Please join myself and special guest, John Glover, as he shares his experience of what it is like to walk through his own mental health journey of high highs, low lows, panic attacks, and OCD and how he has learned to cope with it.
Husband. Son. Below average guitar player. Mental health struggler. John began his mental health journey when he was a child. The inability to focus in school, touching the door knob a certain number of times before he could leave a room, worry and fear so severe that he couldn’t sleep at night. Then he had his first panic attack. He just thought he was different. A little weird. It wasn’t until he was an adult that he started to learn about mental health and, more importantly, that he wasn’t alone. Today, John’s passion is helping others realize they aren’t alone either.
