Fucking lose it. Dude I was I was defusing

(05:11):

He has his angry face. Yeah.
Are you so mad dude? Like.
The classic, classic way to start.
Hell yeah. What's going on?
Angry Freeze Frame Out is the best way to start the podcast.

(05:32):
This is why we're off the rails already.
We're up 8 minutes inside. I shouldn't need.

More. All right, let's do it.
Yeah. Here we go.
Strings out the way real quick. Here we go.
Guys. Some shots.
Yeah, some shots. Everyone let's.
Do it. Every.
Two shots ready every time sour's on, you gotta do a shot.
Drink them if you got them. I'm gonna just switch.
That was part of the contract. Drink response.

(06:36):
It's tradition. Yes, you can't break tradition.
That is true, so. I was about to cut a whole body.
But we're waiting for. We're waiting on the sour.
There we go. Let's.
Not go crazy. There everyone at home, grab
your. Shot my hard seltzer chaser from
Costco. Let's.

I wish I had a chaser on this. Cheers y'all.
There we go. Cheers, cheers.

(06:59):
Cheers. Difficulties.
And and off the rails. And good company.
Yes. Off the rails.
Cheers. Cheers.
Cheers. Cheers.
What was? That was that.
Well, that was not Creek. Oh, that was disgusting.
It was not not That was not Creek.
That was Johnny Walker. Johnny Walker.
Tequila. What the hell?

(07:19):
That wasn't tequila. I said I'd rather have the
tequila than. That oh, I thought you said you
don't want tequila. I thought you said you want
gasoline. No, you did say you didn't want
to. Yeah, he said that right.
Worse. It's worth it.
That's worse, isn't it? No, I like Johnny Walker.
It was. Fine.
It was gasoline with a little paint.
Close up on his face. Close up on his face, Al.
There's there's nothing wrong a little bit.
Stop little whiskey. God damn.

(07:40):
I can't wait. He's he's banker covered.
That's amazing. That's actually pretty good.
For a second I thought it was freeze.
Man, I'm like. Oh no.
That's pretty funny. Damn, everybody looks so
serious. Everybody's focused.
Such a bad why? Is everybody looking serious?

(08:02):
Why? Why is all of our Why is our all
of our stuff failing on us? It's the beginning of the year.
It's a media glitch. Thing happy family.
Cameras working, make cameras. Work.
I know, I know, I know. That's all it works, That's all.
Man oh man, I started with one camera, then the other words.
That's. All that worries.
What? And that's all that worries.
All that worries. Damn, Kevin, you're cut off.
The fuck, dude? Alright, let's get the show

(08:23):
started, Kevin. Alright.
We're 10 minutes in, Kevin. Yo guys, thank you so much for
showing up. We appreciate y'all and thank
you for your patience. So we're actually gonna like,
start the show now? Fuck.
I mean it depends what do y'all want to do?
Well, Sorrow's got to tell us about his new project that he's
been. Working on yeah.

(08:44):
OK. Nyanja.
I got the trailer right here. I'll play while you're talking.
Oh nice. Nice.
All right, Well, we are working on a new game called Nyanja.
It's about little ninja cats andit's very reminiscent of Bubble
Bobble. So it's like a single screen
action game. I love those kind of games
growing up. So I've always wanted to do like
a arcade style action game, you know, where you just clear

(09:06):
enemies from a screen, you move to the next stage.
Just really quick fun Arcady kind of stuff.
And we're doing it for the PC Engine first because that's what
we, what we specialize in is Turbo Graphic 16, PC Engine.
It was the console that I grew up on in the 90s.
And then we're going to port it over to hopefully Dreamcast for

(09:27):
sure. We're doing a Steam PC version
and we're working out the details as far as a Dreamcast
version goes. And then if any other versions
come along, then we'll announce them as we as we go with them.
But yeah, I'm excited for it. We're actually like 60% into
this game too. So hopefully by April, we're

(09:48):
hoping by game on we can launch our Kickstarter campaign for it.
So we're gonna do a crowdfund and get that going so we can get
funding to manufacture and all that other stuff and get people
paid 'cause people need to get paid.
And yeah, hopefully that that can come out.
If not by April, it should be atleast almost done by April.

(10:10):
But we're hoping for like a summer release for it.
Nice. Very good.
Interesting. Yeah, Yeah, very.
Interesting. Is it a single player Co-op?
No, this is a 2 player simultaneous game.
Yeah, unlike Yuki, like Yuki wasa single player game because of
the kind of game it was. But since this one is like a
bubble bobble type of game, you need to have two players.

(10:31):
You know, it's got a you got to bring a, you got to bring a
friend. And the the game is definitely
hard if you're trying to play italone, but if you're playing it
with a friend, it's definitely alot more manageable.
So we encourage playing with a friend.
Not good. I'm.
Looking forward to playing. I haven't played bubble bobble
much. I did, I could, but I never like
what I had. 100 stages or something like it was a lot.

(10:51):
Of stages, it was 100 stages. Yeah, Bubble Bobbles 100 if you
did like the special like ending, I think it was 100
stages. Otherwise I think it was like 80
stages. And it's if you've played any
game like like Snow Bros, it's very similar to Snow Bros.
It's kind of like a cross between Snow Bros and Bubble
Bobble, if you will, 'cause you could kind of like, you know,

(11:14):
rack up like your enemies in a row and destroy them that way.
So you've got like a like a combo system going.
So if you've played any single player game, it's gonna be very
similar. It's gonna be similar to Bubble
Bobble or or Parasol Stars, SnowBros, Rodland, any of those
games. It's a huge fan base for like

(11:35):
whenever I look online people are going crazy over rainbow
island and bubble. Yeah, all the time, really.
All the time Was Snow Bros, the one that we're watching that had
the titty birds? The titty birds?
I can't. Remember titty birds Titty.
Teddy birds, Yeah, it was like birds with titties was.
It Snow Bros. It was like a remake.
They were watching the indie shop.

(11:56):
Teddy birds talking. About you remember right?
I remember, yeah. And somebody called it like
somebody. I called it.
I called it out. I was like, oh, this is what
teddy bears. And then Jay was like, now we
talk about it. And then Titty birds just popped
up. I was like, I told you, there's
some Teddy birds in this. Teddy birds.
Yeah, it was Teddy Birds. We need clarification on both
the teddy birds. It was like harpies, but like.
It's a. Harpy, but it is a harpy.

(12:18):
But they're teddy birds. That's Harpy.
Wow, that's like. Sir.
When they do Medusa sometimes and they do harpies, they have
their chest out sometimes. Wow, it wasn't that game.
It was weird. It was very odd.
That's the the technical term for this.
Yes, exactly. That's.
Two Chainz favorite bird. Teddy Bird.
Titty Boy. Teddy.
Bird rolls off the tongue. Yeah, Teddy.

(12:39):
Bird. Teddy Bird, Is that going to be
a new boss in your game now? Yes.
Please use the idea. We're going to have to work in
the teddy bird. That's us.
No, it's a family game, you guys.
It's for family. Yes, it's a secret.
Code You can't have titty birds with your family game.
No, that'd be awkward. GTA did it.

(13:00):
Oh, with a code. It was a code.
Maddie, what is that bird? I did this.
What? You're playing.
Grounded Sarah. How many levels this game gonna
have? It's all said and done. 70 was
the projected, but it might end.It might end up being closer to
80. Yeah, because each world is is

(13:23):
10/10 stages, so at at least 70 I think.
OK, it's not bad. Yeah, so far we already have
like 50 stages down already, so damn, we got 20 more to go.
And then like the story bits. That's why I say we're like 60%
done with it because we still got to do like the little story
bits in the intro. I had AI actually put together a

(13:45):
song for it that I'm having Sergio Elizondo who is our
composer, he's going to recompose it because I did all
the the voice bits in a thing called Imatone.
And imatone is like you sing into the mic and it creates
sounds for you and it transfers them to your DAW or your
whatever. Like the garage.

(14:06):
In my case it was Garage Band and so the composer now has an
idea of what I want for the composition.
So he's the musician, he's gonnatake it and make it into a
produced song and then I'm gonnaget someone to sing the lyrics
cuz I wrote lyrics for it as well.
So I'm kind of going for a Saturday cartoon vibe with
Nyanja, where we're going for Keith Cliff, Samurai Pizza gas

(14:31):
kind. Of that's actually the vibe it
gives off. It gives yeah, it gives off that
vibe. He yo dude around that time
every every song around that time was bumping.
Yeah. So that's what we're.
Trying. Gummy bears.
Like, you know that addicting like Saturday morning cartoon
type of song. That duck tail, that duck tail

(14:51):
shit was out of control. No side, you know the top tier.
Like, yeah, those are those are.Out of control.
I'm like, I'm the same person. But you you, you guys ever
realized that them 80s cartoons, like they blew the entire budget
on the theme song? And the intro intro yeah, the.
Intro animation. Yeah, yeah, the rest of the
show. But the intro you were like the
intro is still the song. They know why you know why No

(15:15):
you, you wake up super early forschool, like 6:00 AM, you're
tired as hell. You watch the intro.
You're like, oh, this is amazing.
If you watch that same cartoon, because sometimes they show it
when you get back from school and it doesn't look as good at
all. You're like, yo, I thought
that's. Hot it gets the IT gets the
blood. Pumping the trick man with that
intro. When you, when you, you know.
What show was like that was MegaMan Do you guys remember?
Oh yeah, Mega Man. Cartoon.

(15:36):
You thought the intro was so high and then you get into the
show and you're like what the fuck?
Where'd the budget go? It's like so weak.
Same thing. Same thing with Silverhawks.
Yo word, same thing. That opening was.
Fire. And then?
Silverhawks mask. Lots of those shows had such
hype openings and then the showslike.
Inspector Gadget was was different though that that was

(15:58):
the animation for the show was just as good as the intro Watch
it. If you watch.
It now, it's probably the closest.
Yeah, it's probably the closest. It holds up still.
Till this day. But his voice?
The song. Was so good.
Too. Oh.
I feel like anything that Shookie Levy wrote was like, he
was like a hit maker when it came to like Saturday morning
cartoons 'cause he did. He did like he man, and he did

(16:19):
Heathcliff and he did Inspector Gadget.
I think he did Power Rangers too.
Oh, nice. It was a little like the dude
just knew what he was doing whenit came to.
Catchy shit. Did he?
Do GI Joe as. Long as they don't give you the
whole intro of the show in the Idon't.
Know if it? Did OK good.
That's a good thing. That's if he didn't like I.

(16:40):
Don't. I don't think so.
It doesn't sound like. I always hated how they started
this song. Always, Joe, Always they just.
Start talking. Like you can't start, there's
trouble. No, you can't.
You can't say we'll. Fight for freedom.
Like you that's. Not how you start a.
If your intro sounds like the intro sounds like Star Wars
beginning with the words, don't do it.

(17:01):
No. Yeah, exposition is never good.
Every theme song. There's a that guy named
Colbright. He's out to get you, right?
No, it was a full explanation. Yeah, that's not even, that's an
explanation. You can't have exposition in the
theme song by. The way buy out toys, they go
down. That's all it was, that's all.
It was. Oh, sorrow.
Are there going to be any unit Yuki toys or anything for the

(17:23):
new game? Get some merch, Yeah.
Yeah, we're we're actually thinking about doing plushies.
Oh, that's awesome. Nice little kitties kind of like
we're trying to go for just likea much more universal appeal
with Nyanja then we had with Yuki.
You know, Yuki is was more like a hardcore action game, you
know, for the retro fan of gamesof that era, that's what we were

(17:45):
targeting. But with Nyanja we're kind of
like trying to keep it like a more general audience where
anyone can get into it. And so you know that means kids.
So we want to do like cute little plushies and stuff like
that, key chains and all kinds of stuff.
That's dope. Yeah.
Looking at the art, I'm like that.
That should be a toy. Like I'm just it just looks like
you would sit in a store or likekey chains, like you were just

(18:08):
saying like that. Yeah, plushies, all that shit.
So you have to promise us. We'll do all that.
Yeah, sorry, you have to promiseus.
After you beat the game, if you hold down the top buttons and up
on the controller, we get to hear you sing the outro song.
I guess. Yes.
I'll think about it, yes. Yeah, that.
No, it should just be an unlockable after after you beat

(18:29):
the game. Right.
You got to give you some inspiration.
Thinking that badly. You got to be in the Narita boy.
You got to be in the know to hear it.
Just going to tell you. Yeah, I was going to give you a
recommendation. Narita Boy, if you haven't
played that indie game, play it.Oh my.
God, I know. I heard.
I heard. The intro and the outro.
Amazing. God, fucking hilarious and it
beautiful, Yeah, yeah, at the same time it's just.

(18:52):
Adding that Tim, is it on Steam? Can I get it on Steam?
It's on everything. Yeah.
It's on everything $3. That's that seems so hard.
I'm get it. I'm gonna get it right now.
That's awesome. That's a special game, dude.
I hell yeah. I really love the fuck.
Out of that game and if you don't know the the final song,
the N credit in Double Dragon Neon, that's one.
Oh, that's that's another. Good.
Oh, that's. A classic.

(19:12):
That's another day, Wylin. That was great.
I like it when they do stuff like that and the credits and
like you're just not ready for the Transformers Devastation
also have that. No ohh yeah Oh my God.
That's why I'm trying to get youguys to play 'cause I want what
can I play it on? Right on the.
PS. Here, down here.
It's on everything. It's nice, I can go on.
Digitally, right? It was.

(19:33):
I don't know if it still is. I gotta fuck with that.
I got, I own it, so I got, I have.
I have a physical copy of it so I'll lend it to you.
Shout out to Ring Fit Master formentioning guardian heroes.
Anyone who mentions Guardian heroes always.
Yeah, he was just playing it on Saturn, like.
Oh, he gets another one of these.
That's always, you know, God bless.
Yeah. Who's your favorite character?

(19:54):
Ring Fit is a big Saturn fan. Oh, Saturn.
Saturn's on the ring like one ofmy favorite systems of all time.
Yeah. Well, we feel like it's getting
more attention now than it used to, but man, yeah, not with the
game. Longest time.
Not with the game it. Was like the underdog.
Costing. Oh, the cost.
Not with the game costing is my.Thing Oh, I was about to get
angry with you. I'm always saying no but.

(20:16):
But I did let you finish your sentence.
I was like, I swear to God if you had said it's wrong.
So now with those rendered graphics.
He said not with those games. I was about to throw a bottle
and I'm like fuck you talking about not with.
Those games aggressive. I finished.
Turned me angry. Real.
No. Listen, you gotta be like
there's a there's a huge fan base, like a niche fan base for

(20:39):
Saturn. Absolutely.
And turbo graphics. And so I was one of the top
turbo graphics fans. Like yeah, by far.
Like that's. Just yeah.
I love it. Love it to death.
Wow, I only had to keep courage. You know what's crazy You.
Know what's crazy like every time I hear turbo graphics, it
does have a special memory I played it because because we won

(21:01):
it in the contest like that willI will never forget that yeah
yeah, that's. What the bloody wolf?
It was we had, we had bloody Wolf, bloody Wolf, Keith
Courage. Wow.
And I think that was it. We didn't have anything.
No bonks eventually. Oh yeah, Bonk.
I'm sorry, Bonk. Too.
We had bonk too also. You never had legendary?
Acts no, we never had that. Never had it and.
People swear by it but I played it after Esteon X and I was like

(21:22):
this is the same game. Yeah, the same same director was
it? Yeah, for Synax and Legendary
Acts, the same guy directed boththose games, but that guy didn't
have anything to do with Legendary Acts 2, which was a
completely different game, which.
Was different, yeah. But no Turbo graphics had some
music though they had they had some music and I didn't know
about that at the time. Their marketing was weird in the

(21:43):
US though, because Keith. Courage, yeah.
No one knew what Keith Courage was.
Nope. And I came with they should have
been Bonk. Did they do that at one point?
Well, see, The thing is, the bonk came out like like later in
the system's life. So, but I mean, they should have
packed in like if if they would have packed in like
Splatterhouse. Yeah, that's yeah.
But that would. Have been like the number one.
Splat House was. Everyone would have got it for a

(22:05):
splatterhouse, you know? But they gave us freaking Keith
Courage, which was like some like shitty anime license that
for them to get at the time. Wasn't a great game.
Wasn't like the robot you go into shorter than the actual guy
who gets in the robot? Like he was smaller, right?
Yeah, like he look at him robot was.
Like. Like what the fuck he's small as

(22:26):
shit. At least they didn't pack in
China Warrior. I hated China warrior.
Because that was bad. That's true.
I hated it. Could have been it could have
been worse or it could have beenDeep Blue or some other
absolutely shit game. So.
Had his place in time though. But.
Legendary Acts was a was a game that came out during its launch.

(22:47):
That one should have been packedin.
I would have sold consoles for sure.
I was mad that I never played itat the time.
I didn't either, actually. I think because even though I'm
a huge Trevor Graphics fan, I I didn't play it back during the
payday either. Yeah.
Was it one or two that had the weird ending?
One of them had a weird ending with the naked chick and it was
like so odd. I saw it online.
I was like. Listen to reaction.

(23:08):
What is the same thing? Yeah, yeah, the same.
I think it was two. It was weird all around.
It's 100 people. It wasn't the same, the same
team at all. See, Bunk worked as a mascot.
I think he was a good mascot. It's crazy that they show Duck
Hunt in there. He's very different.
Look at this the turbo. Graphic in the commercial.
How did they get away with that man?

(23:29):
Yo, they legit just show Duck Hunt.
Yeah fucking and pong and pong Oh.
They were probably comparing like.
Oh, you know. What I thought about these?
Crap graphics. Look at this first Pong first.
Pong. They did that though cuz my
Nintendo did. They said this and then, OK, I
know what they're saying now look at what we got.
But they show a footage. Of the game versus the F0,

(23:50):
remember? They, oh, they did that.
Yeah, they showed Mario Kart andsome old Ricky Mobile and they
showed, what was it, F0? I'm not, I'm not sure what it
was for. What?
No, because that's Nintendo versus Nintendo something.
No, it was Sonic. Oh yeah, they're.
Thinking of yeah, Sonic and Mario Kart on the ice cream
truck they're playing. Mario.
Kart, let me find out, yeah. They used to be at.

