(00:00):
Now Brian Fitzherbert on the other side. We're
gonna be talking about Charlie Kirk. We now
return you to the Klein Time Freedom Zone
on this talk 1,492.3,
w o n d.
Oh, yeah. Welcome back to the program. Good
to be with you here on this tenacious
Tuesday edition of the Cline Time radio show.

(00:21):
Always appreciate that opportunity. We got Brian Fitzherbert
on the line. Brian coming to you in
just a moment. I wanna remind our friend.
Brian is, waiting patiently, folks. Brian Fitzherbert.
You normally hear him on Fridays, with Ann
Baker in the 11:00 hour for Fitzherbert, Friday.
And every now and then, we get to
have him on our program if he's available.

(00:41):
Today, he happens to be, and we're ecstatic
about it.
Unfortunately, the topic,
is is well, there's there's two sides to
the topic. There is a great aspect to
the to the topic, and that is the
Charlie Kirk story
and what has been resonating since he was
assassinated.
The obvious bad part about it is that

(01:01):
he's no longer with us. So with that,
we have Brian Fitzherbert
joining us to talk about it all. Brian,
thanks for your time today. Appreciate it.
Dan, thanks for having me. Yes. So, Brian,
you know, you what prompted me to reach
out to you was the clip that I
saw that you had posted of Charlie, and
I played it at the opening today's program,

(01:21):
a montage
of things that he has said. Needless to
say, the web is all full of lies,
misinformation,
misdirection,
snippets that are taken out of context,
that do not in any way reflect
Charlie Kirk as a person,
what he was all about.

(01:42):
It really it's it's an abomination. I called
it an abomination at the beginning of the
program because it is. It's it's just incredible.
And even when the folks are shown
that their their thoughts
and their ideas about Charlie are wrong,
Brian,
they dig they don't care. They they suspend
reality and stay

(02:03):
in their little hate bubble.
I know there's a lot here.
Take it from the top. Your thoughts about
Charlie, your thoughts about the response to some
by some to Charlie's passing,
and and the fact that his his legacy
is reverberating where they thought that they eliminated
one person, but maybe they did. But now
you've got thousands where there was one. Talk

(02:25):
about Charlie Kirk a little bit. Brian Fitzgerald.
Yeah. So it's been a tough week. Obviously,
this was a political assassination
on Charlie Kirk.
'31 years old, four years younger than me.
He's married, had two young children,
and had been an instrumental
piece of getting Donald Trump elected in 2024

(02:46):
with his Turning Point USA.
He was just unlike anyone else. I mean,
he was younger than me, but he was
light years ahead,
with regard to his vision, with regard to
what he tried to accomplish.
And he basically
is smarter than a lot of us. He
realized that the Republican party as it was
was a broken framework to try to reach

(03:08):
out,
get low propensity voters,
get, people registered, knock on doors, doing what
truthfully the Republican party should be doing. But
he realized as an 18 year old that
that just wasn't happening in 2012,
and so he he decided that I'm gonna
take a stab at this, and he formed
Turning Point USA.
And what he's been able to turn that
into, a nearly $100,000,000,

(03:31):
enterprise from just pure will and entrepreneurialship,
it it's just one of it's just one
of amazing things. And, again, he facilitated
conversations and debate
and dialogue. He encouraged people who disagreed with
him on anything and everything
to engage in a conversation and debate on
facts and give them an opportunity

(03:52):
to make their case or, in a sense,
prove him wrong, which they never did. And
he was able to master
tools like social media, and we're talking about
YouTube, we're talking about TikTok, we're talking about
Instagram, Facebook, you name it, to video these
exchanges because you're never gonna convince the person
you're debating. That's what people forget. You're never
gonna convince the person you're debating to change

(04:14):
their mind. It's the person that's listening or
it's the person that's watching that's going to
have their mind changed. That's a great point.
Was very good at that. That is a
great point. That is an outstanding point. He
was an excellent communicator, but the thing about
him that and I was saying this earlier,
Brian,
while I'm I'm certainly was well aware of
Charlie, I know he was having a big

(04:35):
impact with the young people. Every now and
then, I'd see a clip of him on
canvas, and I'd be like, yeah. Go, man.
Go. Because somebody had to do what he
was doing, and he was doing it.
But I was not
embroiled in all that he had done.
And it just seems to me that when
you look at videos of him and his
exchanges,

(04:56):
he is really inviting people to have a
you you would think the left would be
you know, it would be like Ronald Reagan.
They don't really like his ideas,
but they love him because
he would invite
engagement and conversation. You would think the left
would wrap their hands around that.
Yeah. Well, that's what they fear.

