On July 2, 2025, in Erie, PA, Marchello Woodard — a father, son, and beloved friend — was allegedly shot and killed by a state parole agent. The very person entrusted with guiding and supporting him instead took his life. Marchello was unarmed and posed no immediate threat. He was just two weeks away from completing a successful and compliant parole.

According to witnesses, Marchello had just dropped his girlfriend off at her home when he was approached. Within 60 seconds, he was shot three times in the chest.

This Tuesday, we sit down with community members Deonte Cooley and Malcolm Pullium to talk about Chello’s life, the pain left in the aftermath, and the urgent call for transparency, accountability, and justice.

Together, we ask the hard questions:

Did the parole agent follow proper protocol? Was a false narrative crafted to justify deadly force? Are the videos and other critical evidence being fairly examined? Who is ensuring that this investigation is truly impartial?

There are growing concerns about how this case is being handled, and serious questions about leadership transparency at every level.

We firmly believe: no one can be safe until we are all safe — and until justice is served.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