(24:10):
His throats. Man those commercials are dope.
They're very creative. Back in the no.
Back in the day I was. Like Sega was winning that
console war here is because the commercials were so extreme, you
know? I love, I love.
The marketing was on point for Sega at that time.
If they did those commercials now, it'd be like Halo and
everything. Halo and.
Everything I want to talk about it.

(24:34):
Man, I like the Genesis does when intend don't.
I always loved that, yeah. Those are definitely.
That was dope. That was aggressive.
That was mad aggressive. It was for the teen years, yeah.
Blast processing bro. Hey.
Look at that. I don't.
Remember this? What is this?
You don't. Have my Sonic the Hedgehog.
Cartoon. That Sonic cartoon.
That was a Saturday Sonic, right?
Yeah. 'Cause they had a wax.
On state. Merkel yeah.

(24:57):
They had a wax Sonic on the daytime though on like regular
weekdays. On Saturday it was dope though.
That's fine. Well, they had Sonic ice cream.
That's a. Commercial.
They still have Sonic ice cream.Wow.
What good? Is it good?
No, they're the Red Nose. Does.
Oh, here it is. This is the commercial, right?
Yes, I remember this. I remember this.

(25:18):
Hi Def. Comparing the prices, look at
that. I love the aggressive market,
isn't it? I really enjoy.
It those prices like $500 back then, yeah.
Yeah, the guy's like, come on, Sonic.
He's fast. He's like, put the Super, he's
like pretty. So quick look at that bouncing
around and all this. Crazy shit these 64 colors

(25:40):
moving so fast they. Didn't tell you that though.
Nobody cares about that. I had no idea.
No idea. Wow.
Some city booths, yeah. The Genesis color limitation is
is rough. Oh, I remember this commercial.
65 colors or 64 I think it was. Yeah, 64 on screen maybe.

(26:00):
Ain't nobody need more colours than 64.
You could. You could.
Sonic pulled it off. He pulled it off.
Blast processing, man. Just make different.
They just made people more creative, you know, with how
they use their colours. Look at that black background
they use. They use that in time.
So creative. Time soldiers.
Jesus Christ. I saw that recently.

(26:22):
By the way, it's terrible that'sit's like a fake car warriors,
but it's. Better than the car Saru Is
there going to be a unit? Yuki 2.
There is. So there's a Game Boy one in the
works that's kind of coming on really slow because I've
switched my focus to Nyanja. But once we once we get Nyanja

(26:43):
going, that'll that'll pick backup.
But the Game Boy Yuki is more ofa stop gap for what I want the
next Epic Studio Yuki game to be.
So I do want the last and final game to be a PC engine game
again hopefully and or at least some console if not PC Engine at
the very least Dreamcast. You know Dreamcast yeah cuz we

(27:05):
could do more with Dreamcast too.
So it just depends. It depends on where we're at
when we finish Neonja and our other projects.
Cuz I do, I do want to get like a proper sequel going.
You know, the Game Boy version is just going to be like a
little stop gap, like a 1.5 kindof thing.
It it progresses story but not in like a huge major way.

(27:27):
Nice. Will it be a Game Boy Color
version or just green screen? So originally we first started
doing it both for Game Boy Colorand the Game Boy, but I was
thinking about just doing it forthe original Game Boy to start
and then maybe doing another like ADX version so that we can
get the game going and out. And then maybe we can do some

(27:49):
enhancements and then maybe do like a DX version of it down the
line. I just don't wanna put like all
of my creative energy into just that project when I wanna do
like multiple projects. I'm also working on the PC game
called Meeco Hearts with anotherprogrammer who did a game called

(28:10):
the Baker, which is a game on Steam.
It's called El Panadero the Baker and his name is Enubase
and he's he's programming this game.
It's a running gun with two little priestess girls called
Miko Hearts, and it's two playersimultaneous running gun and
that's going to be on, I'm sorry, it's going to be on Steam
and eventually the Nintendo. Switch.

(28:31):
I didn't know about that one. I didn't know about that one
either. But Nianja.
You said it's called Niko Hearts, Is that right?
Niko Hearts. Miko hearts.
Yeah. Miko is just the Japanese word
for priestess. And it's like about 222
priestess twins who are exorcising demons.
And so they shoot like little. It's kind of like a like a Mega

(28:53):
Man kind of game. And they're shooting like cards
out to execute demons. So we'll hopefully we'll get a
demo there. He is sketchy ceviche.
He's the guy he's. The.
Programmer, what's going on? Here.
Yeah, he's he's If you guys everwant to interview another indie
dev, he would be 1 to interview. He's actually working on.
Absolutely. 3rd game right now and but he's the programmer to

(29:17):
our game Ecohearts, which we're working on right now.
Hopefully we can get a demo out soon that people can play at
least like a one stage demo. But yeah, if you guys wanna get
with him, you guys ever wanna interview him?
He's he is a programmer who was born in Mexico, who has been
living in Japan for like the last decade and a half, maybe

(29:40):
longer. And he programs games for Steam.
Nice. Yeah, we always love indie devs
popping on here and talking about what they're doing because
it's always fun. It's always fun.
Absolutely that. But yeah, definitely.
Who was that? You.
That was me. What was that sound?
What you heard that shit sound like?
I was like. You heard that shit.
What the fuck was that? Like I took a sip and was.

(30:05):
Like dude, that. Was all in my headphones.
I'm like I know everyone heard that shit.
I thought it was me. I thought it was me for a
second. I thought it was me, man.
I was like, wait, what this shitis?
Wild I was. Like that wasn't my stomach,
that wasn't my train of thought and everything.
Yeah, you gotta turn away from the mic.

(30:26):
Yeah, and this is the thing I complain about when we stream
and I hear this dude drinking some.
I hear everything. I Well, first of all, that's the
one thing that people hate. The number one thing?
People hearing everything you'reeating and drinking.
Yeah, that's like what we do. The podcast Eating Gum.
Like that was the worst podcast ever.
They've done so many things. That was.
That was terrible. Yeah, we never did gum again.

(30:47):
Sketchy. If you want to leave the links
to the games that you have in Steam now, you can put that in
the chat to. Oh yeah, I'll put, I'll post
them up on the I'll post it up. So Saru, last time you were on,
since then you have had your game come out, you had your key
come out for the Switch. Edition Yuki.
Oh, that's right. Yeah.

(31:08):
Last time, Yeah. How long has it been since I was
I feel? Too long I.
Feel like a year or two maybe like it's been a 2.
I think it's been closer to two years, yeah.
Two years I was. Yeah, time flies.
I'm like, this is a commercial right here.
For. I remember I saw that in the the
E shop. I said, oh shit, yeah, I said I
know this, I know who did that. And it's like a nice clean

(31:31):
trailer too. Yeah, 'cause when we did the
Indie E Shop recap show, I remember we would always get mad
at trailers that like. Blurry.
They're blurry. The music conk is like
framerous. Yeah, it's all fucked up.
And I'm like, that's a terrible representation of your game.
And I'm like, no, this is nice and clean.
I was like, I like this one. I'm like, sorry, we did a good
job with this. Yeah, I wish I could take credit

(31:53):
for it. I didn't.
I didn't do the trailer actually.
The take credit no. I mean, that was your chance,
let me tell you. No, it was actually a.
Dash Prod, who helped us supportthe Dreamcast version got some
guy, I think I wanna say it was the same composer that did music

(32:15):
for one of his games, the Ninja game, like something to Gen.
Genju to I I don't remember, butit's a pixel heart game.
He they did the second part and I think the the composer also
did the trailer for FX senior Yuki.
I want to say I think it I thinkit's the same guy.
I don't really know. But yeah, he did a good job with

(32:37):
that trailer. We showed it off at Game on
because I, I did a panel at GameOn about indie dev stuff with
our composer for Nyanja and the Yuki trailer.
Like we showed a bunch of trailers, we talked and then we
showed the Yuki trailer and thathad the whole room clapping.
I was like nice, nice. That's.
Awesome. I gotta find that guy to make me
a trailer. Yeah.

(32:58):
There is nothing. Up and be like, can you make me
a trailer for Nyanja? There's nothing like a good
trailer man to get you pumped like.
Yeah, we've seen that guy did a good job.
You did a great job with that. I remember Narita Boy.
I remember we saw a trailer. I said that is a trailer.
Yeah, I remember. That's a trailer.
I was like, I can't wait till I'm getting it.
That trailer sold it. I'm getting it.
Music's the most powerful because it's such a short thing.

(33:18):
Yep. That music's got to be right.
Add that to. My wish list, now that I think
about it. Narita boy.
Yeah, that's 25 bucks. Is it 25?
That should be low. Is it woo?
It's been out for a while, 20. 520 Yeah, I remember paying that
much. They're like, yo, we used to
sell that for 799. That shit wasn't working.
Yeah. I needed jacked it up.

(33:39):
I gotta get some of this money back.
Wow. Yeah, we sell FX in the UK, I
think it's 799 on the E shop andthe PC version will have a bunch
of extra stuff, but that's stillprobably going to be under 10
bucks to be honest as well. Nice.
When's it coming out for PC? For PC we're we're actually
pretty much Rover who's the programmer of FX in the Yuki for

(34:01):
PC engine is working on the PC version and we added a bunch of
stuff that we couldn't add due to limitations in space because
FX unit UK on PC Engine is full to the brim.
It probably has to be, in terms of music time, the largest PC
Engine game because the music, Ithink we used up like 70 plus
minutes just for the music because Yuki has a shit ton of

(34:25):
music. But there's a lot of stage
content that we never actually got to implement for FX and
Yuki. So Rover, who programmed the
original game, is making it possible with the PC version.
So hopefully that'll be probablyin the next month, I'm hoping.
Wow. We gotta try that out.
Yeah, and then we're gonna patchit later for voice stuff cuz we

(34:47):
did a bunch of voice hacking, but we wanna put it out cuz
people have been waiting for that one for a long time.
So we wanna put it out and then maybe throw out a patch when we
got like the voices in for the cutscenes.
Will it have selection for the 16 bit music also in there as a
bonus you. Know what?
That's status. That is an excellent idea I
didn't even think about. That, oh look at sticks with the

(35:09):
idea. I know that's that's actually a
great idea. Now you got to pay them.
I'll take you to dinner, how about that?
Hey, there we go. All right.
Steaks, except we're in oppositesides of the steak.
Seriously. Cuz you can.
What are? I'm in the West Coast, he is on
the East Coast. We take Venmo.

(35:30):
Let me see. Y'all yeah we do.
Y'all gotta make it over to the West West Coast show sometime.
That would be cool. Everybody's over there.
I'm so mad, you know? PRGE the Texas shows you know,
run by those dudes. What else is there?
There's game on run by game straight one, which we're
showing Yaja at game game on is is is a awesome convention that

(35:57):
I I highly recommend going to game on.
It's run by game straight 81 andit's a cool show and everybody
goes to it. Like a lot of a lot of Youtubers
go to that show. You'll see like Ray and Radical
Reggie and you know, Metal Jesusand any video game nerds been
there last year Johnny Millennium was there, which was
cool. It's a cool show.

(36:17):
It's a cool show. I highly recommend it.
If you guys are ever thinking about going to the West Coast
for a show, Game On is is a goodone.
That's definitely something we eventually do.
We gotta get like radical Reggiedrunk and record him and put it
on the channel. That's like, that's one of those
things. Some confessions.
Yeah. Here's a drink.

(36:37):
No more. Oh man.
I don't think I've seen him evenclose to tipsy ever.
No, I remember he did like a skit.
I did. I think he did a skit where he
had like beer cans in his the toilet tank or whatever or
whatever. Yeah, like he did some skit, but
I don't, I, I don't, I don't think I've ever seen him drink

(36:57):
or whatever. Until he comes to hang out with
us. Yeah, we're.
Gonna corrupt him. Where we'll get him arrested.
Wow, that's good to look forwardto.
Don't hang out with them little.Boy, yeah.
You got to get a picture of thatmug.
Shot. Hell yeah man.
Get everybody in trouble. Make that the game.

(37:18):
The box art with the mug shot. Damn, don't.
Hang out with those dudes man, they're going to get you in
trouble like a new game. We're not going to put in jail.
What are you doing? Yeah, I think the only show we
have around here is what in Boston like, right.
Yeah. Packs.

(37:38):
They got packs east. Packs E is like the only game.
Then they got packed S also on the east.
Coast We had too many. Games we never, we never been to
too many games. We had too many games.
We went to too many games. Oh yeah, too.
Many games, too many games was dope.
Y'all did that right? That was a lot of fun.
So many games was real, that was.
Super fun. Still mad that we didn't buy
that fucking that Thundercat sword for $75.

(37:59):
That was so good. And the next day the dude had it
on his back. I'm like, what are you doing?
With that, he bought it. It's not to be touched.
It was a. That was the full.
The full. Sword.
It was too late. Sword.
Yeah. It wasn't like the little.
One, but it looks. Small on this dude's back 'cause
he was big ass dude. I was like, damn man.
Well, you blame him. Of course he bought that.
Dude I was eyeing the shit out of.

(38:19):
The guy to war, Yeah. The guy to war on the things
that the that the. Blazer Chaos and.
Blazer blades, Chaos like that. Weapons.
Yeah, no, they were like, you could kill somebody with that
shit. I don't know why they're selling
it. Now they're real.
It's like you cut somebody with somebody, forge those for real
man you. Can't wear that.
If you like, go somewhere with cosplay.
No, no. You know you'll cut yourself in

(38:40):
half. No, that's for your house.
For protection. Like if someone's trying to rob
you. Take the Sword of Omens on that
motherfucker. You got them.
You. Had it, it would be on the wall,
right? Yeah.
Exactly. Imagine.
You see not right here 'cause ifit falls.
You imagine getting robbed and you come after them with the
sword of omens. That shit is crazy.

(39:00):
Crazy. Story.
You'd be like Thunder. Yeah, you say hello, you say
hello there, like where's that come from?
And then they run away. And won't scream.
Out hole, you run out there and you're chasing with the sword.
Would you imagine? Wrong house.
Fuck, it's crazy. Do that in a short If we had the
sword. Oh dude.
You missed an opportunity. Yeah, I saw something on

(39:22):
Instagram about Thundercats. It's like it's funny because the
main character does uses a red light pointer to attract cats to
his location. I saw.
That that is, that is very. True.
That is true and I never made that connection until I saw that
meme. I was like, oh.
Shit that is the cats are like, oh shit is so true.
Where? Where's he at?

(39:42):
Chase the light. Chase the light.
Put a cat against a mummy. It's like tissue paper they
would destroy. Yeah, they murder.
That's right. They would, they would kill them
in seconds. Worst enemy for him, that's
true. Cafe Fox said Retro world that
he's harped on us about. Yes, that's.

(40:03):
True and everything is West Coast like you said.
West Coast. What would you imagine if the
final boss comes out to? We'll go to Vegas and drive out.
Yeah. Yeah, we would have to like, do
like. A wait a minute.
Little trip, Yeah. We got to, like, quit our jobs
and, you know, yeah. What the hell is?
That I'm I didn't know that. Was a good idea.
I mean Vegas is is always a cheap ticket.

(40:24):
You guys can always just, you know.
It's not that bad. Did you guys?
There. Did you guys know that it was a
Thundercats game for the DS? Was it okay?
I heard it was. There was a game that was.
I heard it was okay. I actually looked.
These it doesn't look. Bad.
No, it doesn't look. Bad, but the camera is awful.
I mean, it's on the DS so. It's no the camera like.
When you jump in, I liked I liked the animation on the

(40:45):
swipes. Yeah, looked alright.
Yeah, let's look. Is that based on the new one on
the the last show? The one the one that started off
good and then it went like crazy, like anime and like
robots and shit and then it wentweird.
Did. It.
Yeah, yeah, I. Don't watch till the end.
I I thought it looked good though.
You know, it definitely looked good.
I was I was a fan of it and I was like, oh, there, there goes

(41:07):
the latest. That's actually awful.
I missed. I honestly missed that show.
It was. Good.
Actually, I missed that. I liked it because then we got
other cats roar after that and it was terrible.
Yeah, that's kind of cool, man. Yeah, that.
Looks good, I never even. Heard I Yeah, same here.
It's. Probably only in your.
I kind of want it. Anything.
You know they can make a beat emup out of this.

(41:27):
Out of this they could. Easy.
And that style, like Shredder's Revenge, that would be.
I would probably, I would probably cry.
Could you imagine? Yeah.
That would be. So where does daddy move?
I need to get someone from theirteam and.
You need to talk to Way Forward.A way forward can do it.
Bannon. Bannon.
Yo, man, Bannon, let's get. Yeah, Way Forward can do it for
sure. Hell yeah, yeah.
They need a license though. They need a cartoon.

(41:49):
You gotta threaten somebody. I'm pretty you can make things
happen if you're threatening theright person, you can get that
license real quick. Yeah, I mean, nobody's using it
right now. Yeah, What games they got coming
out? Nothing.
Exactly nothing yeah, reefer match says Thundercats on DS
looks like a flash game you'll play on the day before you know
your computer as a. Pirate damn come.
On. That's hard.

(42:11):
Worth it? I don't know, maybe I can't see
it close enough because I'm seeing it on this on that small
screen. So maybe yeah, I don't know.
It's it looks pretty good. Is it like for old DS?
Because if it is. It's for old DS.
Dude I'm dude, the animation andthe swipes look pretty good.
I enemy. Is a little pretty good, yeah.
For DS it looks good, the enemy's kind of default, but.
Enemy is pretty flash but he's the animation.

(42:33):
Is pretty. I mean, that's what the DS can
handle. I play that.
I play that on a flight if I'm going somewhere.
Yeah, just a little bit, you know, it's.
Not like a comical. Watch how for those Wow.
For those fucking shitty. Those are weird looking.
Alright, let's move away. Yeah, we're analyzing a freaking
wow. What is this?

(42:54):
Just like I know a technical when I see one.
Watch 80s anime. You know, and that Pat and there
you go, the Panther redesigned for that, for that particular
series, was fire. Yeah, yeah.
When they both jumped in their mex I was like damn it, what?
Was going on yeah, when it happened.
It wasn't. It.
Was armor man No. No, no, it's just trash.

(43:17):
That's not. Thundercats.
That's not Thundercats. Damn it, Japan.
They're. Wilding with that.
Bro and that's why we got ended up with Thundercats roar.
That never. Happened.
Nobody wanted to. No one wanted to support the new
idea. So we, so you know what we got?
We got Thundercats like Teen Titans Go.
No, you did not. Yeah, we did.

