3 Steps To Help Juggle It All In Life with Dustin DeVries

In today's episode Leah and Paul talk with Dustin DeVries, the owner of Caffeine Interactive, a   full service digital agency.  Dustin talks shares with us how he left the corporate world to start web development company with his wife.  Two children later and a thriving company DeVries has been working on ways to optimize his life and juggle it all.

Dustin discusses many techniques he uses to keep life balanced and to be present.  He discusses how he has implemented journaling into his every day, and to take it a step further, he has been analyzing and tracking his journaling.  He also uses a bucket system.  He has 6 "buckets" representing physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, and emotional and he keeps track of how much energy he is pouring into each bucket.  And when he is feeling imbalanced, he evaluates his buckets to see which bucket needs his attention.

This episode is plenty full of other little nuggets throughout.  We can all learn a lot from Dustin's constant work at putting his Life first .
