How To Put Your Life First While Planning a Wedding with Jenna and Paul Conley

Today Leah talks with Paul Conley and his new bride (Leah's sister) Jenna Starkey Conley about how to continue to focus on putting your life first while planning a wedding *or any major event).  The newlyweds talk with us about the daunting process of wedding planning and how time consuming and at times stressful it can be, but also how they shifted their mindsets to be sure to enjoy the process.  They also share with us some of their tips in the wedding planning process that they really enjoyed or in hind sight wished they had done.

Jenna and Paul tell us things they did that helped to keep their stress levels lowered such as  spending time together as a couple when things got a little too hectic.  They also share with us the importance of constant open communication throughout the process and setting up a plan.  Paul explains that the process of wedding planning as a couple became a great relationship builder and binding experience for them.  We learn that a lot of the things they did to help keep their mindsets on track and lower their stress are things that we all try to implement in our busy schedules to help put our life first.