(05:16):
Good at proving
the point. I mean, this is a this
is a normal guy who profess to get
married, have children, praise God, go to church,
and focus on issues that matter in this
country, being a patriot and focusing on policy
issues that maximize individual freedom.
And, unfortunately, there are too many people

(05:38):
that can't stand when they're defeated. Their bubble
is popped. They don't live in reality. They
live in some made up fantasy world where
they think their ideas are the only ideas.
And this is what is so pathetic about
everything that's going on. Individuals
or organizations or people that try to stop
people from having a podium, a microphone, or

(05:58):
anything from someone who disagrees with them, whether
it's policy or whether it's how to approach
policy, even if you're on the same side.
If you try to snuff out debate,
you're you're worse than anything because you're afraid
that your ideas are wrong, that your ideas
and your principles
are not what people believe, or even better
yet, twisted and evil. And he's proven that

(06:21):
time and time again by allowing these individuals
to make their own
words that describe how they're wrong.
Yeah. No. There's no two ways about it.
They get angry when there's no argument there.
There's no foundation for the arguments. There's nothing
else left
but to lash out. And, Brian, we gotta
take a break. I hope you could stay
with us at least, for this half hour

(06:42):
if you can. If you can, I understand?
But I I I also wanted to point
out, Brian, because I think this is extremely
important and it's been lost in all the
coverage of Charlie.
Everybody that attended his events
on campus all over the country, whether they
were on his side or they were there,
in opposition to him,

(07:02):
nobody forced anybody to attend.
They all attended on their own accord. Don't
you find that fascinating?
I do. I do. No one forced them
to be there. No one forced him to
go up to the microphone
to debate him or to ask him questions.
They chose to make that decision, and he
allowed it so that that exchange could be

(07:24):
seen. He promoted debate of different ideas,
and he was killed
by a twisted evil individual
who decided that he could not be he
could not stop Charlie Kirk with anything other
than a bullet. And as a result, that
was probably the biggest mistake ever.
Well and we'll leave it on there, and

(07:45):
then we'll come back on the other side.
And I wanna pick it up on that
note. He really was
they hate him because he is so effective.
I mean, never,
as I find out more and more about
him and and I have to agree with
you, Brian. I think you might have posted
something to this effect,
even with the clip that, I saw this
morning.
He definitely would be in the running to

(08:06):
be a future president of The United States.
There's no two ways about it. He's a
very articulate
individual and an outstanding communicator. In any event,
stay right there. We'll continue. We've got Brian
Fitzherbert on the line. He's the president for
Liberty and Prosperity.
You can get more information on that great
organization at libertyandprosperity.com.
Spell at the end, libertyandprosperity.com.

(08:27):
And if you're so inclined,
don't be afraid to hit that donate button
in the top hand right of the page.
It's been an organization been around since 02/2003,
and they do a lot of good things.
You just heard Seth talking about the, history
book on South Jersey that they're putting together.
In any event, we'll be right back to
continue with Brian Fitzherbert in just a moment
here on the Cline Time But I love

(08:49):
you like a song. I like to put
my own to cry.
We now return you to the Klein Time
Freedom Zone on News Talk fourteen hundred and
ninety two point three, w o n d.
Yeah. Welcome back to the program, and thanks
for letting us be a part of your
South Jersey afternoon. We're talking with Brian Fitz

(09:10):
Herbert, the president of Liberty and Prosperity. They've
been around since 02/2003,
long before there were any tea parties.
There was Liberty and Prosperity,
and they've been going strong ever since. You
can get more great information at libertyandprosperity.com.
Spell out the end, libertyandprosperity.com.
We've been talking about Charlie Kirk's,
assassination,

(09:31):
and the, reverberations
of things after the fact. Brian, let we
got a few minutes left before the bottom
of the hour.
And so I wanna ask you about those
reverberations.
There's so many different things to talk about,
and certainly we'll, you know, we'll be talking
about Charlie for a long, long time to
come. But those reverberations,

(09:51):
they thought they took down and I say
they.
What what do you say about the possibility
there could be some do you buy into
any of that any of that that there
might be some conspiratorial
aspect to this?
So I'll touch upon that in a second.
I wanna kinda circle back to what you
said before the break about the post that
I've been putting on social media, those who

(10:12):
follow me up, you know, Brian can follow
me on. Oh, yeah. About being president. Yep.
Yep.
Yep. Yeah. So there there's a few things
there. So I've been posting consistently
videos and and things that I can possibly
provide that showed who Charlie Kirk was. And
I said countless times that there is no
question in my mind this this man would
have been president because he had

(10:34):
that factor, that it factor
that is only among,
you know, a a few. And I've even
posted
snippets from his now widow's
speech.
And the amount of vitriol
and or or direct messages that I've received
with regard to any of these things is

