In today's episode Leah and Paul talk with Lauren Lefkowitz, Executive Leadership Coach and CEO of Lauren Lefkowitz Coaching about how to break the "Work, Sleep, and Repeat" schedule.  She explains to them how saying you're "fine" is actually a trap.  That just being "fine" is not good enough, and we all deserve to be "great", and truly happy and fulfilled.
