Vic was born to an Italian gypsy immigrant in Yonkers New York. He started running numbers with the mob at a young age but realized he was safer just making the wise guys laugh. He is a comedian, ventriloquist, musician, dancer, ordained minister, and card shark. He has worked in Vegas, Laughlin, Nevada and San Quentin prison for the last 20+ years. One time he walked in on Sinatra and Jerry Lewis having a threesome.
