💖 60. Power of a Plan

Goals have gotten a bad rap over time.  Why?  Because many times we set these big, audacious goals which leads to disappointment if we don’t achieve them.  Our thought then becomes we have failed because we couldn’t meet our goal.

Our body actually becomes addicted to disappointment and we repeat this pattern over and over again.

It is so important to connect to our desires and create goals from them.  When we don’t identify the desires, our life feels meaningless and we live a life filled with meh, mundane and mediocrity.  It’s hard on the heart and soul.

When was the last time you identified what you wanted vs. what you didn’t want?  When was the last time you identified your true desires?

Perhaps 2023 is the year for you to add more meaning, fulfillment and purpose into your life.  Believe it or not, it all starts with a plan.  Embrace all of you and reconnect to your deepest desires that reside in your true self.

When you have an idea…a vision…it gets you thinking…

And when you think about it (A LOT), the ideas become clearer and you take action on it…

That’s how the last months of 2022 were for me.

It has been on my heart to create something where I could support more than a handful of women at a time…something that allows them to reconnect to their true self…the part of them that seeks purpose…fulfillment…meaning…and so much more.

The reawakening and prioritizing one’s self and looking at life through the lens of unconditional self-love by nourishing energetic alignment of mind, body and spirit…The embracing of opportunities, transitions and challenges of life to grow, evolve and expand…

But this doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t happen without being a student on the journey of self-discovery.

It happens with accountability, support, validation, discipline and commitment.  It happens when you are a student and study the most important curriculum…YOU!

It is through this work that we create a rippling impact beginning with our self, families and those we hold near and dear to our hearts.

It is through our expansion that our life and energetic commitments shift drastically in our reconnection with our heart….Hello True Self…I’ve missed you!

Tackling and studying this work can feel overwhelming, defeating and lonely.  Positive growth doesn’t happen here.

Rather, when you are surrounded and supported by like-minded women, it makes a SIGNIFICANT difference.