(43:37):
We sure did. Thundercats.
Not my Thundercats. Universe Thundercats.
It was that, like, not my cowardstyle of art, you know, that
everyone was doing. Yeah, people are still doing
like, what is like Steven Universe gumball.
All those shows. Had that same like aesthetic and
it was gross. I hate that shit.

(43:59):
I actually like to. Listen, Rena Steppy.
Rena Steppy did it first, and they ruined a lot of cartoons.
A lot of stuff looked like that after.
There was something funny though, with the Teen Titans Go.
They had like a showdown with the Thundercats.
Go oh. Yeah, no, at the episode, yeah,
I never knew this because I was looking up Thundercats shit on
YouTube and they actually fought.
They actually had. And then at the end of the

(44:20):
episode they had 80s Lino talking in the clouds.
And then I think the and I thinkthe new Lino was on the side and
he said something. And I was like that now.
I gotta look it up. I was like, that's hilarious.
But the only thing that made me happy is the fact, the fact that
they actually still mentioned them.
You know, I was like, at least they're still mentioned, but I'm
like, now it's a fucking joke. What did they say?

(44:42):
They were Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go.
Yeah, and the movie. And they had a whole crossing.
Teen Titans Teen Titans Go was actually it had some funny
episodes. I'm not gonna.
Lie. Did I watch a lot of it?
I watched a lot of that, yeah. I think it was too bad, I
thought it was alright. Yeah, that song though.
That 80s song. Yeah, the night.
The night begins to shine, bro. Yeah, bro.
That song is so catchy. You hear that song, it's a rap.

(45:02):
It's gonna be stuck in your headforever.
I went to download this. Wow, it's on my Spotify.
Play was bro, Come on. Son, they made some money with
their. That's like that.
What was that fucking song from a Stranger Things?
Was it the Oh, yeah, OK, so it'ssimilar to the Kate Bush, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. That, that shit was a movement.
That's that song came back from the dead.
I did and ended up number one onthe charts that.

(45:24):
Shit was a movement. Dude, I still too.
Owners got paid too like she waslike.
Oh, best scene Best scene of alltime TV is.
Sour. You gotta get Kate Bush.
I'm one of your games. Yeah, yes, exactly.
End credits. You'll be asking a lot more now.
Yeah, I know. For real.
Yeah. You'll have to get it from.

(45:46):
George Bush, get that? It's.
Like it's. Like I don't have Kate Bush, but
I got George Bush Junior. I'm so I'm so mad at this like.
You asked for this. Man, I did not ask for that.
Nobody asked for. That you asked for this.
Man, I did not. I supported the series prior to

(46:08):
this. Dude, look at that.
That's bad art. I hate Panther Oh.
My God, look what? They did to.
My man. Panther bro.
Dude, it's a Panther. Lino's a crackhead.
He. Looks the most normal.
Shatara is a crackhead Panther looks like a cancer patient.
Oh my God. What the hell?
Damn bro, now he looks terrible. They they fucked up everything.
Oh my God. What else?
Smiling like that too? They all have these like devious

(46:30):
mouths. Whoever.
Was Steven Universe. No, Whoever did this should be
arrested. They were it only.
Had like 2. Of them.
Damn bro it only got like 2. Of them kids, you know that's
what what kids like they like that that art style they.
Didn't like that that guy cancelled in a second.
No, no, that was terrible. That guy.
I never, I'm glad I've never seen it.
It looked terrible. No, it always looked terrible.

(46:51):
They were clearly trying to cashin on that, that whole.
That style. If it was top of it, we would
have gotten a better a better version of it.
Like this? He's I actually like that, that.
Was That's such a dope design. That's a cool.
Design his fingers though. That's weird, right his.
Fingers are very weird, yeah. Well, because he's got like a
claw. So he's like this with his, with
his real fist. And that's probably the claw.

(47:11):
The claws. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's why. He's like a fake Wolverine when
you're holding knives. Come on man.
He's not like. A He's a cat.
Damn. He's got knives at his fist.
Cat claws, dude. But hey, that's cool.
No, I approved of the design I approved.
That and he man was good, yeah. I liked the aesthetic of that
show. Yeah.
I should be in charge of this shit.

(47:33):
Tired of it. They didn't have toys.
I watched the whole documentary about it.
They didn't have toys. They weren't selling toys.
That was the. Problem.
They're fucking up my childhood. That was the problem.
Wow. They did it with Transformers
too. They're fucking all my
childhood. Stop it.
I don't have to get therapy. There's like 10 different
Transformers man. Well, probably more now.
There's no, there's like a million, There's a lot of
Transformers. There's a.
Lot. You know who did it right,
though. You know who did it right?

(47:54):
The new scooby-doo. It's the best.
The new Scooby-doo. The new Scooby.
Doo scooby-doo show, it was so good.
No, I didn't. Watch it.
Not Velma. Not Velma.
Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
I'm talking about. Velma, dude.
That show was just KISS. Oh, come on, I'm.
Gonna check that. Out I heard so many bad.

(48:14):
I mean, I'm glad. I'm just kidding.
So I'm like I. Heard so many.
Bad. Dude, I was about to say I'm
glad my camera doesn't work. Can't see my face right?
Well I mean no, it would be the same face that we started with.
I wish I had that. I heard that was the movie.
It got cancelled, right? Yeah, I got.
Cancelled. Oh yeah.
It was so dumb, it was so cringy.

(48:36):
I watched 2 episodes and I cringed so hard.
I was inside out it. Was like, who was it for?
Bad. I never clicked.
The end Let's call the show. Let's make it a Scooby-doo show,
but not be Scooby-doo. Terrible.
Damn. Yeah, it was bad.
It was really. Bad you got to have a racket
besides. This film is great.

(48:57):
Yeah, right. Yeah.
Though. Not even the memes on it were
great, it was just all bad. No, it was bad.
It was really, it was really bad.
I saw two episodes and I just don't want her to die.
Damn, yeah, give me that Biker Mice from Mars reboot bro.
I'll take that. Yeah, that would be quite.
Biker Marsh from Mars Biker Marsh from 5:00.

(49:19):
Year. This is terrible man.
Street. Sharks.
Look at this. Velma Velma like 7 percent 738.
Those are the creators. Terrible.
That's the creators. Is it?
That's the creators who gave it 7%.
Oh, you never saw it. I see it.
It's on. What is it?

(49:40):
You see previews on Max? I was like, I'm not even
entertained. Jesus.
It's like I will not be doing those things.
Yikes, Yikes. So just to get back to you know,
the topic, sorry, how, how hard was it to get your game on
Nintendo if there was any difficulties?
Oh yeah, well, we partnered up with the Pixel Heart who helped

(50:01):
us with the Dreamcast version previously.
So they they were the ones who are you talking Yuki, right?
I've seen Yuki. They were the ones who published
it. They published it for us.
And basically like we waited like months because it was a lot
of back and forth with like the graphics for the store and like
the stupid like whole like lot check thing.
You know, it's, it's a whole process.

(50:22):
So it's it's not. I remember I actually applied
and I got rejected really because I applied.
Yeah, I applied as just, but this was back in 2017.
I applied for the whole developer thing and they were
like if you didn't make anything, sorry.

(50:43):
Wow. And that was pretty much it.
And so Pixel Heart had already released stuff on the Switch.
So, you know, we got it out, youknow, with their help.
But you know, it also means thatI, you know, revenue share with
them because because of that whole thing.
But I mean, they were the ones who did the port anyhow.
So I guess, you know, it's only fair, right?

(51:05):
In the case of FX unit Yuki. Will you be but?
I would like to publish it, you know, on my own with the next
game. I guess it depends on.
We'll see how that goes. Hopefully the process isn't, I
think because the time that we were trying to get it on, you
know, every like the, the Switchwas like the hot commodity, you

(51:27):
know what I mean? It was like the the console that
everybody wanted to develop for.Us.
Have you seen it? It was a lot more.
Strange. Have you seen the E shop lately?
I know they're like now you get anything on the E?
Shot. They'll take anything, it
doesn't matter. It's like Steam Steam.
It's got like games that you canjust, you know, stolen assets.

(51:48):
You. Know.
Whatever. You got games like Honey Pop,
Like what the? Yeah.
Like honey pop the Wild West man.
No regulation at all. No regulation?
You could do a game on Titty Birds.
Titty birds. Wow, you can make a titty bird
game? It will.
Be an E shot and Nintendo won't even bat an eye.
No, if my game had been Titty Bird it would have gotten

(52:09):
published. And it would have been first in
the E shop when you look up likenew releases.
For kids. For kids, yes.
Family. Birds right next to Mario Party
Jamboree. Titty Birds will be right next
to the bird Titty Birds. Titty Bird.
Party. Titty Bird Party beat up the
Titty Birds so you play with titties all day.

(52:34):
It's true though. It's like there there's no rhyme
or reason to their approval process.
Now it seems like just whatever is, you know, whatever they want
to put on there, they'll, they'll approve.
It they've never revamped it, it's been the same buggy mess.
It's a disaster ever since I sawa basketball for $10.
What about clock in in in the E shop?

(52:55):
And if you look at default basketball and if you look at
the trailer for basketball, it should not be released, least on
anything. It is the worst possible.
It's worse than fucking boots for Nintendo.
First time. Yeah, you gotta.
Find it looks like complete diarrhea.
That's the first time someone bought basketball to a system.

(53:15):
Yeah, basketballs the. Name of the fucking game.
They didn't think of naming it basketball when it came.
Out and they had the nerve to charge $10.00 for that sack of
shit game. It looks.
Fucking no, it looks awful. That's not even the worst.
Now. No, it's not now.
They have novels. They have the luxe versions of
novels were $80.00. Yeah, next to the $40 one that's
just a graphic novel. Yeah.

(53:36):
Yeah. I'm like yo why?
Tater Tater Pants said. I want booba birds.
Booba birds. Booba birds, that's.
That's shitty birds, Sir. On Nintendo Name, correct?
On Tater Pants is a Rover, by the way.
He's the programmer of ethics inYuki.
Yeah, there you go. What's going on?
That's good, Sir. They hurt teddy birds and.

(53:59):
Yeah, you got to pop up when youhit Teddy Birds.
You got to see what's going on. You want to make a quick meal,
David Teddy. All right, Robert, we got to
make teddy birds next. Titty Birds DLC, go ahead.
Wow, the most ridiculous name inthe world.
Get a get a harpy just make a bird quick game.
Just a game with a Harpy 1 screen.

(54:20):
First name Titty. Last name Bird.
Titty Bird. All match around.
You're going to offend somebody out there, That's fine.
Come on. Yeah.
You talk. About just birds.
Stealing Titty Bird right now. Yo make it already.
Making. It teddy birds will be.

(54:40):
He's a good. Ass ID remember the developer
who wasn't he had the idea of the bird on the skateboard.
That was Oh my God, that was thedude from Bomb Bomb Fest.
Yeah. Yes.
And was that not a game with thebird, with a skateboard that
wasn't his? Like what happened?
There was something similar to the idea that he did say on the
podcast well. I definitely saw a bird on a

(55:00):
skateboard flapping around. Yeah.
And I was like, did he make? I hope he made.
That I hope that was him, 'causethat was his idea.
That idea. That was flapping around like
this way or flapping around like.
This bird on the skateboard Whatthe?
What the wings? What the?
Yeah, makes sense. Yeah, Tater Pants is all about
they're. Still talking about Teddy Bird?
They never made Dead or Alive skateboarding.

(55:24):
Wow, you think that would have been a thing in the 90s?
So it's like, why not some? Somewhere got it going.
Yeah, Teddy birds, man. Never underestimate the simp $1
million Easy a Punch Out clone. Whoever says Teddy Birds, we
make $1 million. Yeah, it'd be good for a Punch
Out clone. Teddy Birds a puncher.

(55:46):
Instead of punching you, just slap the titties.
Wow, that's. A little much, Sir.
You got to catch them. You got to catch them.
They fly away, they fly away. They're fast.
Tiger Uppercut. Wow.
There's a speed bag and then there's that.
Oh, the derail. Is, I'm about to say.
Look how it evolved. Look.

(56:07):
What happened? No comment.
Look what happened there. That was measured.
That's not my fault. That's not my fault.
Not this time, if that was rocky.
I can't Even so. That was rocky.
Forsake advance system. God, Lord.
Lord. L Yikes.
Right right before Mr. Wow. Anyway, yeah, where were we?

(56:27):
No, Saira was saying. Non cat.
Last time I remember sorry you were saying that you may try to
publish it yourself. You might have better luck with
the E shop nowadays and with the.
Nyan. Yeah, the, I mean, if, like I
said, if we can get things like Honey Pop and you know, future
Teddy Bird, we can get better luck with Nianja this time

(56:49):
around. Hold on, Turbo, read this again.
Go ahead Gay birds. What is nianja?
Nianja? Gay birds pronounce it Nianja.
It's Nianja. Nianja.
Nianja when Kev said when Kev says it sounds like a.
Slur. Something sounds wrong when.
You say meow, meow. Meow, meow, meow.

(57:12):
It's like a meow. OK, So it's like a meow.
OK, I'm trying to say ninja. Well, look at the what?
Nyeja. Nyeja.
Yeah. I said in the intro I was like.
What the hell? Nyeja.
Where? The number comes from the best.
Son is meow in Japanese. Nyeja Meow.

(57:33):
So it's kind of like Nyan and ninja together, right?
Like Nyan for meow like in Japanese.
Mianja. Like ninja with nyan for meow so
Nyanja. Wasn't it like Nyanja?
I just want to know an interesting story though about
Nyanja is y'all know? I'm sure we're all familiar with
Fortnite, Yeah. What's that?

(57:54):
Epic Games in December at the end of the year released the
skin with a cat character wearing like the kits in a mask
like in our game. Oh shit.
And they called him Mianja. Oh, they stole it.
They stole your. Show stole it a trademark.

(58:14):
Oh, no, actually I was. I was actually searching for
footage originally and I came across that, yeah.
Exactly what you were just saying.
So they'll pay, they're going topay you for the.
Game, I don't know what's going to happen with that, but you
know. Fortnite is going to pay for
your development on that it works.
Maybe we cuz there's, there's plenty of evidence on the

(58:36):
Internet that we put it out. We put it out almost a year ago.
Andrew. You know our demo?
What? Our first demo was put out like
8 months ago. Yo, sue them.
Get that money. Yeah.
Fortnite. Damn.
Get that money, Saru. It seems a little too it seems a

(58:59):
little too coincidental. It's like, where'd you guys get
that idea from you? Fucking ideas stealing.
Well, some say where they get itfrom, like why is it in there?
Some creative manager probably saw our game somewhere and
fucking had a fever dream and looked up and thought he made
the whole thing up and he was like, man, what a fucking great
idea. Pitch it.
Wow. Pitch it to the management and

(59:19):
yeah. Wow.
I'm guessing that something likethat.
I would I would start making that.
It's crazy. Only Nintendo can go against
trademarks like that and try andget away with it.
It's true only really like you gotta have like you gotta have
tons of money to try to litigation.
Oh, against Fortnite? Oh jeez, they'll just have you
on court for decades. You know, cuz you yeah did like
what would you do? You can't, you can't do anything

(59:41):
against someone like that, you know?
Fortnite make him cry like this man.
Settle out of court. Instead of this, just have him
settle out of court and take that money.
Exactly. They'll be looking like that.
Make a big enough stink about it.
He's he's like 5 mil. They'll settle.
They'll say no, find his location and hush him.
That's true. Make him disappear.

(01:00:03):
Make him quiet. The last time 57 podcast I've
already said too. Much.
Yeah, like. One night, this is his last.
That's nice. Damn.
Corrected this problem. How did we get here?
There we go. That's how Nanja.

(01:00:24):
Feels. Right now, that's what happened
at. The game, all you got to do is
play. Connect the dots with the dates
and the assets for everything. Yep.
I even went as far as to contactpeople who got the newsletters
for their skins, because before they actually release the skin,
what they do is they'll put out a newsletter that lets people

(01:00:46):
approve of, you know, they vote for these skins.
And nowhere in their newslettersdid they ever mention that this
was going to be a skin that let that people were going to be
able to vote on. Until.
December, in December, they announced it like, I think like
a week or two ahead of the skin and then they they threw it out
there and it's crazy because, you know, we had come up with

(01:01:10):
that name. It's pretty close.
Prior it's pretty close. With the hood there, it's like
you. Know the hood and it's a cat and
you know, we have the whole likekids in a mask, the motif going
on and the cat's wearing one. How do I listen?
We gotta talk. It's just.
It just seems it just, I don't know it just it just it seems

(01:01:31):
weird. No, some suit, some suit who has
no ideas in his head was saw your assets and he was like, you
know what, I'm gonna make them respect me.
And then he just took. And then I'm gonna make them.
I'm gonna make them respect me at the meeting.
And then you just took your idea.
You. Heard how he said that at the
meeting At the meeting. Tomorrow.
Cut him off. Yeah, 'cause.

(01:01:51):
We're a small time, you know, indie dev group.
You know we're not. You know we don't have fucking.
Yeah. Thousands of dollars to throw
around for any kind of thing. We couldn't even legally do
anything if we wanted to. Some of the bigwigs.
Bully is the bully taking advantage of people.
Yeah. A lot of these bigwigs do that.
They'll like they'll steal ideasfrom smaller creators because
it's just like art. They have the money, they have
no creativity Exactly. So they'll go and steal it

(01:02:13):
because they can't be taken to court by someone who doesn't
have the money to take them to court.
Exactly. Yes.
You know, we wouldn't be able tofight that if even if we wanted
to, we wouldn't. Be able to.
They're like we got them. No.
You know how many people get rich like that though?
It's like they don't create anything, they just buy the
creation. I was like, OK, you did a great
job. Great idea.
I'll buy it. It's mine now.

(01:02:34):
They wanted to buy it. I'd let them buy.
It pay me you can have it. Straight up steal.
It. Mine mine will be ninja cat.
Don't worry. Ninja cat cat.
It's fine. Next thing you know, they'll be
like Fortnite. We just released all five
members at level 857. Excuse me, motherfuckers, You
didn't talk to us about anythingand they change all of our names

(01:02:55):
by like, one letter. Yeah, they.
Just call level. They would just call level.
They don't say the. Call level.
They don't say the numbers. If they ever see you in chat
they'll be like yo what's up level because they don't know
that the the numbers be. They always get the numbers
wrong if they attempt to get thenumbers.
What, up 835? Yeah.

