So when the police came infront of the building, everybody

So when we came out thebuilding he took off running.
The police started chasing him.
I ran over there and startedswinging on the police.
So we get locked up, orwhatever the case may be.
So we both go to the beacon.

I copped out the 45 days forobstructing government

My brother's case got dismissedso I only had like four months
left on parole.
I was getting off parole April25th 2002.
I believe that was on aThursday.
So I pled guilty to 45 days.
They violated my parole.
I went to the sixth buildingand then I went to C-95.

My brother stood in the beaconuntil his case got dismissed and
then he went back to downstateand then they released him.
So after all this happened, orwhatever the case may be, so I
get out in April.
My cousin, mia Larry's lovesister, she's out there fucking
with this white dude named Ember.

supposedly he killed Ricky Daleback in the days allegedly, and
he was running aroundcloud-shapes and saying that he
did that shit.
So I wasn't really even fuckingwith him to begin with.
So long story short I wound upgetting arrested and I wound up
doing five years down the line.
But the day when I ran into himI actually wound up shooting at
somebody.

And then I ran into him like twominutes after the shoot
happened and I jumped in his car.
He just happened to be drivingby, so I didn't, I didn't know
him, but I knew him, vice versa.
So then he starts coming aroundwith my cousin and she's like
oh yeah, this is my boyfriend,this that and the third.

the case may be.
So long story short.

We go over to the crib onenight some niggas was hiding
over there by the bushes andcome to find out it was the
nigga who wound up shooting thenigga 50 cent.
The rapper oh the nigga thathit him nine times.

He was on the run from the fed,the atf, and he told me he was

because Enver wound upthreatening him.
And a couple days later theywas over there hiding behind 693

It was like 1.30 in the morning.
I just seen a big-ass handgunpointed at my face and the nigga

out and niggas just startletting off like maybe I don't

The nigga, edward, threw the carin reverse the in reverse the
black suburban and he put the indrop and he sped off.
They chased us from hendersonall the way to saint vincent's
hospital.
Emma jumped out the car, Ijumped in the driver's seat and

So when all this happened, thepolice called my phone.
About like 20 minutes later itwas yeah, um, the confidential

informant we shot and we're justtrying to figure out who has
this car.
And I'm like confidentialinformant, like what the fuck
are you talking about?
So I thought this was like sometype of prank.
So I said no, I got his car.
This is Spree Johnson, such andsuch, such and such.
They told me to drive the carto the hospital.
And I got to the hospital, thepolice, they locked me up.

Just hearing that, why wouldyou drive the car to the
hospital if the police just saidthat I would have never did
anything that they asked me todo?

But my whole thing was this Ididn't want them to think I had
something to do with it.
And not only that, when theywere talking to me, ember was in
the background telling me tobring the car to the hospital.

He was like yo, spree, it's thepolice, bring the car to the
hospital.
So I drove over to the hospital, got out the car, they locked
me up, they put me in the lineup.

Ember came down there to theprecinct, to the 120 precinct,
and ember said nah, that wasn'thim.
So then they released me.
So what happened was when allthat happened and whatever the
case may be.
So we were still hanging overthere at 692 henderson avenue,
ember, mia selling drugs out thecrib.
I wasn't selling no drugs.
Anybody that know me know I'm arobber.

Yeah, I was running aroundsnatching niggas, chains, doing
stupid shit or whatever the casemay be.
I was never really into thatdrug dealing shit.
That wasn't my thing.
So we come out the crib one day.
Si just came home.
I believe SI came home June 8th, 2002 or June 18th.
He wasn't even home like a weekwhen all this can happen.

So we come out the crib one daywe see some black dudes in
front of the crib.
So we didn't know who they was.
We thought they was the ops.
So the nigga SI One got somehammers from that red ass nigga
Junie From New Bryant Everybodyknow Junie Wally shot him back
in the days.
Junie snitched on the nigga.
So, long story short, si Waynegot some hammers, or whatever

I just came over there.
Ember calls me.
He's like yo because Ember wasselling like, basically coke.

he was hustling, but I just gaveit to him to get rid of it.

So once you got released from the precinct, did
you put niggas on that Ember wasa rat because the police called
you and said he was aconfidential informant.

Yes, I blew it up and I said something to Enver about
it.
I said, enver, why would youhave the police call my phone?
He said no, I told them thatyou was with me, so I didn't
tell on you.
But they wanted to know wherethe call was because they were
trying to retrieve the ballisticevidence.
So that's how I looked at it.
I didn't really pay it no mind.

