In a coaching landscape where there’s no shortage of ways to become certified, what makes one program stand out from the rest? It’s no secret–you can easily go online, attend any workshop, and walk away with a seal of approval. But a comprehensive, holistic program goes far beyond earning the title of a coach. It invites you into true life mastery—first for yourself, and then for the clients and communities you serve.
In this episode, we take a deeper look into the heart of Master Coach Training. I’ll talk about what it means to be a Master Coach, how the program will be structured, and what it means for you as an individual. Even if you aren’t a coach–or you’re not yet sure if coaching is the right path for you–this episode, and maybe even a Master Coach certification, will benefit you and the life you want to create.
So many of us move through life checking boxes, believing that if we follow a precise plan we’ll arrive at happiness and fulfillment. Then, at some point along the way, we face situations and challenges that wake us up to the truth: our plan can’t prepare us for everything life brings. These moments can wake us up in powerful ways, calling us to expand beyond the roadmap we’ve constructed and into a deeper alignment with our values and purpose. This is why my Master Coach certification program is first and foremost about mastering self, and why I believe this work can serve anyone on their journey to life mastery.
A Master Coach certification is an opportunity to lean in and understand yourself on a deeper level. Through this holistic coaching approach, you’ll cultivate the self-connection that transforms every part of your life. It’s truly the difference between surviving and leading your life, and I can’t wait to share what’s possible when you say yes to your own mastery.

Ruthie's Table 4
For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