(01:03:15):
Excuse. Me level 18.
Somebody said 77. I was like, yeah, level 77.
I'm like, what? What are you talking about?
Level 187. Level 911.
No, I'm sorry. No one.
No one ever said that. Thank you, thank you, thank you
for that. You hit the buzzer on them, too.
Yeah, well. Everybody's telling the truth

(01:03:36):
about WR11. That never happened, ever.
Kept trying to sneak it in whileeveryone's saying some funny.
Exactly. NO11 No corny bad joke cut him
off. Shut him down.
Hold. Him down, cut his ass off, now
the mic now. Yes, at least you have control
over the mic. You can't picture that song
there you. Go, I just did you go I just.

(01:04:00):
You can't picture that though. Level 9.
One, one. No, no, no, dude.
You're done. You're done.
You're done. Tough crowd, tough crowd.
Thank you. Yes.
Tough crowd. You're done.
It's over. So have you ever thought about
making them get a beat em up? Have you ever?
Tried I want to I want to actually me and Rover in the
chat wanted to actually do one for PC engine because the PC

(01:04:24):
engine is the turbo graphics is devoid of beat em UPS.
There isn't a lot of them, so. It's Double Dragon.
We talk. Maybe we wanted that.
There's yeah, Double Dragon 2. There's like Crest of Wolf and
then like River City Ransom and then a very horrible port of
Golden Axe. So we were actually talking
about that because Rover was working on an engine for Golden
Axe a long time ago. And we were like, why don't we

(01:04:46):
rework that into like our own thing?
So we were talking about doing alike a Golden Axe kind of
parody, you know, where like thewhere we're gonna have like a
big, like, voluptuous, like, Viking girl, thick Viking girl
instead of like, having like themale.
Like, what is it? Gilius Thunderhead?
Oh. Yeah, the yeah.
Thunder thigh, Gilius Thunderhead with it was the old

(01:05:10):
dude. Yeah, that that was, yeah.
So we're gonna do one that was like a female, like a female
Viking girl. And then like the the dude, the
main dude was going to be like in like super skimpy like
bikini. Armor because it's not like.
You know bikini warriors are always girls, right?
So we're like, fuck it, we're just going to make it you.
Know bikini warrior? Dude.

(01:05:30):
Right. And then we were going to have
like a like a girl, of course, in bikini armor as well, because
you have to, you know, it's you have to have the girl in bikini
armor. Oh, there goes the idea.
Golden wax. Sketchy ceviche.
Say golden wax. There it goes.
Done. With.
Golden wax. Done.
With Jillian Thunder thighs. Jillian Thunder thighs.

(01:05:52):
There you go. That makes sense.
That's definitely happening. Yeah, that's an idea we were
throwing around. It would be cool though.
I would love to. That's one of the another game
type that I've always wanted to make.
Was was a beat em up? Yeah, I was so mad about the
Hell Dragon. Double Dragon.
Yeah, that would be cool though. That would be awesome.

(01:06:13):
But yeah, I don't think I ever saw a Double Dragon 2 until you
showed showed us that. And I was like, what?
Turbo Graphics. Yeah, there's.
The engine one there's. The footage part.
It looks so crazy. Different too.
I never knew that was a thing. It's like the Nintendo one but
same. Music.
She's quite loading. Not quite the same.
I'm already mad. It's pretty.

(01:06:35):
Good. It's like the NES one like Stick
said, but with with updated graphics it had and the music
is. The music is good, it's the
same. Well, I don't know about good.
It's it's, it's, it's a choice. Oh man, it.
Wasn't it was double dragon ever?
It's passable. That's possible.
OK, it's kind. Of it's kind of cool.

(01:06:56):
Interesting it. Wasn't the NES one?
Though, well, it's something about the first stage music in
that game that just sets the tone.
If it doesn't set the tone with that sound that that that music,
then it's just like, oh shit. I'm.
It's got some weird sound bites and.
Oh no, and simple graphics got some good music, so it's very
disappointing if it's not a withthat hip.
It's not horrible. I've seen worse.

(01:07:19):
I've seen way worse. I have to give this a shot.
Was that on CD or just a regularcard?
It was on CD. That was CD.
OK Imagine paying $300.00 and that game.
Get this game off. This game pisses me off the.
Killer birds. Hold on, wait.
Black belt is better. Oh, it's a million times.

(01:07:41):
Wait. Why is he fighting fluting
sperm? For real.
He's fighting sperm on fire. Fire.
Is. Basically a tech demo, you know,
like it was basically just something that they wanted to
use to show that the turbo graphics can make these big.
Ass sprites. Big ass sprites.
Take a look at. This whole ugly game.

(01:08:01):
You know it's messed up. The game good.
No, the background is actually better than gold.
Next three, Yeah. The background was actually
better than gold. Next, What is this?
Go next to it. What the Speaking of gold.
Next, what is this? What's our nose?
Sorry, you know what game this is?
Yeah, that's called Taka Dashinden.
Sorry, I was looking at the YouTube screen.
I've never seen this in my. Life.
That's a samurai beat em up. It's an old old beat em up by

(01:08:24):
Icom called Taka Dashinden. Based on like, the warlord of
the same name and the game's ass.
Yeah, it doesn't look. Great, I'm waiting.
I'm waiting for that combo. Where's that combo at?
Ain't got no combo. That's low budget Cody.
A low budget whole game. What is this low?
Budget Cody a low budget ass Cody from final fight.

(01:08:46):
There's so much about. Riot Zone.
There's so much about turbo graphics I don't know.
Me too, Riot Zone is a beat em up that was obviously made to
cash in on the whole final fightcraze.
Much like the original Super AESfinal fight, this one was only
one player, sadly. Oh, that's a damn.
Wow. It's Axel.
No, that's, that's Zack Morris. That's.
Zack Morris. Zack Morris.

(01:09:09):
He's that's Macaulay Culkin. Yo for real?
That's like a side gig. It's the side gig.
Look at the hair. What was that move?
Wow, that was a rising tackle stolen from Terry Bogart.
That was right. That was the rising tackle.
That's Ricky. But the game is based on an
arcade called Riot City. That was actually put out by
Sega, but it was made by West Home.

(01:09:30):
The people who made Wonder Boy, they were like well let's make a
Beatle them up and then they were like let's never make the
beat em up. Again, it's harder than you
think. Right, it's not a bad game, I
just I feel like it's kind of I've seen worse.
The best beat em up actually. What is this that's vigilante?
Vigilante. Yeah, that was like Kung Fu.
If you like Kung Fu, that's I like.

(01:09:50):
I always basically Kung Fu. Never liked.
I always looked in the arcade and I always wanted to play it
and I finally did and I regretted it.
I was I was dead in seconds. I said no, they made.
I just remember because Madonna was in it.
Come on. Madonna Yeah, I.
Didn't know them. Who made altered beats?
What did they altered pieces on the turbo graphics also?
Two versions of Altered Beast, one of the Turbo.

(01:10:11):
Graphics, my God. Doesn't look bad.
There was a hue card and then there was a CD altered beats
that crashed if you didn't use the right system card with it.
Crashed. Wow, it only used one specific
system card so the game was useless for a lot of people
unless you had that specific system card.
Yeah, Braylon, said Cody from Wish.
Yeah, Cody from Teemo. Teemo.

(01:10:36):
Teemo wish that's fucked up. Oh, that's, that's the, that was
a terrible court. Court.
That doesn't make that makes me upset.
It's harsh, man. That makes me upset.
It was limited hardware, man. And and that's the time,
everyone. Limited.
Ouch, everyone. Limited knowledge, everything.
Let me guess one player. Yeah, one player and the game is

(01:11:00):
just awful. It looks, it just looks bad,
yeah. Just the fact that it's one.
Player it's it's turbo graphics.It was a true 16 bit console or
it was 12 bit right or what? What was this?
At its at its heart it was an 8 bit console.
It was an 8 bit. Wow.
The processor is just basically an overclocked Nintendo

(01:11:20):
processor. Wow.
What made the the turbo graphicslook the way it did is that it
had a 16 bit graphics processor, but at its core it was an 8 bit.
So it's kind of like it blurs the line between, you know,
having the processor of an 8 bitconsole while having the visual

(01:11:40):
colors of of a 16 bit console. So it's it's just somewhere,
somewhere in between. Yeah, that game.
Looked cool, but it sucked. It gets it'll definitely it gets
lumped in with the 16 bit consoles because it I would say
that because it has a 16 bit GPU, it it it would be closer to
a 16 bit console, but at its core it is it is an 8 bit

(01:12:03):
console. This is a decent game right
here. Whatever say it looks good, it
looks good. Yeah, actually looks very good
here. This is called Anasan.
This is actually I used one of the tracks for this for my one
of my YouTube intros for for many years, and it's a cool.
It's a cool little beat them up about gangster girls in Japan.
It's pretty cool. Nice big Sprite.

(01:12:25):
It's also one player, but this is like the I like the concept
of this game. It's a beat em up where you
recruit like different like bosses like when you beat em up
they join you kind of like a like ninja combat in.
The combat like. You know you beat a boss and
they join your party. This is very similar to.
That it's like, it's like DragonBall.

(01:12:45):
Dragon. I love the music in this one
too. The music is great.
It's still better than the same.Composer.
We did the music for Cho Aniki. If you guys know Cho Aniki, it's
kind of a mild game, Wow. But yeah, same composer.
I saw a game. What were you playing like
recently? It was a game where you take
pictures. That is called Geckisha Boy or

(01:13:06):
Geckibo for short. It's a it's a weird game where
you're very, you're taking pictures of stuff and like you
don't really control the character except for moving left
and right and jump. So you're basically just trying
to avoid any obstacles with withthe photographer boy and you're
taking pictures of stuff that's happening while staying alive.
It's actually a really hard gametoo.
It was one. If you play pack in time, it's

(01:13:27):
very similar to pack in time. It was one of the weirdest games
I saw. That is very weird.
Oh damn, I used to see this in magazines.
Freaky art man, that is mad freaky.
And like game fan, I used to seethis like wow, look at the
colors. But I was like that.
It was a weird it. Actually I mean it's PS2 sequel
too. There's a sequel for Wow PS2.
The art style is interesting though.

(01:13:48):
Well, I kind of like it. I would assume that they.
Would I like the art style? I would assume they'd be a titty
bird in this. Yo, they'd definitely find a
titty bird somewhere. I would assume.
It would be set up. There's so many like throwbacks.
Yo, main character got that likecreepy simp smile, right?
Right. Some pictures.
Yeah, he's. Mad doing?

(01:14:10):
What are you doing, girl? He's mad creep.
Is there a stage where he hides in the tree?
Yo for real? Like John Levitz, that shit, no.
Need. No need just taking pictures.
Yeah, no need. To yeah, he's mad creepy though.
He is mad creepy. Jesus Christ, who's kidnapped
back there? What's going on, yo?
Tied to a rocket. The kid just is.

(01:14:31):
Tied to a rocket. It's like top lifting.
Wow. It's like top lifting.
Yeah, wow. Top Lifting.
Wow, it's like top lifting. That's foul.
Can't deal. I cannot deal.
Oh, the house is on fire. The guy's face is funny, man.
It's that's creepy as. Fuck yeah.
It's creepy. It's so creepy.

(01:14:52):
Wow, that photographer. Yeah, that and that other game
with the two dudes names. That was the weirdest I've seen
in turbo graphics. What J&J?
Was it J and JJJ and I? Think it was JD.
Are you talking about the two buff dudes?
Not the big ass heads. JJ and something.
JJ. JJ and Jeff.
Yes, that was yeah, that was weird for an American game, that

(01:15:13):
was super weird. It came out over here.
Yeah, I mean, they they did change it a lot and the game was
very Japanese and it was actually based on like a
Japanese comedy duo. Yeah, was he?
What the fuck was he just doing with that pole?
Don't worry about it. In the Japanese one I think the
guy is like shitting like. He just.
Is more pissing, yeah. He's like, he just, there's one

(01:15:35):
part where like the guy is shitting and you have to kick
him while he's shitting. Dude what the fuck is this game
killer? Flies.
Look at the Japanese. Go to the bathroom.
What the hell dude? What is the fuck is this game?
No, just look what the fuck is going on?
Just went to the bathroom and heended up in heaven.
He's like in the clouds like what is this game?

(01:15:58):
I don't understand the premise, the main character or anything
that's wait what? That's that's how you get to the
next. What is What is this game
confused? It's one of the best.
See this is the this is the goodtimes good type of drugs.
I need to interview the creator of this game and ask him what
the fuck is this game. Based on a.

(01:16:19):
Show and then. It's based on a Japanese show.
I never played it but I knew about this game though like I
yeah, based. On a show based on a Japanese
like comedy thing. No kidding.
Wow. I don't understand what's going
on. Alice Alice kid in high tech
world was just like. No.
Wow. This is a.
This is quite a bit weird. Yeah, yeah, at least Alex Kids a

(01:16:40):
character in that world. What the fuck are these dudes in
suits with big heads doing? Weird.
Shit suits and just as weird. No, they're the guys from Epic
who gonna who are stealing us our stuff.
Yeah, exactly what it is. Those are the suits those.
Are the suits I'm gonna put myself in a game.
It'll be pretty cool. No it.
Won't. Wow.
No it won't. But yes, we are looking forward

(01:17:02):
to all the games you got coming up.
Definitely it's. Funny that where you guys are
actually showing that that's actually so I'm I do videos with
another turbo graphics guy. His name is Johnny graphics and
that's the name of this YouTube channel and we do like collab
videos, right? Like, you know, I know my PC
engine stuff. He knows this turbo graphics
stuff. So the next video we're doing is

(01:17:23):
actually weird PC Engine turbo graphics games.
And that game is in in that as part of the one of the games we
talk about along with the video with the, I'm sorry, the game
with the the guy taking the pictures.
So it's funny that we talked about those weird ass games.
As they should. They should be in everyone's
weird game list. So that is the definition of

(01:17:44):
fucking weird. Yeah, it's very weird.
Or give me your top five turbo graphic 16 game.
Stuff. That's Teddy Bird.
That's top one. That's the top one.
The Teddy bird. I can't.
Wow. That's going to make it into a
shirt watch. It's going to be our promo code.

(01:18:07):
Promo code Titty Bird. That's a great truth.
That's 5% off 5%. Off dude.
Extra 5 sea birds. Hashtag.
Teddy Bird like you see the show?
Leave that that word in the comments to show that you listen
to the whole show. Yeah, halfway through type Teddy
Birds. Yeah, Teddy Bird, you watch to
this point. What happened?

(01:18:30):
Hashtag. So funny.
Hashtag. Titty birds.
Top It'll be top tonight. It'll.
Be trending listen it just rollsoff the tongue I'm sorry it
just. Does just does.
You see it on IGN Tomorrow article.
Written about it like what the fuck?
Imagine. Yes, we do have a lot more to go

(01:18:52):
through. The show is is not done y'all,
but so I would tell them what's the date that you have planned
for your game this summer? So yeah, for, so we're looking
hopefully to have it done by April and then maybe release
maybe May, June, around that time.
But the Kickstarter is happeningin April.

(01:19:13):
So if you're looking to back thegame or support the game, the
Kickstarter is going to happen in April.
OK. Will it be on the run?
From all of the month. Of April, the switch to doesn't.
You on the switch to. Did you get the switch to dev
kit? Right, they gave me two.
Of them, yo, that's the left deep.

(01:19:35):
Print. Right next to the PS6PS6 and
next. To.
The PS6. Jacket.
And the Xbox 2. Yeah, the Xbox. 2 they all
leaked in. Second, they all leaked this
year. Yeah, everything's leaked, Yeah.
And then Halo finally comes out with their multiplayer for Halo.
Player that's out of it. No, with the can't.

(01:19:56):
You can't. With a story.
With the story. You can't.
Do you print that? For each character.
Everyone wow you. Can't.
Deal. Oh man.
Terrible. I'm done.
I'm done. Oh yeah, I'm done.
But we are not we are not done. So what's the next?
What are we? What are you talking about next?
You going to the news? Are we going to?
We got news, we got games we played.

(01:20:18):
We got all that. What do you want to do next?
It's up to you who's. Going to do that, I was going to
get. It right now, what are you guys?
Playing games played it is. All right.
Games played it is. Let's so sorry.
You want to join us in our for the rest of the show?
You can if it's up to you, Yeah.Yeah, sure.

(01:20:39):
All right. All right.
Yeah, buddy. So here we go.
So yeah, we like to start off with the Co-op games that we
play, really. New games.
And since we've had since we've had an unfortunate technical
difficulties. We did not play this past
Sunday, but the previous Sunday we did play, but we didn't talk

(01:21:00):
about the game because we were doing our monthly tier list.
I was like, I was like, I thought I hit the button by
accident. I was like what the fuck that?
Was only on Sunday. Oh yeah, I thought I hit the
button by accident. Oh love it.
Which one? Because.
So anyway, we started off and wefinally applause.
Get ready. We finally finished after two

(01:21:23):
years. Origami 2.
Let's. Go.
Two years of playing this freaking game.
Three player Co-op. Oh my goodness dude, I went into
fucking auto mode for this fucking stream.
I don't know if you noticed likeI was hell bent on this shit
ending like I was on I was on something because your, your

(01:21:45):
fucking controller died yes, while shit was like we were in
the process of ending. You were hanging on the ledge
yes, your controller died. I was in and we lost you and me
and Turbo were upstairs and we knocked out the the the dude
finished the mission and we had to, like, leave.
I said, yo, AL's stuck on a ledge.
What the fuck is going on? I gotta see if I can find it.

(01:22:07):
Good thing. And I had a portal.
I put the portal over ow as he'shanging on the ledge and I said
we're walking in that bitch, is it gonna work?
And it fucking worked. I said good.
All I know is like, I got my controller back to Norman.
I said we beat the stage. Yeah, like, what the hell?
I was like, I'm not being denied.
This shit is gonna happen. I don't care if it's stealth.
We're beating this today. I don't give a shit.

