(00:00):
Good morning and there's a lot of new
stuff posted at libertyandprosperity.com
and I hope everybody will not only go
to those post
but if you like them share them on
Facebook share them on Twitter
cause there's really important information that has to
get out there.
And and going to what you're talking about,
we have to keep our eye on the
ball.
(00:21):
And we have to win an election,
in November.
And the early voting starts in just a
month.
So we have to stop doing stuff that
makes us feel good
and start doing stuff that's actually going to
help Jack Cattarelli win the election.
And, you know, because we can't do anything.
(00:42):
If if Mikey Sherrill becomes governor of New
Jersey for four years, it's gonna do bad
things for New Jersey. But it's also gonna
give a signal that,
that Trump overplayed his hand, that Trump is
out of touch, that Trump's on his way
out, and as he's gonna lose the, you
know, Republican majority in Congress.
So it's so important to to put the
(01:02):
focus there.
And so,
when when you want to say, yeah, we're
finally teaching those those liberals a lesson.
We are, but we have to make it
clear
that it's not because of Trump bullying. Because,
you know, when Trump has that, you know,
starts taking credit for stuff,
to say, yeah. I I I'm getting these
guys off the air. I'm the big bully.
(01:23):
And it just plays into the hand,
of the Democrats who are trying to get
the voters we want.
I think the best way to handle this,
by the way, when people start talking about
Jimmy Kimmel,
is not to say, yeah. Yeah. We're gonna
we're gonna straighten things out on TV,
to to say what you said at the
beginning. Well, how does it feel?
(01:44):
I mean, you don't have to go back
to Johnny Carson. You know, go back to
Jay Leno.
Jay Leno was basically forced into early retirement,
because he made jokes,
that embarrassed,
Obama. Remember that? Yes.
You know, because he was healthy. He was
had ratings. He was going everywhere.
But, he he was that was the message.
(02:06):
You can make fun of anybody you want
to, but not Obama or the Democrats.
And also Tim Allen with Home Improvement
was also forced out of TV at the
height of his popularity.
So I think the best way instead just,
you know, jumping on the bandwagon. Yeah. We're
teaching them a lesson.
Yeah. To to take that attitude when we're
talking to,
(02:26):
you know, to Democrats
or or people who aren't with us
in our family.
You know, because they're because they're already Michael
Sheryl saying, I'm standing for the First Amendment.
I think we all have the right to
to express our views, and this is horrible.
It's happening.
So if if you remind people just Jay
Leno and Tim Allen, I think that puts
things into perspective.
(02:47):
And and the second thing, and I talked
about this a couple of weeks ago,
you know, that the the key group of
voters
against
Jack Ciattarelli, who are for Mikey Sherrill, are
women
and, you know, people under the age of
30.
So we have to and every one of
us
listening
knows a voter in that category.
(03:09):
And it's important to remember when you say
that, they say that Mikey Sheryl is up,
two points in the polls or four points
or six points in the polls.
Remember that every democrat vote you flip for
Jack
is by getting two votes.
So if, if someone is up four points
in the poll and you get two of
their supporters
(03:30):
to vote for your candidate,
your candidate picks up two votes, but the
other candidate loses two votes.
So if you want to decide how to
spend your energy
during the next month helping Jack Cinerelli win,
you need to appeal or we'll we all
doing it. We all have to appeal
to the voters
(03:51):
who are leaning the other way.
Of course, we also have to make sure
that all the people who lean our way
show up to vote.
We have to get them registered. We have
about two or three more weeks to get
people registered to vote. And then you have
to get people to vote by mail, get
vote early,
get all that stuff so that we get
a 100% of our vote out. Because even
(04:12):
if we have the support of most people,
if a 100 of their people vote and
only 80% of our people vote, we're gonna
lose another winnable election. So I I think
we have to, you know, focus,
you know, look at the, the what was
it that the the guy, the seven habits
of highly successful people
always start at the beginning with the end
(04:33):
in mind.
