In today's episode we speak with Bennett Maxwell, the owner of Dirty Dough Cookie Company. Bennett bought Dirty Dough from a previous business and has successfully turned it into a thriving franchise in just 18 short months. Dirty Dough believes in being proactive with mental health. They started a program where all of their employees have access to life coaches, therapists, yoga instructors, and meditation courses for free. They also chose to start franchises to bring in more income to fund their goal of building Wellness Centers in Schools K-12 across America. They are using their cookie sales to help combat the mental health epidemic and make the world a better place.
Bennett also shares with us the stressful past few months they have had due to a unfair lawsuit filed against them from Crumbl cookie company. We are #TeamDirtyDough