(01:22:27):
The battery ran out of my controller.
I was like, no, the worst timing, Worst timing.
But what a what a great game though.
What a great game. You know, even though it's 51
fucking mission, that's a lot. That's a lot of fucking mission.
There's a lot of content. There's a lot of content in that
game. The toughest missions were the
the stealth missions where you couldn't get caught at all.
When you can't attack, like really, you can't.

(01:22:49):
You can't kill anyone. And you if you're caught, that's
it. And you guys hit the bullshit
and you got to deal with no stealth, Kevin, when you have a
bad stealth turbo on your team. Yeah, Yo listen.
Look, I did. Come on man.
I did a lot. Rogue like 5 man it was.
Counting, man, time counting. Remember we had a counter.
I said who fucked that up? That was terrible.

(01:23:10):
Yeah, that was terrible. Again.
Yeah, 2. Years.
I'm just glad y'all got through it.
Dude, good. For you, how many?
Hours. It almost didn't happen.
That stream was three hours, 3 hours.
Change that boss. We murdered him in two tries.
It almost didn't happen because we were having difficulties with
the setup. We were hour and a half late.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And that was the only stream we
had scheduled for the day because we wanted to beat the

(01:23:31):
game. And how many playthroughs?
15. 151515 plays. 15 not counting.
The playthrough that we never recorded, I never hit stream
that one, not counting that because we had.
Over 40 hours. Yeah, yeah, that's over 40
easily, because if it's like two2 1/2 hours of stream, yeah,

(01:23:53):
times 15. Yeah, that's a lot 30 and. 40
That's a lot. But it was I I enjoyed every
moment of it. It was fun.
That's the reason why we finished this, because it was a
very good game. Yeah, it's a very good game.
It's it's if you're a fan of stealth ninja games like Tenchu,
this one is the closest thing you're gonna get to that.
And then they added extra stuff, too.
Yeah, it's awesome. Oh, man, it's awesome.

(01:24:14):
The customization, the weapons, it's, it's amazing.
And it's only like 5 bucks on steam right now is it?
It's super low. Oh, that's a steal.
Maybe that is. That's a steal.
Criminal. Yeah, yeah, man, for $10 it's a
freaking steal. So $5 it's wow.
Yeah, if you want to play multiplayer attention, that's
the way to go. Yep, and that's the only way,

(01:24:35):
because they never make another one.
That's that's the sad thing. But they did get the sequel out.
And it's way better. You shouldn't play the first
one. Second one destroys the mission
failure. I wonder what?
Happened split this game into three different games.
It's fine. When it said mission failure,
you saw my face. I just looked at the camera
like. This.
Yeah, Yeah. Like this guy?

(01:24:55):
Complete. It wasn't me that time.
That's how I was looking, no. No, it was the.
Camera, that's about you. Man, horseshit.
I'm trying to see what where. I'm trying to find the part
where my controller. Died.
No, Look. That was, it's towards the end.
I remember that was, that was a moment in time where I'm like,
Nah, we're not being denied. I said, no, this is not ending.
Fuck that. I said damn it, I'm looking for

(01:25:16):
the freaking cord to plug in my control.
If you wanna see a miracle happen, just check out the
stream. Yeah, everything was against
them. Yes, not just the AI.
Yeah. That boss died in two Oh the.
Two tries, two tries, two tries. We killed the last.
Ball nice. I got clicked in right when you
stabbed. Yeah, we weren't playing around
how motherfuckers that. Yeah, I think, I think Al killed
him with some shit. Yeah, I was hoping you guys

(01:25:37):
could just jump the last guy andkill.
Him, I knew he was dying. Quick 'cause I.
Said no, this is simple. No, this.
We just did 51 fucking stages. You're dying.
We threw all the enemies in the water.
Yeah. And then when?
He came out, he didn't have his hench men 'cause we threw him,
we killed him. Yeah, like there's there's
corpses before you initiate the conversation with the boss and
then he revives all the corpses. So before we initiated, we threw

(01:25:57):
all the corpses off the Cliff inthe water.
Greatest strategy. So he had no one to fucking
revive and we just murdered his ass.
Yep. No it.
Didn't I? I am aware of LSD simulator as a
game. I played it.
Yeah. Oh, you have?
Yeah, I did. I heard about it but I never
played it. Yeah.
That sounds like some Infinity shit.

(01:26:18):
Is it like the real thing? That was APSP game.
Also. What was the what was the job?
It was like a mini game thing for PSP that was like that.
Titty birds. Nah, you know what it is the
mini game for PSP That was like some weird weird weird games.
Work time fun. Work time fun, yes.
What the fuck? That was a yeah WTF work time

(01:26:39):
fun. Wow.
It was a weird like warrior wearer.
Yeah. That's a fine.
It was not nearly as fun as Why are you aware, but I I
understand the attention of it. It was a little.
What the fuck? Little weird.
It's sensational, very Japanese. It was not sensational, it was
not. Sensational.
That's different words. This is like the creepiest.

(01:27:00):
Like it's so crazy. It's like in your ear like.
Sensation to like get out. Of here work time fun.
This is the weirdest game. What is?
This it was Japanese as. Hell, WTF?
Work time fun. You work time fun.
Yeah. Dude, what is this?
This is the PSP. Man.
This is drugs. No this.
Is yeah, mushroom. Yeah, That's that's this is
drugs. And the game didn't even start

(01:27:21):
yet. No, this is the game there.
You go, this is the game. Look up that, there's a game
called the Ramen Timer on here. The ramen yeah they had some
weird like you unlock like othergame like when you get past
certain things you unlock new games the.
Ramen timer is is. Wow.
How amazing. Dude what the fuck is this this.

(01:27:42):
Was the whole game I would just buy.
It not gonna lie though. I'd fuck with this on the
edible. Not gonna lie like I would rock
with this. Not on a mushroom.
Like it's supposed to mushroom. That was like the tamest.
Here's another one. Of that gaming.
It's There you go. This is another.
One yeah, no, I would rock with this on that blank gonna lie
because it's nonsense. It's so weird.
Dude that looks like the turbo graphic.
It's the game you were playing, dude.

(01:28:03):
What the fuck is this? It's the Doom guy in the bottom.
What's the what's the point here?
You got to count. You got to count the.
People, you got to count. You.
Got to. Yeah.
You got to fucking count. Good job, good job.
Nothing happened. The fucking.
You click the You got to count the people you.
Click the button on when they'rewalking, isn't.
It this is drugs, that's. It it is.
This is drugs anyway. What else we?

(01:28:24):
Played after that. That was the only Co-op we
played. After that I went back to my.
I dusted off the the DS. The DS, Yeah, Really.
Yeah, the DS and the 3DS also because I haven't played in a
long time and I had AI had an R4card.
If you guys don't know, that's the that's the, you know, Yeah,

(01:28:47):
they can't come. Look, you know what it is,
they're gonna come from that. I like that R. 4.
R4. Anyway, I had a save file.
Piracy for Yeah, I had a save file for Castlevania Portrait of
Ruin. Hell yeah.

(01:29:08):
And I went back to it, thought Ibeat the game.
Apparently I got towards the end, never beat the game.
I'm like, what the hell? I thought I saw an ending.
I just don't remember. I just don't remember, but I
beat it. I went back, I played it.
That's the only thing I had timeto play.
Did you beat it? And I beat it, yes.
Nice. And I got the ending.

(01:29:28):
Yes. How you like it?
That's good. That's good.
That's the next one. I'm it took a little bit to get
back into the the swinging thing.
It looks good. It looks really good.
It's awesome. It's an awesome game.
How's the music? It's it's not as good as 1/4 of
Ecclesia, but Ecclesia's got some bangers.
It's still good. It's still it's not bad.
I'll get to it eventually after my my Metrovania.

(01:29:50):
I'm like at the at my brink withMetrovania's right now.
There's a secret. There oh.
Remember, there's a secret. I'll remember that exact area.
Yeah. There you go.
There's a secret there. Mental note.
Mental note? Yes.
Registers cakes. And that was pretty much all I
played, and Chalky played quite a few things here.
I sure did. You got the here.

(01:30:11):
You go Dragon Ball. Sparking 0.
Sparking. Oh, I haven't heard that brought
up in a minute. Yeah, it's the the DLC released
and it was just cool 'cause theythey shoplifted a lot of
animation right from the movie. So I was like, yeah, I'm down to
play this. Was there any characters who
were DLC? Yeah, it was a Gohan beast.
Gohan Orange piccolo. Yes, the two gammas and cell

(01:30:36):
Max. Orange piccolo all day.
Yeah, no orange Piccolo's mag Cool.
He's the strongest in the whole entire series.
One of them. No, no, no, he's the strongest.
Wow. But.
But yeah, that kept happening. What the?
Opponent has been found. Oh no, Oh no.
That was a warm up. My bad.

(01:30:56):
And then I would be, I would be playing a game and once I
started winning, it disconnected.
So so they they do that, they they will unplug their shit.
Some people rage quit, yeah. Dude, I there's got to be a
severe penalty for these fucks but.
I'm tired of them. So yeah.
So that, so that particular fighter Fridays, I switched to
Tekken after this and I was like, all right, let me play

(01:31:17):
some Tekken. So towards the end, maybe
actually, maybe towards the middle.
Oh boy, this Tekken. Yeah, this definitely.
There we go. I think I threw it on for a
little bit when I was drawing. I think I threw on, yeah.
That's a lot. Maybe halfway.
Oh yeah, yeah, I think I was watching.
Some Oh no, I got caught. Damn, oh damn, you got.
Caught. I think you were you fighting

(01:31:39):
Raikkon. Or no, no, last Friday I was, I
was. I was fighting Ryugan.
Oh. Ryugan OK.
I actually broke his 13 game winstreak act with.
Oh yes, no, I was watching that.Yes, yes, I remember you were
mad happy that you broke his winstreak.
Yes, I. Didn't win the set, but I broke
his win streak. I was like, sorry, yeah, nice,

(01:32:02):
nice, mad, satisfying. That's when you got to talk mad
shit. Nah, you can't.
You got to. Be like you suck you suck noms.
Wow, wow. And then and then and the stream
I mean. It's on your stream so.
I was about to. I was about to I, I strongly
consider it. I was like.
You got the voice I. Could.
You can even dub over. It yo, I did that dude when I
remember when I streamed the smash brothers and I I caught

(01:32:25):
what's his face? Ryugan's boy, Steve Steve yes, I
caught I caught him with a counter yes, I ended the stream
right there. I was like, all right, guys,
thanks for coming through. Thank you everybody.
We. Hit to the two hour mark and we
out. Thank you.
Get a knife to your throat, man.Everyone was like, wow.
Got control? Yeah, Orange Piccolo and Beast

(01:32:46):
Gohan are dumb names. They're dumb names.
It should have been Demon Piccolo and like Final Gohan or
something. You know that's not that's not
going to be Gohan's final form. You know that.
It's Dragon Ball. Stop it.
Look, he's going to evolve that form.
It'll be his land. And he's legitimately orange, so
like orange Piccolo makes sense.Look man, and.
That practical orange orange piccolo look.
Orange pickle. Charles, I also see you played

(01:33:07):
some marvel. Rivals.
Yes, I played some Marvel Rivals.
Wobble, wobble, wobble. Wobble and wobble wobbles.
Yeah, dude, like I, I really, really enjoy this game.
It's super fun. It is fun.
It's super. Fun and I'm trying to get good
with Hawkeye or get better with Hawkeye.
Same. I still love the art man, it's a
lot. Of art.
It's beautiful. It's beautiful.
And I got remember I got my first MVP.

(01:33:29):
And we were playing it. Yeah, my. 1st as Captain
America. I killed like 5 heads.
I was killing the shit out of everybody.
Yeah, it's Captain America. Wow.
Yeah, America. Yeah, I'm, I'm like streaky
with, with Hawkeye. Like some games I'll be I'll
I'll be killing people and then other games it's like, Nope.
But when you're on, it feels. So you can't hit anyone.
I'll switch off real quick. I'm like I shot 10 shots in a

(01:33:51):
row and the guy's right in frontof me and I missed.
I'm not playing him for the rest.
Of the time. No, I'm mad stubborn, Matt.
Stubborn. I got to.
I got to keep playing. I got to keep playing.
You got to fight through the slumps.
True. And Turbo, Yes, yeah, yeah.
What's that? You play?
Yes. Yes.
The fuck is that dude? Yes.

(01:34:13):
Oh yeah, that's, I'm sorry, Chalk.
You also played Street Fighter 6.
Yes, right. Yes, my my was released
yesterday. So I was do I was going through
her tutorial. The combos are sick.
Yeah, she's she's going to be a difficult character for me, for
my play style. But this Friday, I'll be I'll be
streaming Huh she? Does Diego's playthrough right?

(01:34:33):
They do Ridiculous for you know,I don't I don't play this game
because I'm have this game, but everyone they do looks they do
incredible job. Everyone looks.
Fun. It's funny, they showed a clip
of they're like, oh, look at my dancing to her own music.
So like, she's just chilling there while, you know, stagnant
and then she's like legit startsdancing to her own.
Music. I'm like, that's actually pretty

(01:34:54):
cool. That's actually pretty funny
that they added stuff like that into the game.
Yeah, man, she she's going to bea highly technical character and
wish me luck this Friday 'cause I'm a user, I'll probably get
stomped out, but not a. User Capcom got very happy with
her art in the in the one playerstory mode.
They take Liberty's joy in there.
I was like whoa whoa whoa. Capcom too.

(01:35:15):
Whoa. Watch out for the Army of The
Simpsons. Oh, they wouldn't even put her
in the background of Smash Ultimate for freaking Bogarts,
all right. What?
You been freaking They wouldn't put her in there?
She's too risque. Capcom's like release the simps
All The Simpsons, All The Simpsons.

(01:35:38):
Capcom give 0 fucks. Don't give shit, they don't give
shit. They're here for it.
You played anymore Elden ring turbo?
I played too much Elden Ring. Why aren't you streaming this?
I'm going to start, I'm actuallygoing to start streaming Elden
Ring. I got so much to freaking play
of it though. It's over.
Yet, Have you figured out? Yeah, it won me over.
No, it definitely because I was playing, because I told you I'm

(01:35:59):
playing the main three. You know, Star Wars Outlaws,
Jesus, Dragon Age, Vale Guard and they're both very good.
Game how are you playing all three of those fucking games
crazy that's. Psychotic and goes to Shuzuma.
I'm still playing. It's going to take them nine
years to finish. Home I'm going I sample it I
each day I switch a different game, but when it's Elden Ring,

(01:36:20):
I'm like God, it's it really it's been like that's been the
go to game for a bit now you know who.
Does that with those type of games.
One at a time. So have you explored yet?
Have you gone around and figuredout that you can see these huge
places? Yeah, yeah, I just, yeah, I
just, I, I play it the same way I play Breath of the Wild.
So I was like, oh man, I was like, this is like Breath of the
Wild, as if you only had one horse and you can't climb.

(01:36:46):
Then you have elder ring. Have you looked up?
That's it. No, that's not it.
That's. A comparison, Have you looked up
how to find Guts's sword and outfit?
Not yet, no, I haven't tried. What kind of fan are you to get?
That. But he's still not a fan for not
even looking. It's it's, it's just an
addicting game. I like the level up system.

(01:37:06):
The currency you use to buy items is the same when you do
the level up. It's funny.
So you know, it's like it's not it's a great it's a great game,
you know, and I'm playing on theseries XO at 60 frames.
So you know, it's just it's a beautiful looking game.
I like the horse. They did the horse combat very
well. It's done very well.
Yes. I like the horse combat a lot

(01:37:27):
and I was playing a lot of games, a lot of games, a lot of
enemies in this game that I was like, you know what, that enemy
I was like, where are the dark nuts and the the iron knuckles?
Dark nuts. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
Dark nuts. Sir.
Is Zelda. What are you?
Are you sure you're playing Elden Ring?
Is Zelda? Let me finish.
OK, Dark nuts Are Knights in Zelda OK?

(01:37:50):
They're the armored Knights fromthe first Zelda game.
You know you can only hit them from the side in the back.
You can't. Good save.
Why? Why did they call them that?
You can hit them from the side in the back.
Dude, what are we talking about right now?
Good save there man. Good save.
What are we talking about? Explanation is worse.
It's worse seldom. Seldom.
Isn't that a weird name for likea knight Dark knuckle?
Or Iron Knuckle. They're very dark iron.

(01:38:11):
Knuckle sounds better than dark.Knuckle, they're similar.
They're not the same, they're similar enemies, but I was like,
you know, I, I flipped that guy to tree Sentinel.
Like I remember I was getting killed by him like for a while
he he, I was looking through like my, my equipment sack and
he snuffed me. I was like, oh.
Shit. And you're not streaming.
This one. I was like, I'm gonna stream it
soon. I'll stream soon to see this.

(01:38:31):
Hashtag dark nuts in the chat. Dark nuts, but then.
In a sack. I found I found the bastard
sword right in the claymore and my guy holds 2 swords at once so
I I saw how strong those swords were so I was like I'm going
right after his ass and I freaking killed his ass with the
claymore so. Now you won't be able to stop
playing. I killed him with the Claymore.
I had no training or guidance byDrew McIntyre at all.

(01:38:54):
You also played. Mario Strikers.
Mario Strikers. Yeah.
Battling. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I got. That was the last game I got,
you know, thank you guys for thestory.
You got my daughter, you know, she chose this game right here
and it's actually pretty good. I remember Mt Summit was playing
this one of the last times we went to Cradle of Aviation.
It looks pretty fun. I mean, any Mario?
Mario's in so many different fucking things that they're all

(01:39:16):
usually. Good.
Well, that's one of the better sports games, yeah.
Is it like four players? Yeah, like on the same spot.
Yeah, I think it's eight. It might be like, yeah, it might
be 8. Why have we?
Never even tried this. We should.
Why? Have we not?
Tried. I played this for the.
First time on the Wii. It'd be like Iceland.
Yeah, they have, yeah. Right on the same squad.
Yeah, I could. I could rock with this.
I mean, it's not like real soccer.

(01:39:36):
So like, you know. No, we should play.
Yeah, we should definitely play.I'd rock with this.
Yeah, on the, you know, they. Got super power ups and stuff.
Yeah, one of the bizarre dark nuts. 2 at a time.
Wow. Yeah, I was thinking the same
thing. Two at a time.

