilizes those times of
stretching, of learning, andpreparation.
It's never punishment, people ofGod, it's always a process to
(22:42):
propel you into your greaterplace of God.
That's powerful right there.
So, how do I know if I'm beingfaithful with what I have?
We have to ask Am I showing upwith excellence and integrity,
even if I'm not glamorous?
(23:03):
Am I growing what God gave me orjust waiting for the more?
So, in other words, am I doingwhat God told me no matter how I
feel, no matter what I'm goingthrough, no matter what I'm
enduring at this time?
Am I still pursuing God and Hiswill for my life?
Am I still pushing forward nomatter the attacks on my life?
(23:26):
Or am I allowing the enemy toattempt to try to shut me down,
to try to quiet my voice, to tryto immobilize me, to try to
hinder me?
Or am I truly digging in andpushing forward?
And then the last question hereis this.
SPEAKER_00 (24:13):
Keep showing up.
God always revealed thefaithful, rewards the faithful.
SPEAKER_01 (24:18):
My God, stay
faithful over the little things,
stay faithful, keep movingforward, stay faithful, keep
plowing, stay faithful, don'tgive up, stay faithful.
Even when you feel like you wantto get weary, keep pushing,
stay, stay consistent.
Consistency produces results, not just any results, but
(24:41):
faithful spiritual consistencywhen it comes to the spiritual
things of God, it producesspiritual results.
Now, I want to go over a fewmore scriptures, just touch on
some things here at the end ofthe podcast.
But I want to remind you allthat the next episode is going
to deal with the fight to stayfocused, and it deals with the
(25:05):
theme of that is protecting yourpurpose from the pull of
distractions.
All right.
So I want to just talk abouthere, Apostle Herbie and I,
about just the scripture, Luke16 and 10.
He that is faithful in thatwhich is least is faithful also
(25:26):
in much.
And he that is unjust in theleast is unjust also in the
much.
So we talk about thefaithfulness.
Faithfulness is proven, peopleof God, in the must.
We have to understand this.
When we look at the phrasefaithful in that which is least,
it reveals kingdom testing, itreveals a kingdom testing
(25:49):
principle.
So before God entrusts us withauthority, revelation, or
resources, he observes how yousteward what seems
insignificant.
Oh my God.
When we look at the the wordfaithful in the Greek, it is
pistos, meaning trustworthy,reliable, dependable.
(26:12):
God tests your stewardship inthe small realms, in the small
places, in the small situationsand circumstances before He
exposes you to the greater, myLord.
Then we have to understand thatwhen we talk about the
faithfulness, it is not asituational thing, it's
(26:35):
functional.
So Jesus draws a straight linebetween the little and the much.
That you don't become faithfulwhen you give more.
Your faithfulness is revealedwhen managing the less that God
has given you.
So many are seeking mantles andmandates, but heaven measure
worthiness by the consistencywhen we are in obscurity and we
(26:58):
are not visible.
That's powerful right there,y'all.
So if we were to put a mirror upto a principle of injustice, we
understand that he that isunjust in the least is unjust
also in much.
So just as faithfulnessmultiplies, corruption
magnifies.
(27:19):
That's powerful right there.
Just as faithfulness multiplies,corruption magnifies.
It compromises and exists insmall dealings, in the time
management and money and truth.
It will also corrupt the largerresponsibilities that God has
(27:40):
called us to.
(28:24):
That's the apostolic insightfrom an apostle in an apostolic
lens that faithfulness is agovernance test.
Apostolic leaders must modelprecision, integrity, and
obedience even when no one islooking.
Heaven's promotion system is notcharisma-based or charismatic,
(28:45):
but character-proven.
So the least things prayer, consistency, word study,
punctuality, follow through, private purity are gateways to
governmental authority in therealm of the spirit.
And then we need to understandthis.
Apostles gonna pick up with theprophetic revelation.
SPEAKER_00 (29:12):
This verse is a
dynastic mirror of destiny
carriers.
If you mishandle the seed, youare not ready for the field.
If you mishandle privatedevotion, you cannot manage
(29:32):
public ministry.
If you are unworthy in man'ssystem, untrustworthy in man's
system, heaven cannot releasetrue riches.
God is watching stewardshippatterns, not just passion
display.
And many cries out for mantisand miracles, but failed the
(29:57):
test of maintenance.
Sustaining what was alreadygiven.
SPEAKER_01 (30:04):
My God.
So these reflection questionsare this.
Four, and they are, what smallassignments have you been treat,
have you treated as optionalinstead of sacred?
Another one is this can heaventrust your eyes when no one
affirms it?
Third question (30:23):
Are you
consistent in prayer in your
giving and honor even whenunseen?
The last one here, reflectionquestions.
Where is God testing yourstewardship right now?
Things that we can do, people ofGod, are this have an activation
challenge.
(30:44):
Journal prompt is this.
Identify three areas where youcan demonstrate renewed
faithfulness in your time, yourtasks, and your or your truth.
Here we are going to releasethis apostolic declaration and a
(31:04):
prophetic decree.
The apostolic declaration isthis I will be found faithful in
the hidden places.
My stewardship in the small willcall up, will qualify me for the
much.
And know what heaven can trustme with increase.
I'm gonna say that one moretime.
Apostolic declaration releasesthis I will be found faithful in
(31:28):
the hidden places.
My stewardship in the small willqualify me for the much.
My lord.
(32:00):
Faithfulness in the small thingsis what God is calling us for.
We're gonna close with thisscripture in Matthew 25 and 21.
I'm gonna turn it over toApostle Herbie.
SPEAKER_00 (32:14):
His Lord said unto
him, Well done, though good and
though good and faithfulservant, thou hast been faithful
over a few things.
I will make thee ruler over manythings.
Enter thou into the joy of theLord.
Our insight, faithfulness, faithfulness in the few
(32:37):
qualities, faithfulness in thein the few qualifies you for
rulership, rulership over many.
Promotion in the kingdom followsproven stewardship, not
ambition.
SPEAKER_01 (32:58):
Luke 16 and 10.
SPEAKER_00 (33:00):
Affirming, affirming
that God multiplies trust to
those who multiply diligency.
SPEAKER_01 (33:18):
We want to thank you
for tuning in, for getting this
fresh manna on our podcast.
As we have come to you todaywith our topic, Faithful with
the Little, how small obedienceleads to big breakthrough.
(33:42):
We hope and pray that thisblesses you all, that it causes
you to examine your lives, examine that which God has
called you to as a mandate forthe body of Christ, for the
people of God, and that thisbegins to swell in your spirit,
(34:05):
man, until it overflows out ofthe cup into the saucer and it
spills over on everything that'saround you.
We pray that this podcast todayenlarges your territory through
your obedience and submission tothe will of God, that you be
(34:26):
made worthy to be trusted withthe little things, so that He
can make you ruler over themiddle, the many things.
So we pray you continue to befaithful with the little.
Again, I am Apostle Rosemary, along with my husband, Apostle
Herbie from RCN Ministries andOSGA Apostolic Network.
(34:48):

It podcast.

Unshaken.
God bless you, God keep you, andyou have a great rest of your
