SELF-HEALING is so important in our lives. Knowing our BLOOD TYPE and how it pertains to our wholeness and well-being is also important in the healing process.
One of the most popular episodes so far is "Eat Right for Your Blood Type" inspired by the book of the same name written by Dr. D'Adamo. So, I decided to create this episode diving deeper into the meaning and importance of our blood types and how eating specifically for our specific blood type can benefit our health and healing.
I hope that this information will inspire you to implement some of Dr. D'Adamo's suggestions and that you can provide yourself with SELF-HEALING and enjoy the many TREASURES of LIFE!!