(01:39:57):
Oh man. Yes, but good game we're gonna
get on the the channel. I blame this all on Saru man.
Every time he comes on there, wealways drink and we always.
Fucking go off the rails. It's the Saru effect, man.
Yeah, I'm just, I'm just sittinghere listening to y'all talk
about in dark nuts now. I can't believe you guys don't

(01:40:22):
remember those enemies. No, I remember them dude.
I remember. I remember iron knuckles.
No, I remember blue. Knight, Red Knight.
I remember them. I remember no names.
I. Remember, those are iron
knuckles. Well hey, y'all have.
Some weird ass. Names.
Iron nipples. That's what I thought.
He said Oh my God. Iron nipples.
Sticks Do you remember playing Prince of Persia?

(01:40:44):
Yes, lost. Crown Prince of Persia, lost
crown. I'm still playing that.
I'm still in the very beginning.I got lost.
Oh damn, I know exactly where heis.
I know exactly where he is too. I know exactly where.
Everywhere is embedded on the map except for one guy, and I'm
not supposed to go there, so I just boosted up every level.
God, I bought everything. So I'm like, all right now.

(01:41:05):
I'm the strongest I could be right now.
Now what? You're gonna feel stupid when
you find out I'm gonna. Yeah, I hate it.
Like I got lost the exact same spot you're at.
And it really just, I was like, this could be fun.
What's happening? Let me, let me go.
But yeah, I'm going to figure that out.
It feels like I got further in the demo.
I just want to wait practically did.
Can I ask you a question? Have you gone anywhere that had

(01:41:27):
chandeliers? I thought I jumped on one.
All right, so just so you know, there's look, just look in the
chandeliers because one of them has an opening that has 2 doors
on the side. You could jump off the side.
I thought I couldn't reach it before.
So double check that if you're in the area with chandeliers.
I think I did jump. Was it on the right or left?
It's just in the middle, one of the chandeliers you can jump on

(01:41:47):
but double double check chandeliers.
I'll definitely check, double check.
I was there for a minute. Trust.
Me, I boosted everything. I was like because.
You can't really see. You can't really see that you
can get there. But I'm like damn, I feel like
a. Fucking idiot.
So awesome game. I just want to get past where I
am. And then?
So then I tried another indie title.
It was, It actually popped up inthe store.

(01:42:08):
I was like, because I put it on wishlist Steam and I was like,
this is out because I saw it declines, drops.
It's a weird name, very weird. And you probably never heard of
it, but it looked awesome when Isaw the trailer for it.
And what it is is the art looks kind of like Yoshi's Island.
It's a platformer. Looks like Paper Mario.

(01:42:28):
Paper is Yoshi's Island. OK?
Like you'll see it in the trees and stuff, but actually skip
past this part But yeah. I'll say Jay, that doesn't look
intriguing. Dude, keep.
Talking platformer, but it's like a mix with with the Smash
Brothers the way you really. Yeah.
OK. Yeah, wow.
So it looks amazing. Platform fighter, Platform game.

(01:42:52):
Looks like a Saturn game actually.
Are you giving credit to Saturn? No, Yeah, it looks good.
Keep talking. But I was, you know, cuz I
played the one part, the one player part in Smash Brothers
and it reminds me a lot of that. The subspace mission.
I'm sorry. I'm gonna sit the wrong thing.

(01:43:12):
Don't worry about me. Don't worry.
About place missionary. The Snoop Dogg album, but but
yeah, it's actually calming. I haven't played a game that was
just calming and relaxing to play.
So far I didn't get anything out.
That just destroyed and killed me, so it wasn't super violent,
but the music is cool. It looks nice.

(01:43:33):
Cool, smooth. Looks really nice cuz I.
Saw I was like alright let me put this on the wish.
List I like nice art and clean. It's very clean.
I never heard of this or even like no one even look at that
secret. You didn't find that secret?
What's it called? Declines.
Drops. Declines.
Drops it was on sale like 18 bucks was 14 bucks or.

(01:43:54):
Something you got a turbo? Yes, ring fit master, Prince of
Persia, lost crown. Probably the best yeah.
Might be top five Metrovenias I've ever played.
That nobody even knew about. No, basically.
No one even talks about it. What we saw didn't know they
made it. It's.
I can't. I can't say enough about that
game. I can't say enough.
About it, I mean, I think they sold like 2 mil really.
Yeah, they got, they got some sales.

(01:44:15):
Good, good. I hope so.
And there's nobody to reap the benefits.
Who? Gets the money.
Do they still get paid because they got fired?
They should, they still get a check.
My game is incredible. And a call like, yo, can you
make another one? But you know, we made some money
with this. But yeah, definitely check those
two out. But yeah, I've been and I played

(01:44:35):
Street Fighter Six, the one player world Tour online and
frustrated for three hours trying to find out where to go
and it was like 3 in the morning.
I had to be up at six. I'm like stop now.
Wow. Stop.
Hold on. Why were you?
So what have you been playing? Wow, don't let me explain this.
No, this, this is what happened,OK.
And don't let me explain. This So I made it to the day.

(01:44:56):
It's still today. Jay's crazy.
Jay's crazy. Stallion.
How far did you get in Castlevania?
I beat it, man. It's over.
Order of Ecclesia is done. That's it's officially done.
Sensation how many hours you putin.
Probably. 9. No more than nine.

(01:45:19):
Fuck no cuz I got it. Actually I got a double check it
close probably like 11 or something like that somewhere
around there. No this or not, because 9:00 on
that is still long for. Yeah, I got a double check, but
it was like 72 or 70 something percent in the game, completely
done. But yeah, it was a good game.
I like it a lot. It was favorite Castlevania.

(01:45:40):
No, no, I hate the bosses. I think the bosses suck.
The last boss I like. I like Dracula.
Dracula. Spoiler alert, He's he's
actually, he's a he's a douchebag.
But it was like a like a good, like a good, yeah, like a good
tough boss. I don't know why he had that
Crescent kick, but very weird. But it was, it was dope.

(01:46:01):
Yeah. I was like, what is that fucking
kick? That makes no sense.
He ain't gonna kick nobody. She's one of my favorite
characters in Calcium and she's just just a cool looking
character. She just.
I know, yeah. She's just so cool.
You want the next animated show.To be I would love, I would love
to see her in some another game or in the anime somehow.
I think she's really cool. They've done her.
Very well, like Nocturne. I love, I love.

(01:46:23):
No spoilers, no spoilers, no. Nocturne was awesome.
I. Love not not everyone here
watched it. I I watch it, Al you don't watch
it. Yet no, I've been watching it.
Why I see he he. You haven't watched the first
season The Nocturne, right? No, you got Benjamin as soon as.
They're fucking crazy. I love him.
Yes, Yes. No spoilers.
No spoilers for. Al, give me a game with the arc,

(01:46:44):
those characters, throw them allin it.
Please do it now. But.
This game, it takes a lot of liberties, but man, yeah, it's
so. Good.
Yeah, I loved. It all I will say.
Based on anime. Based on anime.
Dude the last two episodes I went ape shit.
I was like what the fuck is this?
All I will say is Richter guy hand son.
But yeah, beat that game. I'm gonna, I'm gonna take a

(01:47:05):
chill on that collection for now'cause I've been playing.
I play too much Metrovanias. That's your game.
There's a lot of them out. There's so many, there's so many
out obviously season 5 of Multiverses and apparently the
last season of multiverses before they're done in May 20th,
apparently we'll get into it waswas released and they had Lola

(01:47:26):
Bunny and they had Aquaman. That was released and I played
it and I was blown away. The game plays incredible right
now and Aquaman not even remotely close to my favorite DC
character, but holy fuck, he he's close now, just like Jesus,
man, he's throwing dolphins at you sharks fucking fish like

(01:47:49):
this. There's all kinds of crazy shit
going on with his move set. The job that they did.
I can't even put in the words. I mean I'll talk about it later,
but like holy shit, man, definitely a lot of fun with
that. I actually play that for like,
was that like 2 hours last night?
I really I play like 10 matches with them.
That debuted Wow yesterday, right?

(01:48:10):
What's up? The character and everything
came out. Tuesday.
Yeah, that was Tuesday. Yeah, Tuesday.
Yeah, it. His design is fucking dope.
His moves are like the, the, the.
I don't know who's in charge of making the moves for each
character, but they deserve everything they do.
Such a fucking crazy job. Especially to make me like

(01:48:33):
Aquaman. And I don't hate Aquaman, I just
don't care for him. But like.
He was cool in the fighting gametoo.
Which fighting game? Oh really?
They apparently when they throw him in shit, he does a good job
apparently. But like, dude, I played some
rounds last night and they were fun matches.
They were fun matches. So yeah, that was that was

(01:48:53):
definitely a good time. What else did I play?
I played something else that I can't remember.
I got it here. I played.
Oh, that's right. Said Multi.
I went back to Smash Brothers Ultimate.
Yeah. Oh, wow.
Because I want to see. I wanted to play with my
characters to see if I still hadmy timing down well.
At least you could still play that one.
I can. I could always play that.

(01:49:14):
Yeah, always play that. I don't like that negative joke,
but it's. A physical game isn't.
It I was just playing the computer just to see if I could
beat the computer in level 9 or whatever.
But yeah, obviously, you know, when you play the game that
long, you could see holes that you have in your game because
the computer for some reason is vicious.
It's very they will they will whoop your ass, but yeah yeah

(01:49:38):
yeah, yeah nine yeah, they will whoop your ass, but no,
everybody that I usually pick start getting those WS against
the computer. So I was going to start playing
online for the first time in like 2 years soon, but yeah, I
still love this game still love it.
I want to get better with Seth Roth because it's just fun
killing people with him but yeah, I think other than that,

(01:49:59):
yeah, that's all I've been playing the platform farmers
just finished up Castlevania. I got AI, got to find a new game
to play Bob. Metroid.
No, that's too expensive. That's too expensive right now.
That's $60.00. We're not doing that right now.
I might. I was thinking of going to
probably an open world game, maybe the Star Wars Jedi game.

(01:50:22):
Elder, Rick. Elder.
Rick, now where's Jedi Survivor?I was Jedi survivor I was
thinking of getting. Like 3D blasphemous.
Through three, that's what. No, I'm telling you No.
You would like Elder Ring now. If you like Breath of Wild, you
would like Elder. The music's and it's very like
overrated. I heard it's kind of it's all
fake. It's kind of kind of I.
Heard it's kind of myth. Kind of midge.

(01:50:43):
It's all fake and. Like it's kind of like all hype.
It's like I saw a picture. What were you talking about?
No, but Speaking of no, you saidBlasphemous and you said you
were talking Cal Sylvania. It's like when I play Elder,
when I play Dark Souls games andstuff like that.
I see. Why?
Doesn't normally use that for Castlevania.
That's all I wanted to say. OK, that's.

(01:51:04):
Gotta work. Alright, Sarah, what have you
been playing Sir? So.
I've been playing a lot of evercade recently, which is like
a console that has like cartridges and it's just like a
bunch of like old retro games being re released on Partridge.
What I recently beat on stream was E 10 nordics and man that is

(01:51:25):
that was a long game on stream. I think I put in like 70 hours
and my last stream was yeah, my last stream was 13 1/2 hours.
Holy fuck. Oh my God.
I put in like 10 hours every stream.
Every stream I did I put in like10 or more hours.
Oh my God. That's only like a week.

(01:51:45):
Yeah, dude, that game was, that game is long and it's wordy, but
it's a great game and I still haven't completed like all of
the post game stuff. Like there's some post game
stuff that I'm still doing off stream 'cause I'm like once I
got to the ending on stream I'm like I'm dead with this game.
But it's a great game. Another game that I'm playing

(01:52:06):
for fun or replaying actually issomething called Diedlit and
Wonder Labyrinth. Yes, that's the record.
With that one. Record of Lotus War.
Yep, the record of Lotus War Metroidvania kind of game.
Great game. I love that game and I I want to
get into the next one that they're doing called Blade
Camera. It might already be out.

(01:52:28):
Blade camera's out. Yeah, definitely it's out.
Yeah, it's definitely out. It came out two weeks ago.
I I picked it up. That was on the games playlist.
Nice. Yeah, I want to.
I want to check that one out. It's it's more shooty.
It's more shooty than it's more like a shooter than it is like a
metro. It is Metrovania, but it's good.
I think I made it. I think I made it like 70%

(01:52:49):
through the D Elite and I lost that save because it was it was
part of Xbox Live. I think I forgot why I played
it. Actually it's a short game
though. I know it's a short game.
It's. Like 8 hours, yeah, you could
like. Yeah, I got pretty far in it.
I beat it in like 2. Plays two or three plays.
I was mad because I was going tobeat the game and I was like, I
forgot if I played on the Switch, if I played it on the

(01:53:10):
Xbox and that's gone. I don't know where it is.
I got the early. Actually, it was.
Steam. I don't know.
I don't know where I played it. Yeah, I played it on Switch
because I hadn't gotten the physical, but halfway attempted
to rebuy it if it goes on sale on Steam, just to have access to
it on all my devices. Yeah, I thought.
It was cool. There's a lot of magic.
It's a good. Game though, I really enjoy that

(01:53:31):
one enjoying playing through it again, but E 10 man that that
was that surprised me that I wasI didn't think I was going to
like it as much as I did becauseI I the newer E games are very
wordy. And then there's this whole like
pirate ship element to this gamewhere you have to like play the
game like on sea in your boat and you're like shooting other

(01:53:51):
boats and stuff. And I was like, I don't know if
I'm going to get into that. And then I ended up really
getting into it and the the characters it was good.
It was good, but I mean I'm alsoan east fan too, so that also
helps. I really love ease.
But it's a huge legacy. Yeah, it's a lot of them.
Yeah, it's, it's a good game though.
It, it. And if you haven't played the
game, it's also a good one to jump into.

(01:54:12):
I feel like it's, it's got a lotof action.
It's it's good. One thing I want to do with Ease
is have Joel for Media Glitch onthe podcast and we'll just roast
Ease for no reason just to piss him off, just to see how mad
he'll get like. Fucking Zelda RIP.
Yo he would like fucking lose his mind.

(01:54:34):
Is that the next topic for? Him yo for real but like how bad
is he's? And he'll get so fucking livid.
No, I'll call it. I'll be like how bad is wise?
Wise, we'll call it wise. Wise yo he would like.
I called it wise for the longesttime.
Yeah, he, I told. Him, I told.
Him. And so you guys told us it was
easy. I called it wise.
Yeah. We called the wise, we fucked up
all the names back. 'Cause it's so wise.

(01:54:56):
And that's so wise. Why would you say?
One letter. It's one letter.
How do you spell ease? I used to say I go and it's
echo. I'm like, it's an ICO.
You're not gonna see that on thespelling bee man.
Echo is not makes it worse. Is that sometimes they spell it
like the old games. There were some old games that
had ease, but it was the Y and then an apostrophe and an S

(01:55:19):
Yeah. So it's like, it's like wise.
It's like what the? Fuck you want.
Yes, like what the fuck you wantIt was.
Apostrophe. So I was like wise.
Wise, right? It was.
Read as written Wises. You guys play that new Wises?
There's more than one. Like 3 apostrophes wises.
What the fuck are you saying? You couldn't buy anything in the

(01:55:40):
store. That's why they had the pictures
like we get, we get that game. Which game is that?
That one. Why?
Oh, man. All right, so we're going to go
because we do this every podcast, every week we announce
an indie game of the week and wehighlight it.

(01:56:02):
And this week? Oh shoot, I forgot to put the.
Did I remember to put the graphic up?
It's. All stayed uh oh, uh uh.
Rigbin master I know I played atthese game in my life
unfortunately. The second Master System's the
only one I've played. There's so many, but the first
ones you just walk in the not even.

(01:56:23):
Good. Yeah, I know.
That's the only one I played. Master System 1 is booty ass.
I'm glad that wasn't my first experience cuz then I don't know
if I would have gotten into it. The turbo CD was my first
experience. I told the we told.
I think that's why I'm like way into it.
But if the master system was thefirst one I would have played
on. But I'm like, man.
Yeah, we told Joel on the podcast that like games that

(01:56:44):
don't hold up, we're talking about that one.
He's like, what are you talking about?
Oh, Dragon Quest? No, man.
I'm not Dragon Quest, he's taking second message.
That doesn't either. That doesn't either.
Yeah, he got mad at both of them.
Dragon Quest and the. First bumper tag people and it's
weird. Alright, I got it ready.
I was like I. Didn't hold up, didn't say it
sucked. I said I'm sorry.
You guys ready? Yes, Sir.
Yes, Sir. What we got, what we got.

(01:57:07):
Yeah. Bark.
Released July 29th, 2021. Developed and published by
TikTok. Games released on Nintendo
Switch and PC for Steam. Look at where TikTok is now man
it came a long way, wow. This was actually very fun.
I like I like this game a lot. It was 4.

(01:57:27):
Player shooter 4 Player shooter simultaneous.
Yep, all the special moves. Yeah, it reminded me of Xbox
Live Arcade days. Remember that when they had the
full player. Yeah, yeah, that's what it
reminded me. Of there's not too many.
The good old days. Nice art, too.
Nice art. Very clean.
Very clean combat, good old. Days. 10 bucks.
Yeah, yeah. Nice.

(01:57:49):
Yeah, I think it's for everything, right?
You just said it's for everything.
Yeah. But that was it was for
switching. Switching Steam I.
Was just switching. You guys just beat in this one,
Plazer. Yeah.
Yeah, Yeah, that was one, yeah. Yeah, that was one.
Place It's not the toughest. Game in the world.
You know, the ending had me laughing, though.
I was silly. I was like, this is some silly
shit. But this was this is a nice
shooter. This.
Was a chill chill. Game chill 4 player fun shooter.

(01:58:13):
Yeah, yes. That was clean.

We might be the only people thatstream this game.

how to play. Hold on, let me get the get some
gameplay here. It's like a cute em up.
A cute em up. Yeah, that's what.
They call them Chew. Them up, Yeah.
That's. Funny, he said.
How cute of most. I didn't name it.

(01:58:54):
That's it. I thought you came out with
that. I was like, no, I.
Did not. So is this like a boss rush type
thing or no? No, there were stages.
There's a boss rush at the end. Really, it was.
I like the dodge move. The dodge move was pretty cool.
OK. And you can save people when
they get killed. Yeah, all right.
Had some cool power ups and all that.

