This end-of-year wrap-up episode of Life. On Purpose. is a deeply personal reflection on living with intention inside the unpredictable world of college athletics.

What began as a podcast centered on intentional living evolved into something more honest this year — a space to acknowledge the realities of life as part of a college coaching family.