So the end in mind is the November
election.
And,
yeah. How do we how do we do
that though? What are your suggestions?
Well, here are a couple of things. First,
start with the obvious lies.
Bring it up. You've all seen the TV
ads. Jack Ciarrelli wants a 10% sales tax
New Jersey that would include
(04:55):
all food and clothing.
That is such a big lie. Yes. And
I just wanna make it clear. Yes. In
June 4,
Jack Ciattarelli was at a town hall meeting
at Hasbrooke Heights.
And somebody asked him a question.
Well, why do we have an income tax?
Why can't we be like other states that
don't have an income tax? And of course,
Jack Chedrale is an accountant.
(05:17):
He gives us great answer. He says, well,
you have states like Tennessee.
You know, they don't have an income tax,
but they have a high sales tax. In
fact, Tennessee
has a 10% sales tax on,
on everything, including clothing and food.
And that's what he said.
So for for Mikey Sherrill to say based
(05:38):
on him answering a question like that
means that he's,
for,
you know, a sales tax in New Jersey
at 10% that includes food and clothing, and
they they pretend to document that footnote. Yeah.
Jack Chiarelli said that on June
2025.
It's just a big absolute lie.
And and we we've got to point that
(05:58):
out,
because then it comes if if if Mikey
Sherrill, the Democrats lying about that. You know,
she's lying about everything.
But what I find even more offensive, and
this is something to bring up to the
other members of your family, the way Mikey
Sheryl lied about Charlie Kirk.
He said that that Charlie Kirk
presented quote, vile
(06:20):
views,
and and that he was a Christian nationalist.
See that that, her exact words, Charlie Kirk
was advocating for a Christian nationalist government
to roll back the rights of women and
black people, and that he had racist and
anti American views.
Now, as we talked about on countless times
in the videos,
(06:41):
that was not Charlie Kirk at all.
You know, Charlie Kirk would go into college
campuses and he would
take on these, issues. He'd say, well,
you know, prove me wrong.
Your your college education is a waste of
money. They're indoctrinating you. They're not teaching you
anything.
And and then, they will say, well, yeah,
(07:03):
I'm I'm learning about this and that. And
then Charlie Kirk would would point out the
stuff that they weren't learning.
Or if Charlie Kirk would say something like,
you know, people should be hired and promoted
based on their skill and achievement.
Is that racist?
Of course, it's not racist.
And Charlie Kirk never said anything about gays
or transgenders
unless he was asked, you know, questions to
(07:25):
try to put them in a difficult spot.
And all that Charlie Kirk would say is,
you know, I personally don't believe in that
lifestyle and I don't personally believe that you
could turn a male into a woman by,
you know, castrating
a a guy or giving people chemicals.
But he wasn't attacking anybody, he was giving
(07:45):
his honest personal opinion, which is what America
is all about.
He would if someone would say, well Israel
was a racist colonial state.
Charlie Kirk would point out, no. The Jews
moved into
swamp and desert that nobody wanted and then
they built it up for years and years
of hard work and then the Arabs said,
well we want it now. You know, he
(08:07):
would say stuff like that. So,
for Mikey Sheryl to completely lie
about what Charlie Kirk stood for,
you know, that's something,
you know, it's despicable. And I think that,
you know, people who are leaning Democrat when
you point out those things and try to
get them to to post,
you know, to look at a couple of
the Charlie Kirk videos where you actually see
(08:29):
what the man is saying.
Because I guarantee that probably Mikey Sheryl never
heard,
Charlie Kirk, never met him, never saw any
of the videos, has no idea what she's
talking about, but she's willing
to read the script
that the radical leftist who are writing the
same script for Mamdani in New York. They're
they're just reading what, they're giving her.
(08:51):
Yeah. That's that's pretty much it.
Yeah. And and and by the way, the
Democrats throw these terms around,
like Christian nationalist.
And we all think, oh, Christian nationalist. Well,
that somebody's gonna take, you know, have a,
you know, the the Baptist church is gonna
be running the the White House or something
like that.