(10:54):
appalling.
And anyone can talk about this. I'm sure
they've seen it in their social media. I'm
sure they've heard about it. The reactions
to these posts, these reactions to this assassination,
it it's just you cannot reason with people
who do not
just live in reality that operate and react

(11:14):
this way. And they're all complaining going boohoo
that they're losing their jobs. Yes. They have
the first amendment right to say any and
all evil and vitriol things, but that doesn't
mean that they have to have right to
a job and people are gonna keep them
employed because of who they are. And this
is, unfortunately,
one of the side effects,
of this whole thing as things continue to

(11:35):
unfold,
and even more so. Charlie's voice is louder
now than it ever ever could have been
or ever will be. And we're all Charlie
Kirk right now. And as to your point
with whether or not this is a larger
conspiracy,
The deputy director of the FBI and the
director of the FBI
have provided,
snippets of evidence that this is a bigger

(11:57):
conspiracy,
but we have to be patient, and we
have to watch as things unfold.
Yes. There was a press conference about a
half hour ago, maybe forty five minutes ago,
that revealed
just twisted and evil correspondence with this this
this utterly demonic
assassin and his his roommate,
and more so. It's just

(12:18):
more come, I'm sure, and it's just devastating.
And, you know, I'm I'm gonna have to
ask the obvious question, but, and I'm sure
everybody listening is gonna feel the same way
I do, but I'm just gonna ask it
just to get it out there in the
public domain more than anything else. I'm sure
you probably feel the same way. Should there,
be discovered,
tentacles

(12:40):
that,
lend to logistical support for this, assassination that
took place?
I'm presuming you and myself I mean, certainly
me. I think anything that I mean, sometimes
these things get swept that you can't I
mean, we're still you know, the the the
the details surrounding the assassination attempt on president
Trump and all the things that occurred after

(13:00):
that fact, it just makes one wonder
if there is gonna be that due diligence
to get to the bottom. And more importantly,
hold somebody or those accountable if there is
any inside action, any, additional support that was
provided that would lend itself to,
being a, a conspirator or a coconspirator?

(13:23):
Well, the FBI director will go where the
evidence takes him as well as those professionals
on the ground, and that's that's what we
can hope for. You know, there's gonna be
discussions. There's gonna be theories. There's gonna be
thoughts. But ultimately, where the evidence takes you
and the accountability that follows,
whether or not it's,
those in the family, whether it's those in

(13:43):
the social circle or or more,
take a follow follow the evidence
and prosecute and hold accountable as necessary. Look,
this individual
is gonna be tried, he's gonna be convicted,
and he's gonna be executed. And justice will
be given to the Kirk family. But it's
a long road ahead, and it's it's not
gonna be an easy one.

(14:04):
Brian, my last question. We got a couple
minutes left. I I asked Seth this.
I'll ask you the same question. It's not
an easy answer. It's a it's an opinion
question because nobody has the the the direct
answer. We don't know. It deals with the
future.
But we as a country have found ourselves
in tangled. You know, you have talked about
it. Seth talked about it. People are listening.

(14:25):
They've seen it online
where this is this segment,
who really is inhumane and how they are
responding to the death of one of their
fellow brethren or citizens even if they disagree
with them. Hey. The guy was a family
man. He was an all around good guy.
People loved him. The little girl runs across
the TV set to hug her dad. Oh

(14:45):
my goodness gracious.
Brian,
and I after asking Seth this, I it
popped into my head. I asked Seth, I'm
gonna ask you, is there how do we
get untangled? Is there a way forward?
And then it dawned on me, one possible
path forward
is what is happening with the young people,
the reverberation from Charlie Kirk in that if

(15:06):
there is an overwhelming
America
that just doesn't go down the,
road the left wants to take it, that
might be enough to quell it. But let
me ask you, what do you think it's
gonna take to get us out of this
mess?
You know, it's it's something I pondered for
almost a week now, and

(15:27):
it I have faith that Charlie's vision for
young people to facilitate these conversations, these debates,
that just because someone disagrees with you, that
doesn't mean you go get a weapon and
you kill them for their views.
But maybe maybe the the chosen name that
Charlie has for his organization, Turning Point, had

(15:49):
more meaning
than he or anyone else ever realized Wow.
Because this could quite possibly be that turning
point for us all, and I pray that
it is. I pray it is too. Brian
Fitzherber, thank you so much for your time,
buddy. Are you gonna be on with Ann
this Friday at eleven, bro?
I will be. Thank you, Brian. Brian Fitzherber,
appreciate it. President, Liberty and Prosperity, more info

(16:10):

And, of course, and then Brian's on with
Anne at 11:00, 11AM on Fridays for Fitzherber
Friday. Thanks so much, Brian. We'll
