Your depression is not real.


Now, before you continue scrolling, let me elaborate and show you how to get out of it.


Depression is when you feel like shit, lack energy to do anything, and get stuck in a negative thought spiral.


You feel sadness, heaviness, darkness and you lose interest in things you used to enjoy.


Your energy is low, but you can change it.


There are tools and techniques to raise your frequency, your vibration, your energy levels.


As you engage in this practices, your vibration raises and depression can't thrive in that frequency.


Yes, you might feel depressed, but don’t let it control your life.


Depression is just a feeling, an emotion, energy in motion.


To break free, you need activities that raise your vibration like breathwork, meditation, yoga, tai chi, exercise, hobbies you love, things that make you lose track of time, things that bring you peace.


Those who run or play sports experience a natural high, a sense of oneness that makes them lose sense of space and time.


But you can’t rely on just one thing.


You have to incorporate multiple techniques if you truly want to break out of that depressive state.


Imagine that tomorrow you wake up, and instead of snoozing, you get up and start your day with an invigorating cold shower.


Yes, it may be hard and uncomfortable but living with depression is even harder.


After you get your blood flowing with the cold shower, you sit down for some breathwork followed by a calming meditation session.


You then energize with a nutritious smoothie that gets you fired up even more.


Next you go outside and get high on your own supply with a run.


Imagine you stack all of those wins that are increasing your energy level.


Before you know it, your energy levels are through the roof, and depression can no longer exist in that energy field because it's a low vibrating frequency, and you're vibrating so high that you're not on the same level as depression, so therefore it cannot get attached to you.


It doesn't have to take long.


You can do it all in an hour.


If you reclaim your energy, you reclaim your life.