What they are saying is, what what they
(09:12):
would say is a Christian nationalist state
is the America that you and I
and every boomer grew up with during nineteen
fifties and sixties.
It was the idea that, you know, when
you're in school, they say, you know, love
your neighbor as yourself,
do unto others as you would have them
do unto you, follow the 10 commandments,
do the right thing because it's the right
(09:34):
thing and not because the law will punish
you if you don't do the right thing.
Basic moral values,
don't steal to, you know, from people. The
10 commandments don't lie.
You know, don't,
don't take some don't be jealous of what
other people have. If there's something that somebody
else has that you want, you know, work
harder for it, you know,
(09:56):
save,
you know, get married. All these traditional things,
you know, they put a label. The Democrats
put a label on that called Christian nationalist,
but it's it's it's not nothing, nationalist about
that at all. You know? Well, I guess
it is. It's like the American way, the
American dream. That's what the American dream was
based on.
(10:16):
And and the democrats have fooled a lot
of young people into thinking well everybody feels
that way,
but they don't.
In most of the world
and most of human history,
most people believe
that you can lie, cheat, steal, bully, whatever
you could do to get something for you
and your family. It's okay
(10:37):
and it's actually a good thing to do.
Only in America with those so called Judeo
Christian biblical values
do we believe in love your neighbor as
yourself, follow the 10 commandments,
don't do unto others what you don't, you
know, do unto others what you want them
to do to you. All this basic stuff
and that's all that Charlie Kirk talked about
when he was on those college campuses.
(10:59):
And you can
see that when, the kids would throw these
labels at him
and he would just explain
to the kids just the way I'm explaining
to you right now,
he'd win people over, and that's why the
Democrats hated him so much.
Yeah. It's
you you really explained it there.
(11:20):
But but but going back to to to
the other part, well well, how do we
deal with it? This is gonna take some
discipline, and I and I actually talked about
this at the last meeting when we talked
about this a couple weeks ago.
What do you do
when they say, well, but the but Jack
Chiarelli, he's for Trump. You know? You're you're
not for Trump, are you?
And and that's when, you know, you have
(11:41):
to make a choice. You could say, yeah.
Yeah. I I I like Trump and and
and, you know, everything they're saying about Trump
is a lie. If you say that
to certain people in your family,
they would just shut you off and not
believe anything you say about politics again.
So what I have been doing, and I
(12:01):
think others are doing it as well, is
say, yeah, Trump. Trump has his shtick, you
know?
Yeah. When when he says it can ought
to be the fifty first state and, you
know, all that, well, he's going on a
rant. But I I basically like what he's
doing with the crime. I like what he's
doing with the immigration.
And the reason I like Jack Ciattarelli,
he's doing all the good stuff that Trump
(12:23):
is doing, but without any of the negative
stuff, any of the, the the personality issues.
And I find out when I do that,
I break the ice. But if I would
try to defend Trump,
I'm actually losing support for Jack Ciattarelli.
So some may disagree with this approach,
but I think winning the election is so
much that we could say, you know, if
(12:44):
I wanna the best way to help Trump
isn't to say nice things about Trump right
now.
The best way to help Trump right now
is to get Jack Ciattarelli elected. That's right.
And and and if we could have the
discipline
to do that, I I think we'll we'll
be in a better place, and I think
it's doable. So, we'll see what the other
members
(13:04):
have to say. But again,
and and and, you know, you're looking at
people and you're discussing, and it comes up
with a demo the first time. Well, he's
for Trump, isn't he?
And and I'll I'll actually come out and
say no. He's for doing the things that
Trump is doing that are the good things,
but we you know, you know, Trump has
his own personality and Jack Cheddarelli is no
(13:26):
Donald Trump. You've got to make that that
leap because if you don't make that leap,
you're gonna lose these voters. And remember,
each Democrat voter,
you win over for Jack Ciattarelli, you're getting
two votes, not one. And as long as
you know that what the prize is, you'll
keep your eyes on that prize. So those
are my thoughts on that. Yeah. And you
(13:46):
know what else? Mikey Sherrill says she'll stand
up to Donald Trump.
