Whether it was scrolling on social media or feeling like I wasn’t where I “should” be in life, it had me stuck in my head and doubting myself. But this year? That’s not my story anymore.
In this episode, I share what it was like to admit I was caught up in the comparison game, how therapy gave me tools to work through it, and what finally helped me stop caring about likes, views, and outside opinions. We talk about those moments when you feel jealous or not good enough and how to flip those feelings into something that motivates you instead of dragging you down.