I had like $300 worth of workon me and I gave it to him.

So I was over there hanging outwith them in the crib and I

fucking police come bust thedoor down.

, the police came bust the doordown.
They lock everybody up.

He got caught with the twohammers ember and me got caught
with like 120 grams of coke.
They got locked up.

They locked me up and theylocked some other bitch up that
was in the room with me.
So we all go to court, everybodygets out of, whatever the case
may be.
Well, amber didn't get out.
He went to Brooklyn house.
I went to Brooklyn house, siwent to Brooklyn house.
So SI bail was 50,000.
Amber bail, I think, was like10,000 or some shit like that

and they gave me a thousanddollar bail.
So my brothers wound up gettingme out the next day when I went
to Brooklyn House.
I called him.
The next day I got out.
So, um, long story short, orwhatever case may be.
So when we in court, nigga, si,the police coming in and they
like, oh you, just you've beenindicted.
So they indicted him for thoseguns.
And then the ESU niggas cameand got him from Brooklyn House.

Okay, so yeah, because I don'teven know about that whole shit
about the predicate felon shitabout him cutting people I heard
about it Cause I know someniggas that he shot a front on
and whatever the case may be,but I wasn't paying that shit,

So long story short, he getslocked up.
He goes to fucking NIC.

We go up there and visit him.
We got locked up that Thursday.
I got up Friday.
That Saturday we went up thereto go see him.
He got bailed out that Mondaybefore he went back to court.

So couple months about like amonth and a half down the line

So what happened was we was inport richmond.

I saw he had it at his mom'shouse at 80 Greenleaf Street.
But meanwhile and they getembers giving the nigga outside
of him and walk around with, orwhatever the case may be.
So, long story short, the niggaget locked up by the feds.
Now he beat up all in and, likeOctober 2002, um, she got him

locked up for punching her inthe face.
And when he got arrested, theACF, they had a warrant for him
and the police told him in theprecinct oh yeah, oh well, the
fed's been looking for you.
They locked the up.
So now he get locked up, orwhatever the case may be.
And then the atf came to mymom's house.

It was two federal agents.
They came to my mom's house.
This was like november 2002,the end of oct, it was about
early November.
So my mom's answered the doorand she's like how may I help
you?
They're like yeah, we'relooking for Gerald Johnson.
She's like well, he don't livehere.
They said oh listen, we gotinformation that Ember and SI

got a hit out on your son.

So basically, what happened wasthis so when they came to my
mom's house that day, they gaveher a subpoena.
They said listen, um, your sonhas to come to, uh, 275 Cadman

Um, he has a subpoena for thegrand jury.
We're trying to lock these guysup.
We know that SI cut him.
It's a $10,000 hit on him andwe want him to cooperate.
We know he's looking at fiveyears right now for armed
robbery and if he wants tocooperate with us, he won't go
to jail.
We'll get him out of thatsentence.
And I told him I'm not doingthat shit, Point fucking blank,

I said I'm not doing thatbecause I didn't know shit to
begin with.
I wasn't fucking with SI likethat.
So To begin with I wasn'tfucking with SI like that.

So what happened was I was on bail for armed robbery.

And first they came without thepolice and told the nigga to

So eventually the police lockedthe dude up.
He gets locked up, he tells onme.
So one day I'm walking aroundone of my minutes, the police
jump out on me asking me for id.
I'm like for what?
I told them my name.
They're like oh, your name isnot, uh, gerald ashton, your
name is gerald johnston.

So they're like oh well, youwant to fall on robbery.
I want them fighting with thepolice.
They fuck me up.
They jump me, punch me, kick me, all that shit and whatever.
They lock me up.
So I go to court.
I get locked up, get remanded,get bailed out.
My bail was $25,000 and I goton an $8,500 bond with three

signatures.
So now I got indicted for thecase eventually because Enver
got me a lawyer that was one ofhis lawyers, but the lawyer was
working with the fucking DA thewhole time, unbeknownst to me.
I didn't know nothing aboutthis because I know, technically
, when you go to court threetimes and they don't have a case

against you, the case has toget dismissed with prejudice.

And I already know because Enver got you that
lawyer after you already knew hewas a rat.

