In todays episode Leah and Paul talk with Tim Perreira, the founder of Per Wellness.  A company that helps unfulfilled men build healthy life habits to regain self confidence and become more happy.  Today Tim talks us through 3 steps to go from stuck to unstuck in life.

Perreira talks us through some of the struggles he dealt with in his past when he was feeling unfulfilled and was on a journey to live a happier healthier life.  We discuss the importance of listening to our gut and silencing our mind to find what really drives us.  And in doing that, the importance of stepping away from some of the self medicated devices we use to quiet the nagging feelings within, such as alcohol.