(01:59:14):
Stuff I like hit them up so I'llprobably check it out.
This is one of those you throw in like, oh, this is actually a
good time and you fuck around with it.
It's. Better with multiple people, so
yeah. Yep, if you were looking for
another game that's got animals flying some vehicles other than
Star Fox, you got this. You got Park.
That's right, Fit Master said What?
It's not a teddy bird disgrace. Where's?

(01:59:35):
The. Teddy Bird pilot.
Where's the goddamn Teddy? Barks, that's in the sequel.
Where's? The goddamn teddy barks.
It's a dancer name way. Out of place.
DLC. Yeah, I'd be like, how did this
get in? There, it's a special costume.
Oh yeah, for the dog. It's a special costume for the
dog. It.
Definitely gets that level 857 seal of approved.
Hell yeah, sure, yes Sir. And now, oh shit, I'm, I'm

(01:59:59):

Those are great. Those are great emojis.
Thanks again, sorry. Teddy bear?
What game did Eric say that thatcame from?
So many games on the trailer. All right, it was it.

(02:02:29):
Was on Nintendo E shop. Oh, no kidding.
I want to see. Teddy bear.
You go there, Nintendo. All right, I thought, OK, I
thought it was just an enemy in the game that just was like, OK,
they just didn't care, all right?
We just want something to get onthe E shop.
All right, interesting, interesting, but that's how
those guys, you know, this is the perfect time for everyone to
get their beer. You got the ice cream over there
in the freeze to get the ice cream.
You making yourself ATV dinner? Go cook that with that TV

(02:02:51):
dinner. Did you hear about did you?
Now's the time we can talk aboutDid you hear about Bloodborne
Like. What the chance of it being
remastered? Or remain DMCA's out against
everything that was like the 60 frames patch and PSX version of
the game, the footage of it at least you're trying to get rid

(02:03:14):
of like remaster names and like 60 frames a second just so it's
like, so if you search for it, you won't find those.
So maybe the the the rumor or people are thinking is that
somebody's finally doing something with it because the 10
year anniversary is coming up. That's good.
I there was somebody, I forgot the dude's name, but he's.
Probably not. Though he he's friends with the

(02:03:36):
director for Bloodborne, he saidyes, he wants to do.
He wants to, he wants to do it. But there's just so much he's
like, he's so busy and he doesn't want anyone else to
touch it but him. Yeah, you know, so maybe that's
happening. See what happened.
Just do the 60 frame patch. That's all we want for the PS560
frame. Sounds like all you want for the
PS. Five.
That's all I want. You might as well do it all

(02:03:58):
over. Wow, really?
Come on man, what a boy game. Care about that 6.
Frames This is one of the top games. 60 frames.
Jesus. Baby master everything else.
See 6 frames. You guys stop saying can we go
back? Can we go back?
We're all back now, yeah. Jesus Christ.
We're ready. Oh my God.
No, stop it guys. I want to buy it.

(02:04:21):
Is it time if you? Want to buy 6 frames first?
No. Is it?
Time. Is it time?
Wow. Ladies and gentlemen, it is time
for. The news.

(02:04:45):
Look at their faces. Wow.
You guys are still y'all are so.Focused look at that wow you.
Look. Like a moment in time felt like.
Actually like what y'all doing? I'm mad tie bro.
Look at that mad tie. You guys, you guys.
Passed y'all got that angry face.
On I'm an angry. Sleeper.

(02:05:09):
All right, let's get with the news y'all.
Go with the news. Yeah, hold on.
What is that? Hold on.
Hold on. Oh my God, man, let's.
Get on with the. News.
Give me a second mercy. It's just it's funny when Jay's
not. Really.
I'm looking for it. Yeah.
Now this is like the fourth thing in the news, but fine.
We'll start with Multiverse Direct the calls out violent

(02:05:30):
threats amid shutdown backlash and roster rumors.
So Multiverse is news y'all you know talk about?
It there's a bunch, Yeah, there's a bunch.
Is that. And there's also this too.
Well, that was the first one. Whoops, that one got moved over.
All right, so the backlash has grown toxic as developers mourn
the fighting games quick demise. So yeah, let's talk about this

(02:05:53):
and how things are going. The community ain't happy.
Well, first there was the the announcement of the the shutdown
right May 20th was when they said they were going to shut
down the game. The last season is season 5,
which has Lola Bunny and Aquaman, which came out on
Tuesday after they announced that they were shutting down.

(02:06:16):
They the the scumbags came out and they were harassing the
developers. Death threats, death threats and
this, this and that. You know, the usual, you know,
incel fucks that you know, come after developers that don't, you
know. Nameless and faceless.
Yeah, they they, they, they hidebehind the keyboard warriors.
Bawless activities. Yeah, exactly.

(02:06:38):
So which was, you know, I had toeven get on Twitter and be like,
no, this is, this is fucking crazy.
Stop it, whatever. And you have like, you know,
people in the community, community managers like Nikat
and and Ajax who, who are extremely enthusiastic about the
games and you know, they do their presentations when there's

(02:06:58):
a new character announced, they show the moves and you could
tell that they they love the game to death.
So there's the, you know them. Plus Tony Wynn were very broken
hearted over having to end it unfortunately.
It's WB's decision. Yes, that wasn't yet and and
people came after Tony Wynn withall these these false
accusations that were on Reddit that someone person said, oh, I

(02:07:20):
was an ex employee and it was impossible to work there, which
was false and it's like no, we had Tony went on the podcast and
he's the nicest fucking dude in the world, very passionate,
funny dude. Love to have him back.
He actually will be back one dayon the podcast and anybody from
that team is more than welcome to come back on the podcast.

(02:07:40):
But no, that's it's, it was all bullshit, all nonsense.
There was so much love put into this game.
But on the flip side, since thathappened, the community, the
real ones out there, really showed their face and have
started a hashtag save multiverses campaign and it's
even got to IGN. It's gone on big Twitter pages.

(02:08:03):
I forgot it was called cartoon. Something I forgot.
But it said Season 5 was released and that made like
everybody like it strains a lot. It's it's you know what The
funny thing is, is that like people were like, we don't who
cares about Lola Bunny and Aquaman?
But when this was released, theydid over.
They said the patch was 50 pagesof shit they did.
And it plays like the beta. It's fast.

(02:08:26):
Everyone feels different. You could chain combos to shit
that you couldn't do before. It feels, and this is not
someone who just likes the game,I played it and it feels like
what everyone has been bitching about for the past couple of
seasons, what the game should be.
Which makes me wish they didn't announce that it was closing
right when this released. I wish they could have like,
maybe not. Well, that's the thing.

(02:08:48):
That's the thing. It's like what can be done?
You know, everyone's wondering what can be done and it's like
this is trending all over Twitter.
It's over 18,000 posts like and there's there's a petition is
and this is like May, it's shutting down in May, right?
So there's still a lot of time. So they're trying.
Everyone who's passionate about this game, including me, is
trying to save this game becauseyou can't.

(02:09:09):
There's too much on the table. It's too much.
It plays too well. It it it's, it's an amazing,
beautiful, passion felt game andit's a great alternative to
smash brothers, a great alternative.
And it's like, it's not like, Ohmy God, it's better than smash.
It's different than smash. You could play both and enjoy
both. There's some there's a place for

(02:09:30):
every game out there, and this is a great fucking game.
What sucks is that it's based onWBS characters and those
licenses because WB is the one having such.
Trouble. That's the thing.
Yeah, so you can't exactly give this to another publisher and be
like, yeah, WB is yours now because they're not letting
these characters go. Exactly.

(02:09:51):
It's funny, they put up graphicsof the the player increase,
right? Oh yeah, yeah.
And they it's the same as when it was first released.
Like it's back to that, like. People wish this happened.
When it was supposed to yeah. But The thing is with some of
these live these these free to play games that sometimes it
takes time. Not everything is Marvel rivals

(02:10:11):
you know not everything is is like that.
And it's it's a shame that it's hit its stride late.
But you know I never lose faith in things like this until it's
officially over. So you never know what what can
happen, but you know, if things continue, the in numbers
continue to go up and people show their love and and and, you
know, passion for this, you never know, you know, maybe

(02:10:33):
Warner Brothers could be like, you know what, you guys got five
more seasons. If you can keep this up you know
or maybe re release it as Part 2multiverse is 2 you know like
multiverse is 1 is dead re releases this multiverse is.
Two and make it a paid game and it's like.
And you got and you got money. You got money.
Change the business. The gaming the gaming division
is in shambles, though we'll give it to somebody.

(02:10:55):
They got rid of like a ton of people like it's not good.
You may even talk about, oh, Mortal Kombat and talk about
like, that's their that's their money maker and they're like,
yo. This is their bread and butter.
Well, either. So all they got is what Harry
Potter basically that's their banking on is Harry Potter to
get their money back. They got Injustice, There was
Mortal Kombat. Didn't too bad though.
Mortal yes they gonna what? I don't know what they doing

(02:11:17):
with but that new character is pretty cool even though he's
weird. Conan.
No, no, the ninja and the pink. I forgot.
Floyd Floyd Based on Pink Floyd, you know, like the the fucking
the song. Yeah, that was based.
Off of, that's true. That's was based off of you
didn't know. That, yeah, a hidden character,
right? Pink Floyd, dude, come on.
I like, I like the the what the community's doing with that.

(02:11:38):
Thing there was something there was a video in the past that
said that like there was rumors about like Warner Brothers
giving their gaming rights to another company.
I figured there was, there was. Obviously Microsoft was one of
them and I forgot the other nameof the the other one.
I would love Microsoft. Somebody can come in with enough
money like a Microsoft and be like, yo, we wanna do this this

(02:11:58):
way and bring out a real, real release of this game.
Dude this is DC. DC licenses like how can you
not? You can make.
Money from this? If they could put what they have
together here, all of it, and doa disk or a physical game or
some like a real game that you can buy and then go off with the
licensing and like and add characters here and all this

(02:12:20):
stuff and like, there's so much potential there's.
So much it seems like they were chasing after the business model
of Fortnite. Which didn't work They.
Didn't get the money they wanted.
I I'll tell you what it is. I'll tell you what it is.
They weren't ready and Multi andthe Warner Brothers said, no,
it's coming out. Figure it out, right?
And then they were playing catchup.
And then they finally hit their stride what they wanted, which

(02:12:41):
is now, right? And now it's over.
Well, they saw the numbers when they first started, yeah, with
the beta. And they were like, this is
going to be a wave. We got to get this out there and
it wasn't $20 breed suit and so much money could be made.
Yeah. Yeah, and now it's ready.
Yeah, it. Plays it plays amazing.
Dude, the day before they pouredout the the thing that fixes it.

(02:13:03):
They're like, here you go now you can't play it online.
You can play it at home. It's great.
You got to download it now I download it.
Yeah, no, you got to get it now.Get it now because.
They're going to take it offline.
Cannot download it after the May20th right?
Yeah, May 20th, it's offline, you go.
You could play it in the training mode and you can play
with your friends on the couch and that's it.

(02:13:24):
Loaded on Steam, it's free download everywhere for free,
just so you can have it just in case somebody wants to play it.
I mean, come on, it sucks. That's the that's the thing
about live service games. That's it.
Remember I said this on the fucking podcast?
I said this is what bothers me. This game, I like it so much.
I know something's gonna fuckinghappen 'cause it's live service.
And lo and behold, when I love it the most, it's gonna go.
It's gonna fucking go. So I'm like, man, you'll.

(02:13:45):
Be able to watch streams of it later though.
Wow. I don't.
First of all, I don't like your jokes. 2nd.
Secondly, I don't like your tone.
'Cause it'll be gone. And thirdly, we're supposed to
be supporters of these guys and you're making jokes.
So, so I don't, I don't like your tone.
So, so Al, can you mute his mic for 10 minutes, please?
Thank you. I.

(02:14:06):
Was gonna say it feels like adopting a pet because you know
the inevitable it's gonna happen.
Unless the turtle. It's gonna be gone.
Unless it's a turtle. Wow.
Or a parrot. That's gonna be 150.
On time. Well, it's just.
Yeah, it's but. Yeah, no, like a dog or cat.
You know. It's the first of its kind,
right? Is this the first free to play
platform fighter? No, there was Bra, Yeah.

(02:14:28):
Bra that's still around, that's been around 4:00.
Minutes and they got Alacar, they got Ryu, they got Mega Man.
OK. Yeah.
It's all about a balance of how you get your funds.
Warner Brothers is, I think is is.
They just ruined money. Well, they they're one amazing
decision. It's their characters, their
bank rolling everything they acquire them.
With $5 or whatever instead of. You're going to make that money.

(02:14:49):
Then they would have bragged. DCDC has so many costumes for
each character making $5 you're going to bank trust.
Me, you can't make people like free so much that they don't
want to give you money. This is not going to work and
business. You got to have a.
Marvel Rivals did it the right way, make everyone free to
start. And The thing is like, I don't

(02:15:10):
know, man. Obviously when we do this on a
podcast I have way more to say, but I don't want to keep this
going off. Yeah.
So like I said, it's unfortunate.
Yeah, that's something you want to.
Hear, but I still support them till the day it's over.
Yeah, they're still right. Despite what sticks is
negativity. Wow, wow.
I gotta make you the villain I gotta make.

(02:15:31):
Out here catching straight yo, you gotta.
Make sticks to villains. Good villain.
I downloaded. I downloaded you fucking cunt
yo-yo my. I've got him, I'm going home.
We we love these things. We love whatever Yeah, if you if
you want to support the game, ifyou never, if you never played

(02:15:53):
this before, download it's free to play, man, give it a shot.
You never know, you might like it and then make your voice
heard on X hashtag save multiverses.
Yeah. Yeah, man.
Ask Tony to return Superman's vertical throwing before it goes
off. It stops.
You had to throw it. I would throw it in.
Why'd you have to throw it in? You have to end it on a negative

(02:16:14):
note. Moving on.
On to the next one. All right, Sega launches Sega
Count, a new online profile linking it's games and services.
Yes, we got the Sega Channel back, Y'all, it's back.
It's. Back and then also we we got
more Sega news too. I get to that.

(02:16:35):
I was going. To say, read it first and then
we go back to it. They're combined.
They're combined. Yeah, man.
Sega News also. Also in Sega news, before I get
to the other news, Sega Files news guys of Arcadia Eternal
Arcadia trademarks sending fans hope soaring.
Stop. Hey, not bad.
That's even part of it. Ship it.
I'll buy it, yo. Listen.

(02:16:55):
Any Sega news man listen? I'll buy it.
So listen. Eternal Arcadia.
I'm down. Yo man, listen.
I'm not talking about the Sega account though.
How? About the type of popular.
Sega account, then I'll get to it.
So what this is is a mailing list.
It says it offers new emails, promotions and exclusive bonuses
for Sega Atlas titles. That's crazy.

(02:17:17):
That's Sega Atlas. That's like Squidx I call it.
What do you call it? Sega Squared.
Say Gatlis. It doesn't roll up Gatlis.
Say gatlis. Say Gatlis.
Say Gatlis, you can't call it. That.
All right, so they said the first bonus item is Kazuma

(02:17:39):
Kareem. Help him chalk.
That's what it is. That's Kazuma Kareem.
OK, It's a suit. In like a Dragon Pirate Yakuza
in Hawaii. So that's the first bonus.
I mean, listen, well, I sign up to this, I don't know, but you
just you just going Nintendo, Xbox, PlayStation, Steam and
Epic accounts. So they're trying to make this

(02:18:02):
like the one like for everything, like a like a
Nintendo Account, but for everything.
Yo Sega's plot man. But.
How come people don't get pissedlike PSN accounts?
See what they say. You got to sign in for that.
They don't want. To well they haven't released
anything yet so Sega's plot that's why.
See the writing. Once they release the game then
they'll then they'll complain. Yes, that's all the complaining

(02:18:22):
happens. If they're not allowed to play
it in that country, that's the. Problem.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. So currently only Like a Dragon
and PSO 2 support Sega account with more coming soon.
So what's the benefit of, I mean, listen, you get free stuff
I guess. Sign up is available on Sega
account website and it's described as the expanded
centralized version of Sega's newsletter promotions.
Like I said, a mailing list. Interesting, Sega.

(02:18:44):
I mean Sega is plotting, they'renot thinking they have to
plotting some shit they. Are.
There's not much I can say aboutthat, but.
Because you're a Sega hater. I'm moving on to Sky's what I
can't but. Unless you wanna talk about
their mailing list more. Listen, they're plotting.
I just told you they're plottingsome shit.
Wow. They're gonna send you a
newsletter for when they have a game coming.

(02:19:04):
So when they have their online system that they're doing in
another year with all their online shit, their old shit's
gonna be in there. You're gonna be like, style, you
was right, Style you was right. Should I should stop hating I'm?
Sorry to guess that they have a Sega channel coming.
Nah, they. No, they got rid of all of the
16 bit and 8 bit titles that areavailable on Steam.

(02:19:26):
Listen, they plot, and I mean they.
Take away they took away the thecollection all.
The one that I bought, right, Yeah, but they just one of the
best purchases I've ever had. I love that fucking.
Purchase dude Sega filed new. I love it.
Sega filed new trademarks, man, let's talk about that.
Yes, Sky's of arcade that's. What I'm saying I'm going to
Sky's of arcade so. Talk about Sky's of arcade.

(02:19:53):
So they trademark Sky's of Arcadia, Yeah.
Does that mean they're bringing out Sky's of Arcadia?
Or does that mean they're bringing out a new game?
Always gonna be an anime or is it gonna be a movie?
Who knows? They makes a lot of stuff I
think. It be a dope, it's great news.
I think it be an amazing anime. It's all A+.
Whatever they do, do it all. Do you?

(02:20:14):
Think guys marketing is big enough in America to do such a
thing? This guys a.
Long time. I think you'd better off coming
out with a dope ass game. It was never a sequel either,
right? No, just that I came.
Out with extras on the GameCube.GameCube, it was like a remaster
type of thing, yeah. And hands port, yes.
But it has such a fucking following and they had the two

(02:20:36):
characters in Valkyria Chronicles.
They said they had a. All three actually 3.
Yes, all three. Wait, they said Sky Sky's
Marcadia had a cancelled PC portand I guess a cancelled sequel
then? So.
Cancelled sequel. Shame on them.
Also APC Boy and a sequel that cancelled.
I guess so, because I've never heard of a sequel.
For it to be honest, I would remake that shit before you do a

(02:20:56):
sequel that needs a remake. It's so fucking good.
Can we make 2000? Jesus. 25 years ago a long.
Time. Dude, for a single old.
Dreamcast, dude. For a single title, that's a
long time. Fucking old.
But yeah, they they're currentlyreviving several classic
franchises. But would you rather see this or
would you rather see shining forus?
What's going on? Listen, I like any all right,

(02:21:18):
there's a lot of things I love from Sega like you.
You talk about Grandia too. You talk about skies of Arcadia,
you talk about dragon force, Shining forest.
Any of those names are mentionedin terms of like a remake or
bringing exactly any any of those things coming out.
I I'm a losing my shit. These are.
Peak House of the Dead 8. Peak.
Stop. It wow peak.