No, this was before that.
Oh, okay, this was before Allthis other shit started coming
out after the fact, and this iswhy I stood away from him.
Okay, and then the lawyer wastelling me oh, you got to give
me some money.
I'm like I'm not giving younothing.
So what the lawyer did was well, I'm not going to be able to
represent you if you're notgoing to pay me.
I said, okay, no fuckingproblem, because I know I was
was going to jail anyway.

So my whole thing was just likewhatever.
They offered me eight years andthey came back.
They offered me five years.
So I was out on bail and I saidfuck it, I'm going to take this
shit to trial and dude's goingto have to come to court.
And then I'm just going to pickup and I'm going to skip town,
and then they're going to haveto found me guilty and absentee.
So you ended up doing that fiveI want to do in five years.

So what happened was I was outon bail.
I want to shoot with some critnigga named hostile from new
brain, but he used to be in PortRichmond.
Um, I saw McGee.
His uncle was mr McGee from ps4, from is 49 back in the day.
The loose short midget niggaokay.
So I got to some shit with him.
I want him shooting a nigga andhe told on me.

We got to a big-ass shootout onbroad daylight.
It was like 3 o'clock in theafternoon.
It was January 31st 2002.
This was on Friday and it wasraining outside and I remember
that day Claire's Day Two daysbefore that, me and him was
arguing.
I smacked the nigga and he ran.
He came back with some cripnigga named dave from flatbush

and pulled out the 44.
Had a big ass 44.
He pulled that out on me and Ididn't even have a gun on me.
I had my knees in my arm and Ibluffed him like I had a gun.
He jumped in the car and ranoff.
Then I ran in the crib andgrabbed a gun, or whatever the
case may be.
So when I ran down on castletonavenue I was going to start
blowing at the niggas but it wasmad traffic and I didn't want
to shoot no innocent bystander,so I left it alone.
The came back two days laterand then we want to get into a
big bang out and I shot him.

I didn't even know I shot himbecause he was with the dude
dave and three other crit niggasit was two, it was two other
dudes in the bench.
So we got to a big ass shootouton maple avenue, port richmond,
when that bar was on the corner, the block block, the next
block down from Port RichmondAvenue, yeah, so we wound up
getting into a shootout.
The nigga grabbed onto the cardoor.

I had a non-ruler.
I bust like 15 shots at thenigga.
I didn't even know I shot thenigga.
He was holding onto the cardoor and I was running behind
the nigga shooting at the nigga.
So he got shot.
He went to the hospital inBrooklyn shot.

He told officer Brown andofficer Gershon same ones who
killed our case.
So the next morning they came tomy mom's house looking at me,

they tried to knock the doordown and all this other shit or
whatever to arrest me.
So I had a warrant for myarrest and, mind you, I was
already on bail for that robbery.
So I was supposed to go back tocourt February 8th 2002 for
that robbery.
I believe it was a Monday,wednesday.
I didn't go to court because Iknew they was going to be there
to arrest me.
So, long story short, the niggaEdwards locked up at MDC.

So what happened was when allthis shit went down, they gave
my mother the subpoena.
They told me I had to come downto answer the subpoena so they
was going to issue a warrant formy arrest.
So I went down there, I wentdown there, I went down there.
I seen only george, which was sos girl, that rat bitch, and I
seen that nigga, junie, that ratass nigga also.

So when I'm on the escalatorgoing upstairs, they coming down
the escalator.
That shit was just like thatmovie pride and glory, when the
nigga shot that nigga in thebathroom and the cop and norton
was going up the steps and theother two niggas was coming down
looking at him.
It was just like that.
The niggas were staring at me.
So I went upstairs.
There was some lawyer there andI say, oh listen, my name is
Gerald Johnson, the ATF.
They came to my mother's housesuch and such, such and such.

This is the subpoena they gaveme.
They told me I had to come herefor a grand jury.
But it wasn't no grand jury, itwas the USs attorney.
Her name was colleen cavanaugh.
So he was like um, yeah, um, uh,willie smith and only george
just left.
They want to talk to you.
Do you have anything to say tothem?
I said, listen, I don't gotnothing to say to them.

I don't know nothing aboutnothing.
This, that and the third whenwe was in the house that day
when that got raided, whateverhappened happened.
I didn't have nothing on methat had nothing to do with me.
They called me into the room,the us attorney's in there, and
she's like oh um, we're askingquestions about emblem of many
and such and such.
I said, listen, I don't knownothing about nothing.
She said you sure?
I said I don't know nothing.
She said you can leave.

So what they turned around anddid was they let ember back out
on the street to set us upbecause I didn't want to tell on
him.
