He was born in the beautiful tropical island of Mauritius, on the east coast of Madagascar. He finished high school in England and received a Bachelor of Science degree in MIT from Southeastern University in London, UK. He moved to the United States in 1999 and received a Master's in Management degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa OK. Pastor Shannon is the Founding and Senior Pastor of Oceans Church, in Kodiak Alaska.