(02:21:39):
House RPGs. Peak.
Shout out to Scott on a retro rivals who played this for the
first time I think a year ago maybe or a year and a half and
he was blown away, blown away from this.
Are people like this better thanGrandy as a?
Yeah. No, listen, I'm not going to
fight. That I like this betting granny
too. Grandy 2 Grandy 2.
Grant is awesome. It was awesome.

(02:22:01):
I like this. This is 60 hours.
It's messed up 'cause I had I had a choice when I had my
Dreamcast to get either this or Grandia 2 and I got I picked
Grandia 2. They're both incred.
There's no wrong. There's no wrong decision.
I never got around to playing this.
I never played this. This is I always wanted to but I
never never got around really fucking I might.
Actually, pick that up. I might play it man.
It's good. This is with Akon VS.

(02:22:21):
Right Akon VS Yeah. OK, they're from or.
They'll probably say Vies most. Likely you know.
I'm like no VS sounds cooler. You don't know how to pronounce.
It they were bonus characters and Akira.
Dude, when I saw them, you don'tunderstand Charlie, you saw a
fuck pump that guy, I said. Even played a game I.
Said they're in this get. The fuck out of here dude.
Yeah, they were my favorite characters in in Valkyrie.
Oh, they're dude, Listen, anything with Skies of Arcadia.

(02:22:44):
I'm a about it. Bring them all back, remake them
all. I'm about that shit.
I'm never going to be opposed toany of that shit happening.
I mean, it, listen, it just shows that they think about it,
at least love it. So we'll see what happens.
Yeah, you. Got.
To use it, Ring Fit Master has apoint.
It could be nothing. Companies do refile trademarks

(02:23:04):
for that. A new jacket.
But I'll tell you. But clothing?
Apparel. But going back to what you said,
Shining Force three watch if that happens, if I'm alive to
see that day, if. There's even a rumbling.
No. If there's a map, if Al pops out
an article that says, hey, there's rumors of shut, I'm
going to be, first of all, I'm going to be drunk.
I'm going to be screaming. Over the entire podcast.

(02:23:25):
It would be crazy if it was likeSega's releasing a new Shining
Force 3. Collection.
Poster let me and I'd be like, am I going to find you?
Know what the deal is though? You could probably get the
trademark for that, but they said Sega doesn't even know a
title they owe anymore. That's crazy.

(02:23:46):
The funny thing is not to keep full skin, not to keep this
going for forever, but like, outof all every single title, you
do not hear anything about Shining Force.
Nothing. There's absolutely no whispers
about any. The only time Shining Force was
brought out was the Game Gear Mini or the mobile.
The mobile thing. Oh, and the man that company.
Look. Cool, they look beautiful.
And it got cancelled, but they. Said now we ain't got enough
money, we can't write. They didn't have enough money.

(02:24:08):
Fuck, fuck, what the fuck is going on?
That is fucked though. It's cursed.
It's cursed it. Wasn't live service enough?
No, that's exactly what we can't.
We can't translate, can't hardenthis into money and RIP people
off off of. The.
Fucking tiny Dick asshole. Damn, you would hear Dragon
Force or Mistaria before. That probably.
No, no, I will guarantee that that that's crazy, man.

(02:24:32):
You got. You're getting me mad.
All right, You know what? So we got two more articles real
quick. But I did.
You want to end off on a high note or no?
No. No, You want to get it out the
way? Fuck it.
Whatever, dude. If you want to get it out the
way, let's. All right, I'll pick this
article. Let's do this one.
More clicks. There we go.
Negativity. Yay, it sounds.
Listen. We all like talking about this

(02:24:54):
stuff. But that looks like Vince
McMahon, right? Young.
Young Vince. Pixels.
Young, Vince. Man, you're a fire.
Shame. Wow, gaming news.
That's it. It's just weird to read it up
there. The decline of physical video
game sales in 2024, of course. Let's talk about it for a SEC,
y'all. I don't want to talk about it.

(02:25:14):
Let me. Stop it.
US physical video game sales have dropped over 85% since
2008. Jesus Christ.
I mean that's a long time ago. That's true.
And if you think about it, how fast the decline of cassettes
happen when when MP threes were released like.
Very fast. Very.
Very fast. But he said now game is showing

(02:25:35):
nostalgia for physical copies, especially Nintendo Switch,
because listen, 150 million consoles, there's a lot of a lot
of games being sold there. And you ever seen people's
Switch collections in their backgrounds?
Like they got a lot they got. A lot.
Yeah, a lot of red walls behind.Actually, yeah, I to be honest,
I was looking at my physical collection.
I'm like, I didn't even realize I have a lot of physical.
Switch people. Even the Prince of Persia was

(02:25:57):
was physical. I have two.
I have a stand it that's it. 2. I only have two.
I have more than you. Yeah, anything strategy RPGI
have. I have two.
I have a lot of physical switch shapes also.
Instead of buying as high, instead of buying joy.
It's on my wall. I bring it with me and I have my
whole collection on my switch. I like that.
You're holding that and then thefile is corrupted and you're

(02:26:18):
outside. He's holding dark nuts.
Holding dark nuts like this. If you haven't dropped that
system all your saves like. Yeah, yeah.
Why? If your if your SD card is
corrupted, you lose all your games.
It's over. They took a cloud.
Might help you if you have. That have fun download re
downloading all that shit. I have the cloud.
It'll be fine. It will be fine.
And downloading. It selling all those for your
switch too. Yeah.

(02:26:39):
Transferring it. At least you can play them,
yeah. Actually.
For now. Not all of.
Them when their service fails you're going to miss all those
games. But they said some companies say
GameStop. I didn't know this.
GameStop is shifting to a pre-order only model for new
releases. I did not know this but it goes
to show you when the last time Ibought shadow what is it Shadow

(02:27:00):
colossus remake. That's the last game I bought
from GameStop and they ripped meoff and didn't give me my
pre-order bonus. They didn't give me my sword.
Wow. I'm.
Sure, if you've heard the podcast you heard that, but they
said limited rent games caters for to demands of physical
copies of limited releases also and they don't do too well with
getting those out to people. Which is unfortunate, but a

(02:27:20):
company who can do pretty well if they could do it.
Well now they with limited run games they have to have the game
like with after all the DLCS andthat's what I'm.
Saying I've got a company that can get you the game fast, they
will do pretty well in this in this era.
Look at that chart man. But it depends on how fast they
get the DLC out. That looks like a car.

(02:27:41):
What the hell? It's like a shoe.
Like a slipper, Jordan. That's a slipper or some shit
dude. That's the sales decline of
physical, that's. A Jordan futuristic car with no
wheel. But stop that.
Yes. But the audio listeners, it's a
graph. It looks like a slide that goes
down. There you go.
It's the RC program card like when you upgrade it to the this
thin one. That's what it is.

(02:28:01):
The decline of sales. But you know, it's always a
debate whether you know the convenience of digital versus
the ownership. I love physical.
Physical. I love physical dude.
I love both. I always thought, listen, I
don't mind, my Steam library is ridiculous.
I don't mind having like digitalgames as long as I had them if I
can. It's mine at any time, right?

(02:28:23):
That yeah, I own it. As a download, they can back up
somewhere else just in case you lose those it'd.
Be nice if one day we could selldigital games.
I mean, they had the plan. They didn't work out too well,
no. No, they'll figure out a way.
Yeah, I'm still mad. I don't have a physical of
either blasphemous one or two. It gets me upset I had a chance
to buy. It every second they're getting

(02:28:45):
more expensive every. Second, I know I had a chance to
buy it. It was it was 98 bucks.
Dude that's not like I stopped liking physical as much as I
used to. When the day after a game
releases it's $150 on eBay, I'm like, duh, I'm not.
Going to doing that. Come on, man, this game is new.
It's not even limited and it's not available and you guys are
selling it for double to triple.I can't.

(02:29:07):
Do that. I haven't bought too many games.
I didn't buy too many games lastyear like I bought.
That's a convention. I bought So what?
Fucked up the whole train of thought.
Too many, too many games. The Convention.
Yeah, too many games came out, Iguess.
But wait. Till April.
But I I bought Tekken 8 but I bought that digitally.

(02:29:28):
It is I got. Marvel Versus, I got the Marvel
Versus Capcom collection, I got the physical and I bought it
digitally. Digital.
Plus digital gets the discount sometimes.
Yeah. There's something good about I'm
not going to hate on digital, but there's like if it, it's
always strategy RPGs, dude, I'm like Unicorn.
I need the car, need the cartridge.

(02:29:49):
Valkyria Chronicles need the cartridge Fire Emblem cartridge
always. There's a Mortal Kombat 1 I got
I got I bought physical. I should have bought Tekken 8
physical. I wild out.
I still haven't even gotten the Halo.
I should have bought a physical.I haven't even gotten the latest
Halo physical. Yeah, well, no one did because
it wasn't releasable yet. Yeah, it's true, you're still
waiting on more of the game. I hate you.

(02:30:11):
You. Might as well buy it on the
switch. Shut up.
Shut. Your bitch ass up.
Two Tekken 8 and Tekken 5. Of course.
I think those are the only Thoseare the only two Tekken games I
don't have physical. Everything else digital.
I regret it. I like the fact that you could
bring, you know, digital games everywhere with you.
Yeah, you have all all of. Them that's community you don't

(02:30:33):
have to bring like so many a stack of physical.
Right. Have to worry about a kid
snapping in and have Yeah or losing it.
Makes sense? I got I got a physical copy.
No, I did I get this physical. I didn't get a physical copy of
Sparking 0. It sucks when I when you have so
many games, it's like you forgetif you have the game, if you own
the game, physical attention. Yeah, I hate that.
Shit. I looked at the thing on

(02:30:54):
PlayStation, it said 482 games and I don't remember that right.
I don't remember having 4. 100 like I played. 8 No, a lot of
them are from being a member, soyou don't know all the stuff
that you actually have and whether or not those games are
good because obviously sometimesyou just come to get all where.
I mean yes, I mean no, but Switch.

(02:31:17):
I mean, yeah. Yeah, every console has
shovelware, but sometimes you get a crazy game for like 15
bucks. Yeah, 5 bucks.
Humble Bundle. 2 bucks, $8 for five games.
Like you can't go, you can't go.Wrong with a bundle like Humble
Bundle is dope. Yeah, true, but like I said, the
games you hold like Near and Deity, even if you pay like $3,
if that's a game you love, get aphysical so you have it if it's

(02:31:40):
possible without paying 500 bucks.
And I was like, yo, how much is Double Dragon 20?
It's too much money. How much is Blast Master 2?
That's not even a good game. Too much money.
That's. Not even a good game.
I was trying to get the collections like 130 bucks for
that. No case.
Come on man. But yeah, that's the listen.

(02:32:02):
You'll hear about it forever, but 8080% is a big, big slide.
Is it enjoyable? It is.
I mean, depends on what you ask.Get ready for the inevitable.
But yeah, yeah, at least your house won't fill up with the
physical games everywhere. You never run out of space there
they're. Going to turn the stickers I
hope. They come up.

(02:32:22):
I hope they they invent like a new physical media.
That you can fold up I'm. Telling you it's going to be a
hard drive, you're going to findit.
Games are so big, man. It's like, yeah, chip, 2
terabytes. It's going to be a chip for one
game. It's going to be a chip.
I wouldn't mind it. Don't lose it.
Oh God, don't let your dog eat it.
Oh God. The whole collection on a

(02:32:44):
little. Oh.
Two terabyte, you ate that. No.
That's why I can't get those twothumb drive with the freaking TB
when I can't get myself to buy one because I would lose that
shit and be angry. Back it up.
Back it up. Get the small micro.
One you won't be playing. No game playing, no games, you
lost everything. Anyway, yeah, last article.

(02:33:07):
Oh, there's another one I forgot.
OK Avengers game leaked by new Marvel Report.
Whatever, if this is true, I mean, it's something I didn't
think about because I, you know, they've held so bad, it cost
them so much money. And those are licenses that are
expensive. But I mean, there's new Avengers
movies coming out, so I'm sure they're trying to bank off it.

(02:33:28):
So Disney is it? Yeah, Disney like they need more
money. Taking over the world, man.
But it said a new Avengers game is reportedly in development
separate from the 2020 release. Marvel insider Daniel RPK
revealed the news on his Patreon.
You know, how believable is that?
I don't know, but we're gonna gowith it.
The developer and publisher remain unannounced.

(02:33:50):
Square Enix is probably not involved because, you know,
loss. Of obvious, obvious.
Reasons and final case, you guyskeep that going.
Previous Avengers game was a commercial failure due to
pragmatic launch and updates andjust all sorts of things live
service. But Marvel aims for the game's
independence from the MCU, allowing developers creative

(02:34:13):
freedom. So that's interesting that they
just make solo games. That's not part of the movies.
You got a pivot. Man, it's it's a it's
encouraging because the messed up thing about like when it
comes to live service, if something fails, you don't want
your favorite franchise or IP failing with it because there
won't be a game for that for a long time because of failures

(02:34:36):
attached to that name now. But the fact that someone else
might be making an Avengers game, which is tons of movies
and characters that are everywhere of it, yeah, why the
fuck not? Do it and don't make it live
service and I'll buy it and makeit multiplayer and we'll have
fun. Like keep keep.
Watching. The Charlie Mac.

(02:34:59):
Hey Sega man, he. Said he says he's still playing
Avengers and Guardians. And you know what's messed up?
Because Guardians was not live service and people still
neglected it. Guardians was an underrated.
And everyone who's played it. Said it was great.
Yeah. They considered it was a failure
because it didn't do as good as they wanted and and had a stench
of Avengers because people thought it was good.

(02:35:20):
But the one thing I will give Avengers credit for is the
campaign is actually good. It is.
It holds up by itself. It's a good campaign.
I wish it was multiplayer but. It was 40 bucks and just the
campaign it would have been a super high success.
Yeah, I, I, it's true. I would be cool with it.
Because The funny thing is I wasthinking about the other day and
I'm like, it was so much fun playing that game.
Like the move, the move sets forevery character was fucking

(02:35:42):
dope. They would have complained that
it was so short, but. Yeah, I mean, what was it like
10-12 hours or whatever it was? Fine Vine.
For an action game, that's fine.Action game?
Make a solid game multiplayer and just keep adding DLC so
people could keep playing it andwe'll fuck with it.
That's it. Spider Man.
Yeah, remember Chalk got Spiderman.
Spiderman was in it. Chalk liked them.

(02:36:03):
The. Place the face of somebody who
died inside. But I did hear good things about
Guardians if they did make an Avengers game that or even just
an action game or whatever. It's still those characters are
still fun to play. It who?

(02:36:24):
Just not going to want to be TheAvengers.
Like, especially now that you know, The Avengers that they
came out with this back in the day, like, who cares?
Where's Maxman? But now, after those movies,
you. Can't you have to like and it'll
it'll, it'll like make it betterto because like the other game
made everyone feel sour, you know, like.
As long as the claims not makingit, I'm OK.

(02:36:45):
Claim. I don't need EXO man of war or
anything like that but. You know Widow was.
Awesome in the marvelous Avengers.
Dude she was a lot of fun. All the characters were awesome
in this game. I just watching this clip makes
me want to play like I miss playing this game.
Probably the combat and everything was great.
It was so. Good.

(02:37:05):
So many different characters andthey pulled it off.
Yeah, they did. But people will never know about
this. Dude, it's so funny.
Like you could do crazy stuff. Like you could pin somebody
against the wall with your hammer.
Hammer yes, And then Captain America could run up on him and
beat him up while Thor still fighting in the background
throwing Thunder at people like.Combat was so.
Solid, fun multiplayer. So solid.
It just didn't have the right like make it a real game with

(02:37:29):
multiplayer imagine. Should never.
That false is like just not justjust what it was it.
Was live service does not work for everything.
It was. It was.
That potential dude, when I whenI found out I was like, wait,
Cat Marvel was supposed to be inthis bitch.
And then like I Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, I said go fuck
yourselves every everyone of Oh my God, I was so mad.

(02:37:49):
I'm like so much on the table. Man they could have added
Thanos. Could have.
Seriously, the whole movie. Like whole mission.
Base there's Sentinels in the background.
Come on man. Those weren't Sentinels, those
are just robots. Robots with big heads Robots.
With they did Spider man very good.
Spider Man was done very well. Not not as good as spider man
the game, but damn. Close, no, but it they made him

(02:38:11):
close really well within that. Yeah, good.
Yeah, for for that engine. The engine, he was really great.
Really great. Yeah, but of course not.
No, of course it was not. Last one here.
You better not be better than spider man.
Imagine that. I'd be yeah, no way.
They said an earlier THQ Avengers game was cancelled due
to financial issues. Imagine losing 200 mil or 300

(02:38:33):
mil after that That's that's financially insomnia much to.
Take that shit. I mean they're doing Wolverine
and stuff and apparently venom people keep saying venom game.
Listen, I'm sorry about Ninja Gaiden.
I I was wrong when if you listento the podcast say where the
hell do they get this Ninja Gaiden news?
I was wrong. There was a Ninja Gaiden for my
bad. Someone someone had an insider

(02:38:54):
on. The inside I was like where is
this coming from? Inside, inside they got you man.
And they got listen to my surprises.
I like those games. But they said a new game aims to
learn from the past mistakes anddeliver a successful AAA title.
Just I hope so. Just give me AF, you win title.
I don't care about AAA anything.Give me a fun title, that's all

(02:39:15):
I care. Bring the same fun that happened
that we had before. Yeah, I'm good with it.
Yeah, that's a lot. That's all the news, right?
Yeah. Man, that's the.
News now going back to Sega. No.
Oh, God. Joking.
I'm joking. Actually, let's.