What does what does the governor of New
Jersey
have to do with Donald Trump? I mean,
I I I don't understand it. It's just
No. Well, you you know what she means
by that. She means that,
if Donald Trump wants to keep,
you know, deporting illegal immigrants, then she's gonna
(14:08):
use all the power of the state government
to put every roadblock she can in a
way of deporting illegal immigrants. And and then
we have the issue of the illegal immigrants.
Yeah. Yes. There's there's hardship situation for some
illegal immigrants being deported.
And that's what happens when you don't enforce
laws
that need to be enforced. And you don't
(14:29):
enforce them for fifteen years.
You're gonna have occasional situations of hardships,
but I guarantee you within about a six
months per year, they'll all be worked out.
The easy cases will get deported, the hard
cases will get their due process, and some
adjustments will be made. But what what Mikey
Cheryl is saying is we're not gonna have
any immigration enforcement
(14:50):
because we know that if Americans get tired
of voting for Democrats,
we're going to import
as many third world,
dependent voters as we can to make sure
that people vote Democrat forever. So that's what
she means by that, and you gotta take
her seriously.
Yeah.
Okay. Well, thanks for explaining that too.
(15:12):
Meanwhile, on some some local issues,
you know, I I can't, leave Ocean City
and and the the the idiots in Ocean
City who killed that,
you know, that hotel by Eustace Meyda, which
was like the perfect
resort commercial use,
and and they usually eat resort commercial zone.
And it has so many issues here it
(15:33):
looks like the people that you know ocean
kitty may get what they deserve okay you
don't want a hotel there so we're gonna
have
George Norcross's group put low income housing there
and make more money on low income housing
you know, be careful what you wish for.
But that whole issue
with, the way we have zoning, we have
we have a housing crisis
(15:54):
in New Jersey. Nobody can afford houses. And
why is it,
why is it so expensive to have housing?
Because everything in New Jersey is so expensive
to build.
And the reason it's expensive to build is
we have these things called zoning laws that
basically make it illegal
to build anything
anywhere in New Jersey. So if you want
(16:16):
to build anything anywhere in New Jersey, you
have to pay off politicians.
You have to, you know,
you know, do all these things for for
every political wannabe in every town,
you you have to, you know, placate them.
You have to pander to them. And the
cost of that is is if you if
you build a house for $300,000
(16:38):
probably a $150,000
is all
politics, all public relations, all lawyers, all you
know political donations.
If you would have simple laws,
like we had in the nineteen fifties and
sixties
that say, you know, if if this is
if it's a commercial use, you could build
whatever commercial you want use you want to
(16:58):
build in that zone.
And if it fails, you'll lose money. If
it succeeds, you make money. But to say
that you can't build a commercial use in
a commercial zone,
unless every you know political group
is satisfied and you you know you go
to their fundraising events and you you do
all these things to make them feel important.
(17:18):
And it's not just commercial use it's it's
housing things too.
You know, when you have
houses,
you know, almost any town,
where 80% of every house in the town
is in violation of something.
The backyard's not long enough. The side, you
know, the back the side the side yard's
not wide enough.
You know,
(17:39):
if you wanna live in a planned community
where everybody has a standard you like, don't
go into Smithville. Go into a place where
they'll give you a fine if you paint
your door the wrong color. I mean, you're
free to do that. They there are plenty
of condominiums
and and plenty of,
you you know, what they call them, planned
unit, developments
(17:59):
where,
you know, you those are the rules. You
you they have a whole list of 30
pages of rules, and you do that. And
and if you want it, that's fine. But
for the rest of things, why make housing
unaffordable
and make everything unaffordable for everybody,
just because you think you have the right
to tell someone else what to do in
their property. Anyway, libertyandprosperity.com,
