They chatted about how close Brad Lambert and Elias Salomonsson have been to cracking the NHL and whether they’ve done enough to do it. They also talked about how Kyle Connor, Mark Scheifele, and Gabe Vilardi have been united once again and how long (or short) that leash will be.
To wrap up, they chatted about surprises from camp, Cole Perfetti’s contract and upcoming season, and some storylines to watch going forward.
